Nice room, good size. Importantly the bed was comfortable and there was an excellent shower. Staff very helpful and suggested a breakfast bag when I had to leave earlier than breakfast. There was a lovely atmosphere at the hotel. Had dinner there the first evening as arrived late, limited menu but more than adequate selection that was well priced .The pasta and shrimp was delicious. Good location in central Athens.

Due to the hotel being across two buildings it is going up and down stairs or in different lifts to get to the bedrooms and restaurant. It was fine but perhaps not so great if you have mobility issues.

This hotel is a hidden gem, very comfortable, amazing and very helpful staff who were super supportive and always smiling! The room is spacious and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a quaint balcony! The mattresses are as advertised and even better! It is situated in a super nice and elegant neighborhood, with a diversity of restaurants surrounding it and many shops for some afternoon shopping and a wide selection of Greek designers to buy from. The hotel is within walking distance from many touristic venues such as Lycabettus Hill, Ermou street, Plaka, Syntagma square...

Everything was perfect!

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Amenities included in the room were high quality and the room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned. The addition of hand sanitiser around the hotel was much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist in any way they could. The freshly squeezed orange juice and strawberry juice were standouts.

The air conditioning ran too hot and it wasn't possible to turn the temperature down lower than the preset limit. The fridge also turned off when the keycard was removed from the wall which was an inconvenience if we wanted to keep our drinks cooled.

About the position, the hotel is located in Kolonaki area: central, comfortable and elegant. It is not far from Syntagma Square, where you can get the metro; the hotel has a supermarket at the opposite side of the street and a good restaurant, “Me Kolonaki”, to have breakfast or brunch, at two minutes of walking; and with other three minutes, you can reach “Da Capo Cafè”, a perfect place for a pleasant stop. About the hotel itself and the services, it has rooms wide enough to receive a couple with two big luggages; they are clean and very comfortable; the shower in the middle of the room is particular but elegant. At your arrival, the staff is always smiling and they offer you a little bag with appreciated gifts: free water, various drinks and a pair of slippers. One of our favorite items is the bathrobe, which you can find in the room together with the towels.

This hotel had so many great amenities from the breakfast room/restaurant to the pool and gym. Every staff member we met was helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were a highlight for sure and we enjoyed them to the max every morning before heading into the city. Our room was small but had everything we needed and the balcony was nice too. The bed was comfortable and there was always hot water! We were able to leave our luggage after check out and they arranged taxis whenever we needed. It was also located in such a great a spot. It was close enough to walk to the city center while being far enough away from the crazy traffic and noise. Really nice place! We would absolutely stay here again.

Very good location. About 10 minutes walking to the Syntagma square. Clean room and premises. Extremely customer oriented staff. Good breakfast.

Strange air conditioning and ventilation system which was totally unmanageable from the room during our first day. The bug was fixed only the second day. One more - although booking.com reflects that this hotel is 5 stars, at the fact it’s 4 star. For us it was not a problem, but somebody should take it into consideration according to the situation.

Professional kind & helpful staff, a clean room with a great large comfortable bed. and a good strong spacious shower with deluxe soaps. Got courtesy slippers + drinks and nice coffee pods There is a good Sauna & pool, and a cozy atmosphere throughout the hotel with a nice natural materials design.

A la carte food in the restaurant was hit and miss, Breakfast is pretty basic for the price + has "DON'T WASTE FOOD! " all over the napkins and EVEN engraved on the breakfast plate - crazy executive decision (even with all the food conservation trend) you can put a small sign instead of shoving the message it in your face like you are in boarding school and not a 5* boutique hotel. made me feel uncomfortable and isn't being implemented by any other hotel in the world for a reason.

Great location, lovely room, and staff was absolutely amazing! Breakfast on the roof was incredible. Wish I could’ve stayed much longer!

Coco- Mat Jumelle is a beautiful hotel- modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed the lovely pool. It’s just what you need to wrap up the busy day of exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent- a good variety and very friendly and attentive staff. The reception personnel is also amazing. They gave us many helpful recommendations and directions. Evcharisto, Coco Mat! We’ll definitely be back!

If you share a room and you are not the first one to take a shower you have to stand in a puddle of water due to the drain being placed on the side and not in the center. We found it a little unpleasant.
