This is the first time after many years and many hotels in Greece that a 4stars hotel is really marvellous and excellent in any possible way so that deserve all the 4 stars. The rooms, regardless if you go for the standard one (like the room 305) or one of the most luxurious with a big balcony full of Mediterranean plants and a breathtaking view (like room 601) are real jewels and an example of how modern design can be glamourous but in an elegant, practical, ergonomic way without losing in coziness thanks to the ideal lighting and the right choice of textile and furniture. But the real added value of the hotel is its team. A very capable manager put together a strong customer focused team of 30+ receptionists: from Carolina, who is able to welcome you in English, Greek or a perfect Italian with the aristocratic elegance that nowadays is so rare even in the upper classes that can be seen only in movies like "Il gattopardo" of Luchino Visconti; to Michalis, who is able to find immediately a solution in the middle of the night if you are hungry and the kitchens of the restaurants are closed; to Dimitris, in his big black eyeglasses that highlights his kindness and desire to help, who is finding a solution on Sunday morning before 8:00 am when all the shops are closed and you urgently need to find and write a last minute letter of wishes before running to a Greek wedding; to Janina and her extraordinary good manners and hypercare that never loses composure even in front of challenging customers. This is the DREAM TEAM you can count on in order to have an outstanding experience in a hotel that without them would be a precious stone but with them is A REAL DIAMOND.

Everything was perfect

The staff was super efficient and helpful and friendly. Upon my arrival I was taken care of immediately and I was also given an upgrade which I really appreciated due to the difficulties I had in getting to Athens! A big thank you to Dimitri who with his extra touch made my stay unforgettable. I will definitely come back again for my next business trip and pass on the word to other business partners!

The only thing I did not really enjoy was the breakfast - the coffee machine for coffee was not good, the bread was stale, the quality of the buffet was not very high. I hope they will improve on this but it is not a game changer for me since it is also easy to just step out and have breakfast in the many bars in the area.

The location is exceptional. The staff was outstanding. The room was larger and very comfortable. We'll definitely come back next time.

The location couldn't have been more perfect for us, as it made it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the nearby attractions. The room was nicely designed with a modern touch, and we loved the new and fresh feel of the property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a convenient stay. The room service was professional and helpful, and we appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to assist us with anything we needed. The team at reception was also kind and helpful throughout our stay, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay. The staff was exceptional, and the modern design of the room made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel location is perfect, very central 2 minutes walk to Syntagma square / metro station. Rooms are very nicely designed. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Staff is very friendly.

.The service and attitude and the kind hospitality and help with any question of the reception staff was excellent. On the day we arrived Constantinos welcomed us. He was very kind and went up to the room with us and explained to us how to operate everything in the room. The reception staff made us feel like we were in the family. Mentions to praise Janina, Dimitrhs, Michalis and Constantinos. Also the blonde lady who cleaned our bedroom. We stayed in a suite room (503) for 8 nights. it was an excellent, large and spacious room and we felt at home in the hotel. When we return to Athens again. For sure we will come back to live in this hotel.

The start time of serving breakfast is 7:30 a.m. In our opinion, this is a late hour. We would prefer that the breakfast start time be at least 07.00. The selection is the same every day and there is not a large selection of bread and vegetables

The hotel location is superb. chic athenian cafes and bars, a shopping mall, luxury brand stores, and the business district, are all within literally a few minutes reach. the hotel is also located just 5’ walking from Athens central metro station (Syntagma). The people at the hotel were friendly, polite and discreet and made my stay even more comfortable. My room was spacious, clean and I really enjoyed the balcony with views of the Lycabettus hill. there is a Nespresso unit and a mini bar. the bathroom was also equipped with high quality toiletries. overall, i had a very enjoyable stay and i will definitely return. highly recommended for city and business travellers

A very nice hotel with a wonderful location! The hotel is very near Syntagma square in a lovely area. Friendly helpful staff. This is a new hotel with very nice rooms. Excellent soundproof windows so there was very little noise from the outside. Big bed. Great shower. Wonderful decoration . Nice view from the terrace where the small gym is. etc

In the mornings there was some disturbing noise coming from inside the hotel. We do not know what this was as we did not ask the hotel staff. For this level of hotels you expect the breakfast to have more variety, although it was sufficient.
