Location was central to restaurants and shops. Rooftop access was nice with view of Acropolis. Having a common laundry area was great as well

Communication regarding ferry transfer to the apartment was not great as we thought we had someone picking us up when we got to the Port and when contacting the company, the lady said there was no record of us being picked up. We were told they would call us back and they didn’t so we arranged our own transfer and met an awesome driver who we used a couple of times during our trip. Same when we called about the internet not working. The lady said she would call back and didn’t and found the internet was working eventually. There was a message on Whats App saying they would get someone to look at it. The bedrooms are very limited for space so very tight to move around.

Great location, walking distance to Syntagma Square etc. You can order Uber if you wish. Cafe downstairs is brilliant. There are restaurants nearby too. So we didn't cook. There is also a car park nearby. Don't be put off by the graffiti. The place is very safe. We were out every night. Athens, Greece is known for its vibrant street art scene, which includes graffiti, murals, tags, and stickers. Recommend a half day trip to visit Corinth which costs 30 Euro. Collection from hop n off bus stop which is outside the parliament at 8.20am. You can watch the guards change at 8am. We had breakfast takeaway from the cafe.

Suggest to seal the shower screen (bottom) to prevent water from escaping.

Great location with lots of cafes, shops and a train station nearby. The apartment was very clean and modern. And loved the rooftop access to see the acropolis at nighttime!

No reception desk or staff to speak to (although Hestia are very quick to respond by email or WhatsApp). The door code didn’t feel very secure. Bathroom lacked hanging space and shelving. Sofa was quite uncomfortable. Would have been useful to have an instructions book with information on how to use the electric hob, dishwasher and aircon/heating. Also the UK channels on the TV didn’t work.

Our apartment was excellent. It was clean, and the household equipment was good and comfortable. Additionally, concierge services were available and kindly attended to all our questions and needs. The hotel's location is very convenient. There might be some noise from the cafes outside until late at night, but the windows are double-glazed, so if they are closed, you won't have any issues. The only thing I think could be improved is the cleaning schedule. A thorough cleaning is done every four days. They cleaned on the second day of our stay, even though it wasn't necessary. It would be better if the cleaning schedule was planned according to the length of the guests' stay.

The apartment was lovely, had everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Fully airconditioned, lift available for luggages and even a small dishwasher and microwave to complete the kitchen. There were possibilities of doing laundry within the building and of course the view on the top floor was wonderful. Coffee shop just across the road was a big plus!

Nothing, really. Apart from the fact that everything was done online so there was minimal human contact which would have added a more personal touch to the stay (check in, check out, etc) but they were very easy to contact through whatsapp

The location was excellent, I liked the minimal decor, loved the bathroom, the cleanliness, the quality of the linens and towels, the blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the general sense of luxury. The place felt new and spotless. Also, the support from all the staff was excellent!

The hood extractor in the kitchen could not be used because it was making an EXTREMELY loud noise when turned on and the windows could only be opened a tiny bit. Also, the bed was not the most comfortable and it would be nice if the tents on the terrace were open during the daytime.

Quiet rooms, no sound from the street. Shower and aircon work well. Modern, clean, comfortable apartments. The bathroom amenities are nice too. Bed is comfortable - there's a sheet on the bed, so if you want something warmer you'll have to get the duvet from the cupboard. Central location, roughly 15 mins to Ermou (central Athens). The area is safe at night, I had no problems walking around.

Bathroom has a motion sensor for the lights - which switch off automatically at inconvenient times - like when you're having a shower! This happened to me one night, and I was groping in the dark to try open the shower door and activate the motion sensor light again. The staff answering the Booking.com messages are like Jekyll and Hyde - one person's quite helpful and cheerful, the other person is more impolite and unhelpful. I requested to check out 2.5 hrs later (1.30pm instead of 11am) and was told to ask again in the morning. I asked, and the reply was some standard robot answer "checkout is..." which was unhelpful.

The location was just perfect. It was walking distance (15 - 20 min) to the main attractions and there were loads of food options nearby. In addtion, at the end of the our stay in Athens, my dad left his pouch behind. We are grateful that the staff helped us to safekeep it and my brother was able to retrieve it from the staff before he flew back.

This place is operated on a remote basis. Hence, the service could have been more prompt especially as we had to wait to store our luggage since we had arrived early and since there was no staff or reception to help us with this. We also arrived after travelling for 12+ hours hence, this affected our mood as well.

- The pillows, which are adequate in number, could be of somewhat better quality, even though they are not so bad as they are already. - The Instructions about the Microwave, should be updated and be more specific too (it's a very special type of Microwave!) - No WC in the common-use area at the basement.

1. The location was excellent.... close to subway but also a 20 min. walk to downtown and Acropolis. 2. 3 times we asked for early check in, or at least store our luggage and EACH time they complied! 3, We used the washing machines, and I was very impressed. I hung my clothes to dry on a line on the roof patio, and when I came back that night saw that the cleaning lady had put CLOTHES PINS on each of my socks so they would not blow away. What service! 4. from rooftop have great view of acropolis and Parthenon!
