It was immaculate and extremely clean loved it

We couldn’t get in at the entrance had no code it arrived at 3.10 pm check in was 3pm. I was really upset because we had just left another place and standing outside in the heat ringing and ringing no one answering. When I received the code for the entrance i was relieved and exhausted. We were with luggage and child on the street dumbfounded Sunday call centre was closed and had no phone contact I think that needs to change and the number made available for guests after hours . Please review that and add a number because it’s needed. Once in the lobby we got greeted by Panos the property manager he was apologetic and with a smile and afterwards came to our room with a bottle of wine and snacks. We would stay there again 100% and put the code issue behind us.

We were there in early April 2023. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a great view of the neighbourhood, going \up the hill, from the balcony. No other high buildings on that side. The space was modern and well organized. Upstairs bedroom had it own washroom. Short walk to great bakeries or to get local or Halal groceries or wine. Good Coffee shop El Punto a block or two away. We arranged to meet taxis there, because they seemed to have trouble finding the front door of this place, using their mapping program.

If owner enters a pin point for finding the front door in the Google Maps and Apple Maps, taxi drivers will find it and not go to the other side of the building. Drapes on one side were touching the floor and will wear out faster on the bottom. It would have been nice to have a bloom and dustpan . downstairs toilet needed water jet adjusted so as not to sometimes spray out from under lid when flushed. main floor shower drained slowly - manager explained that this was due to narrow drain pipe below (older building that was renovated) and that they took extra cleaning measures as a result. Staff were happy to be told these things and likely fixed them by now.

The glass tiles let a lot of light into both rooms from the hallway which is strange because rest of the apartment including the bedrooms had block out electric blinds!!! We couldn’t sleep well because of that very strange feature A bit hard to locate by taxi driver

Absolutly everythimg

A nicely designed place, but poorly maintained - broken handles in the bathroom, broken railings, only one drinking glass and no real drying rack. Looks great online and it's fine in person, but they put a lot more emphasis into good looking pics than things that work. That being said, it was clean and comfortable.

One bathroom's door handle was broken, so someone had to open it from the outside. Railing to 2nd level was broken. Missing utensils. Undrinkable coffee pods. Obvious stuff, it seems that the facility doesn't focus or care about these things.

The space, two terraces, security locks, views, facilities. The proximity to the metro station. The property manager was lovely.

Could have been a bit cleaner, dusting and floors need to be done before someone moves in. Getting there is the best via metro from the airport, it would be good to know that the railway station route is too complicated when you don’t know the area. It would be good to know when a cleaner comes over as we had unannounced visit twice in the week, although just few bits done, like towels and bins.

We had an amazing time in this apartment. It was very clean, modern and definitely with the guests in mind. The jacuzzi was a wonderful addition to relax in the evenings after a day of exploring the city. The metro station is really close by and so are small bakeries and supermarkets. We arrived on an early flight with small children and the staff did everything possible to accommodate us with an earlier check in and responded quickly to any request we had. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay with a family. We honestly couldn't hope for a better experience. Thank you!

Nothing. It was perfect!

I liked the fact that everything in the apartment appeared to be all new and clean - there were 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, one of which was ensuite. Fully airconditioned, and there was ample shower gel and shampoo (olive oil based too!), fully equipped kitchen and everything from the front gate to the inner gate and the door to our apartment were operated by electronic key codes, so no chance of misplacing keys or locking yourself out. We were also grateful that we were allowed to place our luggage in storage there before checking in a few days later, as we were flying off to Santorini for a few days first without checked baggage. Lastly, there is also a gym there if one is on a long term stay. Nearest metro is Kato Patissia, about a 5 minute walk away, and the apartment is located off the main road, and hence, is nice and quiet, away from traffic and dust from the main road. As the apartment is unmanned and has no reception, do make sure you do the pre-check in requested by email at least a day before you check in, in order to get the door code on the day of your arrival.

The air conditioning in the master bedroom was not working too well - probably due for a servicing.

We stayed here for two weeks and felt very comfortable. The shower power is amazing and the place is very clean and tidy. We moved after the first weekend as we had requested a view which was organised very quickly all questions responded immediately. Cleaning staff efficient and very nice. Short walk from Metro with good connections to everywhere. Would recommend the 8th floor view and would definitely stay again.

A little too minimalistic could do with another armchair, cushions, plant, rug, to make living area more homely for long stays. Other guests very noisy at times, particularly large groups but was sorted very quickly by Labros.

Excellent accommodation and value for money. The staff was very helpful and polite going always above and beyond to provide an outstanding customer service. The accommodation was always spotless clean, nice smells and had all the amenities we expected to see. I would even say that the pictures don’t present the exact value of the accommodation. We were more than happy with both the facility and the staff and we will definitely visit it again in the future. Thank you for everything!
