The hotel location is very near the Acropolis which allows to reach it without too much problem, also it is possible to walk to nearby historical landmarks. The rooftop pool/bar/restaurante actually has a view to the Acropolis.

The area, as it is in the old part of Athens is a bit worn down and looks sketchy. I definitely wouldn't want to walk this part of town at night. During the day it is OK but as with any destination be cautious. I did not wander outside the hotel in the night so can't speak of how free of problems it is but the area during the day is still not very "clean" and you may feel at time anxious. To be fair most people will just grab a taxi outside the hotel to the Acropolis, Plaka or other of the tourist areas and not bother about exploring walking this part of town.

Everything was perfect regarding the rooms, the laundry service, the swimming pool, the dinner (once), the breakfast (kids and us loved it), and the transfers to/from the airport. Nothing to be changed for a wonderful stay with kids

The location is close enough from the archaeological sites (Acropolis, Roman agora etc...), but not exactly in the extra center of Athens. Kids (6 and 10) managed to walk with us every day, but a few areas you have to walk through from the hotel to these "tourists" sites (museums, Plaka / Monastiraki / Psiri neighborhoods etc...) are not so nice. But this is not due to the hotel, rather to the Subprimes crisis and COVID crisis that happened in the last 15 years.

The computer work stations need to be updated with the latest operating systems so it allows businesses users the opportunity to use when required. Teams meeting and Skype 3. Bar fridge not working correctly. Not cold enough 4. Allow for more staff during busy hours in check in and resteraunt

The staff were very friendly and I had a quick response to any concerns. The pool was great and made a huge difference to our stay. The room service was good.

It is clearly in a very run down area but I was aware of that before I booked the hotel. I really wanted the pool for my daughter and decided to just cope with the area. It wasn’t actually that bad. You can walk to the underground in 10 minutes and it’s a perfectly fine walk in the day time. We didn’t go out at night but I probably would have got a cab. The room had a bit of a weird smell on arrival but we opened up the windows and that disappeared.

The pool was great, as was breakfast and the pool bar. Fantastic views of Acropolis from the rooftop. Staff friendly and helpful. Chilled water at reception is a nice touch, and useful to refil bottles before heading out.

Towels and Teabags nor replenished during our 4 day stay. As a family that walks everywhere, as opposed to jumping in cab, 2 minutes out of the hotel, on the way to the city centre, is a red light district, day and night. After 5 minutes you are through it, just something to be aware of if travelling with children.

Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. The rooftop pool has an amazing view of the entire city. The staff was super friendly and when we had problems with the air conditioner in our room and had to be moved to another room, they gave us a free breakfast.

The air conditioner in the room is old and noisy. The pool gets really really crowded with lots of screaming children and there are not enough sun beds and umbrellas.

We loved the hotel. It was close to the Metro and the staff was fabulous. We got three rooms in a row and we were very comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. Travel tip -- The Hellenic Motor Museum is a few blocks away. Fabulous find with more than 100 classic and antique cars on display.

Location. It's a rough neighborhood but as long as you uber or taxi at night, you'll be fine. It is a gritty neighborhood but I felt safe enough.

Really nice hotel. The rooftop pool and bar was particularly impressive. Excellent views.

The location is really very bad. There is quite a lot of homelessness and drug use in the surrounding streets. I would recommend getting a taxi to and from the door of the hotel. Luckily Athens taxis are very reasonably priced.

Cleanliness was very good. Staff at the pool were very helpful and polite. The restaurant was very busy, but it looked like everyone was enjoying their food and having a great time. The VIEW from the rooftop was my favorite thing about this hotel!!! Breakfast buffet was very good!

The front desk staff were gruff and short when I asked for help or had questions. One morning around 7am I was having breakfast and the espresso machine was empty. I waited about 6 minutes hoping someone would come out to check on things, but saw no one at all. Finally, I went to the side door to get help.

The common spaces are spacious and luxurious (marble, flowers, stairs to first floor). We actually liked the derelict rundown neighbourhood too (contrasts with slick touristy city centre). The swimming pool/rooftop is a real bonus ! Quite refreshing at the end of the day.

Regarding staff, some were really helpful (a stagiaire in particular), others weren’t. And room with open sofa bed is cramped but I guess that was to be expected.
