Actually is very close to the centre. You can go on foot everywhere...historical center,shops,coffee shops,restaurants,bistros.. There are roof tops bars for coctails and they are vey close to the hotel. There is a variety of market place , which begins from Metaxourgio and finishes to Monastiraki and Plaka . I wish i had the time to stay for more. All were fantastic.

I cannot think for something which i did not like. I am surprised with everything!!!!!!! Breakfast ..staying...housekeeping....courtesy from the staff..perfect!!!!

it was stunning, new and smelled lovely. air con was a godsend.

the location is a bit rough i would say. even though ive been told not to be worried even in the evening, i wouldnt feel comfortable walking around as a single female traveller in the evening.

My room was very clean with great interior design, the bed really comfortable and the staff very kind and willing to satisfy my needs and answer my questions. Very close to the metro station and to several points of interest. I definitely suggest it either you are on a business trip or on vacation.

Very modern and stylish room/bathroom. Excellent shower and large spacious room. Excellent air conditioning that quickly cooled the room and could be adjusted precisely. Quiet enough to be left on at night without disturbing you. Quality breakfast with nice views from the rooftop breakfast bar/bar. Area is not the best but it is a short walk to the metro(down the street and around the corner). For some the area may take a little adjusting to but I always felt safe walking around even late at night. Largish supermarket a couple of minutes up the road(9pm closure) along with lots of little shops that stay open till late for water/snacks.

The hotel is new, beautifully designed, has a secured parking and the nicest stuff❤️ breakfasts are served on the roof and in the very stylish dishes (made of wood and metal, it’s the first time I see such things not in the fancy restaurant, but in the hotel).

However the surrounding is questionable with homeless and drugged people here and there. But from our experience they are not dangerous. So based on this I would recommend the hotel to young couples or men. Eldery people or women or families with children might feel unsecure.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, but on a relatively quiet street - no traffic sounds or loud nightlife except for Saturday nights. The staff is lovely, very helpful and pleasant - they printed my tickets, saved my luggage while I travelled to an island, checked me out a little later, and gave me a room upgrade too. The room I had was very spacious, the living area and bathroom were quite comfortable. I liked the many pillows and the kitchen area as well. I did not try the breakfast as I had meetings every morning, but it looked great online, and will try it next time.

I would have liked to visit the rooftop area but was told it was only open for breakfast - a shame to let a rooftop view go to waste in the afternoons and evenings . The beds are not the most comfortable. The shower is very low pressure, and a little temperamental in temperature as well. Some of the design elements look great but are not so practical - eg the metal sink looks nice, but there is no counter space for cosmetics, or even a hook nearby for a towel. On Wednesday mornings there is a market right under the hotel, and it can get a little loud - they started unloading benches and produce at 4am! Closed windows though help a lot.

Comfortable and nicely designed rooms. Our room was spacious, clean and had everything you might need. The sheets and towels were great. Quiet and efficient air conditioning. Great breakfast available.

The neighbourhood doesn’t feel very safe so you might not be comfortable walking around especially after dark. The bathroom doesn’t provide much privacy for either toilet or the shower so you might want to consider this if you are sharing a room with someone besides your partner. The only other thing was that the tv only had a couple of Greek channels available so we weren’t able to use it and ended up using our laptops throughout our stay.

Modern and good design with creative arhitecture, clean and nice rooms! 10-15 min of the most interesting places in Athina. Very friendly staff and very polite. The guy at breakfast made best coffee ever. Breakfast restoraunt at the 5th floor Pumba is very nice.

Put a sunshades on 5th floor and serve drinks in the evening. You have a good mingling spot for you costumers, make it interesting. Nice soft house chillout music. Some candles for a nice mood and you have a great mingling area and extra profit :).

design hotel- brand new. Design and Cool interior and accessories (of good quality and value) - very motivated and friendly staff- good beds - good location, close to metro station. In front of hotel good restaurant (Lux) - clean

Design is nice but not always practical: Bathroom is very small and no place around the sink to put own toilet articles. (need to put all on the floor while getting ready) Bathroom Impossible to use it with 2 persons at same time. Tap above the sink is nice design but when taking water all is wet. Showerdoor (cool design) is difficult to open and close since shower area is too small. Taps in shower and sink are not easy to use but beautifull. Small room where difficult to move with 2 people. Architects should have thought about practical use when including design accessories. Breakfast was served in the room and very limited in choice and not good quality. (breakfast room will be opened in a month). Kitchinette space could have been used for other purposes.

Thanks for the surprising upgrade. Excelent room, exquisite design., industrial - high end, but yet full of details. Nice but basic breakfast. Amazing treatment by the staff.

The inclination of the shower cabin goes towards the room instead to the water collector. That causes a sense of humidity. The weakest point is location. From one hand quite central with plenty of transport option, but at evening there is a couple of dark streets to walk. Naturally, nothing happened.
