EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THE ROOM WAS HUGE AND THE BATHROOMS AS WELL. ALL NECESSITIES E.G. SOAPS, SHAMPOO AD BODY CREAM OFFERED FOR FREE AND GREAT QUALITY. SHEETS AND PILLOWS WERE THE PERFECT SIZE AND HEIGHT

THE BATHROOM MARBLE IS KIND OF OUTDATED AND THE PRESS BUTTON FOR THE TOILET FLASH WAS LOOSE . THERE WAS A PROTECTIVE ALUMINUM PIECE THAT WASN'T FIXED PROPERLY. THIS THOUGH WAS NOTHING COMPARE TO THE POSITIVE GENERAL ATMOSPHERE OF THE HOTEL AND ROOM

I loved the very central location of the hotel, next to the main shopping streets with stores, cafes and restaurants. I also found that the room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful moreover, and the hotel was baby friendly too. We were provided with a baby cot, and had the room cleaned immediately after we asked for it due to an incident by our sick baby.

No parking available. Nevertheless, we were happily able to temporarily park outside the hotel and remove our luggage with the help of hotel staff who also guided us to a nearby parking garage. We paid 50 euros there for parking the car for about a day and a half.

Location superb, extremely strategic & secure to be precise. Right in front of Stangma Square and Parliament. Surrounded by many embassies. We were happily surprised by the room size but colours and the amenities fantastic. We love the separation doors for privacy between room, foyer & toilet area.

We get the lowest floor with backyard view, the door is uneven so we could hear people talking outside loud and clear. The cabinet closure also rather hard and next door movements could be heard

Friendly staff and easy check in, beautiful rooms with a great central location. Food was great when visiting the Bar and resturant. great choice of Gluten free options and good understanding.

Service was a bit slow at the bar one time, with the intention to go for a quick drink, but I think this was because the waiter was confused by our order. therefore drinks took a long time to come and we were late for our dinner reservation.

We arrived from a tour ship early at 9:00 AM. The hotel staff welcomed us and although check-in was at 2PM they said that the rooms would be available by Noon. They stored our luggage and when we came back from shopping around 1 PM our luggage was already in the rooms. The rooms were large, well appointed and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Athens Plaza was excellent as well. Surprisingly, the hotel manager delivered a bottle of wine for us to enjoy the first evening. This is illustrative of the service provided at the NJV Athens Plaza. The bell staff was helpful in finding taxi's. On our last night in Athens the concierge arranged difficult to obtain reservations at the Rooftop Garden Restaurant at the Hotel Grand Bertania a short distance away. The view of the Acropolis and Parthenon were spectacular. This was a great place to stay as a wrap-up of our vacation in Greece.

The elevator is a bit small -- but this is a classic building and a minor concern.

Room is in a good location easy walking distance to the Acropolis and the Plaka for shopping.

Wifi is terrible and they don't give you complementary water not even 1 bottle of water. No breakfast included for the price of the hotel and no rooftop deck or bar to watch the sunset and have a drink. our friends stayed at another hotel and they had a rooftop bar to watch the sunset just amazing. I don't know why they wouldn't capitalize on that feature of you have it. The only real good thing is the location, easy to walk to the Plaka for shopping.

Breakfast was excellent good selection and spread, thoroughly enjoyed. Location was excellent close to everywhere we wanted to go. Room was just the right size and clean. Staff and Service was very good.

Bathroom could have been cleaned better, I found a long hair on one of the hand towels before using. There was only 1 coffee cup in the room. Nice touch with the wine as complimentary but for non-alcoholic drinkers it was wasted, perhaps think of a juice or pop instead.

The location is great. You can go to the airport by bus for 5.5 per route. The staff is always kind and smiley. The room is big and comfortable. You can walk for shopping (lots of shops near, Ermou str.)

I feel that breakfast is too expensive 25 euros per person extra. There is some noise from the corridor when other rooms shut their door at nights. Some Details for better accommodation. We had a great time there and we will be back soon!

We arrived early than expected and the front desk team was amazing. They allowed us to check in early. They held our bags until the room was ready, so we could wander. The room was spacious and the bed was big. The hotelnitself in close to almost everything. A quick walk to the Acropolis, or up to Orizonetes. It's central to many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops as well. The cocktails and desserts in the lobby restaurant were a nice way to end the evening. Great place that I would highly recommend
