The property was at the perfect location for us (close to our friends) but it’s a lovely spot, walking distance to tourist spots, restaurants and amazing vista as it’s quite high up on a hill. The place is spacious, very clean and well equipped, the beds very comfortable. We had something beeping in the flat, I reported it and the customer service was excellent, near immediate communication, super helpful people at the management company. The communal roof terrace is stunning, amazing views, comfy furniture, a huge bonus.

The hotwater needs to be turned on half an hour prior to use - not ideal when you wake up late and find yourself in a rush but the coldish shower is refeshing, it was hot enough still :)

Hotel/Room was very clean and had gym facilities. Free WIFI was fast for streaming videos/Live TV. Free NETFLIX was a bonus. Kitchen was fully supplied and had a hotplate for cooking. Easy check in and check out procedures. Great place to stay. Three stores are close to the hotel and one is open on Sunday.

The patio tarp makes loud noises when the wind picks up, but was not to distracting. While the hotel does not control this, the bus route is not consistent in its arrival and departures. Found the bus could be anywhere from 5 minutes early to 5 minutes late and the bus was on a 30+ minute loop. Easy Walk down to the metro, but as the name says it is a hill back up. still walk was not difficult.

The apartments, we had two, were amazing. They had absolutely everything you could need, including a washer dryer, iron and board, coffee maker, dishwasher, the list is endless. There was a gym free to use, table tennis, a lovely rod terrace. Our apartments didn't have a balcony but we just used the roof terrace. The correspondence was great, they replied to our messages very quickly.

Only the location was a little far out from the city centre. It was fine going down but the walk up was challenging. However, it only cost us€4 in a taxi, but if you do need to get a taxi get one from the taxi rank at syntagma Square not monastiraki as they tried to charge us €20.

- well equiped and modern appartment - TV with Youtube and Netflix - calm and safe locality - very well-equipped gym - everything on codes (no need of carrying keys) - nice scent - the lift inside the building - no cockroaches (we lived on the 1st floor from the upper side) - just under Lycabettus hill - stunning views from common upper terrace (especially in night) - nice and fast communication with the host - small grocery store within 5 minutes walk - metro station within 15 minutes walk - I slept very well (although I am very sensitive to calm outside and around and need a good mattress)

- missing air ventilation on the toilet (but there was a window, so nothing serious) - relatively far to the closest good restaurant (and to the hill during arrival) - but if you have a car, no problem - just details, nothing serious.

The bed was super comfy, kitchen was perfect and fully stocked with all you need to cook, spacious, great deck upstairs, washer/dryer combo.

The AC stopped working (but they fixed it the next day); they didn’t provide sufficient toilet paper for our stay & said it’s up to us to replenish TP (but upon further request they obliged); they provided the wrong key code and we arrived very late at night, fortunately, they were still responsive late and we got it sorted.

Fantastic spacious modern apartment. it had all the facilities and my needs were met. Awesome views from rooftop. Great friendly service from staff who resolved things quickly. Good gym. I was very happy here

There are no immediate close shops, and as you’re on top of a hill you must remember to bring stuff back. There is no quick popping out to get something, be it food or drinks. Would be good to let people know this in advance. Some instructions aren’t clear or come in multiple communications/places. I wasted too much time working things out. WI-FI information wasn’t left for me and there is zero network coverage. It’s an opportunity to improve, easy fix

it was very spacious, clean, and modern. there was a doorlock so we didn’t have to worry about key. also washing machine was available and it was clean and new that was very pleasant. all blankets and towels were clean and enough for 3 people. amazing rooftop view and close to the hill entrance.

it was little far to walk to the center of the city and because it’s on hill, it seemed quite hard to walk back to the place. usually the texi costs only 8-10 Euro.

Loved this apartment was roomy light bright clean & comfortable I would definitely go back &recommend it. In a safe upmarket area /

Size of apartment -cleanliness & had all the conveniences & fully equipped kitchen facilities.

The location is superb for central Athens as a tourist. The apartment is clean and has all the comforts of a home.

The gym facilities did not have a way to wipe down the equipment when someone was done using it

Great location, stylish, spacious, comfortable, easy access with door codes and without keys. Literally next to the hill, away from the busy Athens center, but still a short walk to the shops.
