Location is right next to water taxis from Poros. Mattress was super comfortable and a nice view of Poros despite the electrical wires. Staff was extremely polite and helpful even with limited English.

We wanted to spend a night away from Poros a thought we could enjoy bit of quiet time in Galatas. Unfortunately the hotel is right on a fairly busy road and both the local ferries and water taxis are constantly running. So, really not as quiet as we thought it would be and the neighborhood is a bit run down. None of that is the fault of the hotel though.

This is little gem of a hotel. A Family run establishment, extremely nice, genuine, honest hardworking people. Nothing was too much trouble. For anyone wanting to avoid the hustle and bustle of Poros, take a boat taxi across to Galatas for 1€, where you will step off the boat and you’re virtually at the entrance of the property. Top marks for the friendly, welcoming nature of all the staff, together with the cleanliness of the establishment. For sure, I will be back to stay here, many times over.

Not one single negative thing to say!

The hotel is located just across the gulf from touristic Poros city, but much cheaper, not so noisy and not so full with people as in Poros. I would say that’s the best deal in terms of comfort and price. We were using a boat for 1euro to cross the gulf to Poros, where we were enjoying sunny beaches and nice restaurants. But in the end of the day we were also so happy to come back to our hotel and rest on the balcony sipping a glass of wine and enjoying the view at the harbor. The family that owns the hotel made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. The room is super clean with a great sea view. We were provided with everything whatever we wished for during our stay. The girls at the reception were so helpful and gave to us good advice about local restaurants, places to visit and nice beaches. And even more - at the end of our stay they complemented us with such a nice and delicious present - a box with local sweets - it was so sweet gesture of them.

Great location short walk from ferry to Poros. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good powerful shower.

Room was basic but provided everything that we needed.

We enjoyed our holiday as the location is ideal, the staff extremely friendly, our room very clean and transport to Poros outside tbe hotel. Great coffee too. We would stay again.

The location of the hotel was perfect, at the centre of the village and right across from the boats going to Poros. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the start. The rooms were very clean and the view was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again soon.
