Very centrally located. Staff were lovely, very friendly. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable and air con kept it cool. Shower itself was great, very modern, however the shower stall was quite small - with the doors closed it felt a bit claustrophobic. House keeping came every day and there was tea/coffee and a fridge with bottled water provided as well. Beautiful balcony overlooking the square which got the sun all day. Wasn’t noisy despite the central location. Also not the hotel but related - I used the taxi driver recommended by the hotel on their booking.com listing and he was wonderful, provided 5* service! As a woman traveling solo I felt very safe here, both in the hotel and in Chania town, even late at night. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

-Amazing location, my room overlooked the church square and had a small balcony to go out and listen to the sunday morning services chanting. -Just steps to most of the old city, tons of food options nearby, lots to see and do. -Spacious beautiful room in a converted old house near the venetian harbour

-Parking is awful in Chania, if you've got a companion and are driving drop them off with the bags near the entrance and go on safari for a spot -Things got a little chilly in early march later at night in the room.

A classic style hotel in an excellent location with comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. At the advantages I should include the free coffee/tea and a couple of bottles of soda and water in the refrigerator. Breakfast was served after 8 so as we were there for work we didn't have the opportunity to taste but there are around 24hour open bakeries with coffee that you can have a snack anytime.

The approach to the hotel during the tourist period is a little bit tricky because it is in the hart of the old town. Coordinate with the reception for any guidance. We were lucky at the departure which was very early in the morning and the taxi was allowed to enter in the pedestrian. Otherwise you have to carry your luggage 70-80 meters to the main street. The apartments are at the upper floors but there is no elevator so not recemented for people that have movement problems.

Very good location in central part of oldtown,, helpful host and nice apartament with the balcony and a view to square with church and restaurants. From the hotel there is around 10 minutes walk to bus station,and 15 minutes to the beach. All main landmarks of Chania are propinquitous from this place. Moreover in the room there was coffee machine and kettle.

This is not a disadvantage of the place, just specification of this hotel in old builiding there is a staircase without any elevator to get to the room. Nearby there is a church, each morning the bell was ringing.

Super location, in the heart of the city and old town. All walking distance to the restaurants and Harbour. Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. The owner provided helpful tips to park the car in the public area as it can be difficult to find a spot. We stayed 2 nights, drove to balos beach for a daytrip.

There wasn't an elevator in the hotel and I had a super heavy suitcase. I even eventually had to switch all of my things into a new pair of suitcases of which the gentleman at the front desk helped me with everything I've mentioned which truly made my stay as the heaviness of my suitcase was something that I had been struggling with in my travels previous to arrive into the hotel. The gentleman even helped us with our backs to the bus station. He was a true angel and made our stay in Chania that much more magical.

Great location, wonderful view of the city and the sea right from the balcony. Helpful staff. If we ever come back to Chania, we will surely stay in this hotel.

As it is an old building, there is no elevator, and taking our luggage to the top floor was a painful affair. Wish they had a porter who could assist the guests with their luggage.

The location couldn't be any better, right in the middle of the Old Town. We had the upper floor all to ourselves, with a lovely balcony over a square with a Byzantine church. The air conditioning was great, worked perfectly, the bathroom was a good size. I loved the staff, very nice and helpful. There's a little café on the square that also belongs to the hotel, they have good breakfast options. If you decide to go on tours, the pickup is very convenient, right next to the hotel. The city is beautiful, and this hotel location is perfect because you can walk to every interesting points, bars and restaurants. I also felt very safe staying here.

At night it gets a bit noisy, as it is so central. The city gets very busy during Summer. I thought the mattresses could be softer.

The location is the main draw here. It is so central on a lovely square with the church next door. From the top suite, there is a great panoramic view of the Old Town and the lighthouse. The staff were all very lovely and accommodating, esp Eleni. I had a change in plans and needed extra nights which they duly provided. Also, their "healthy breakfast" was lovely and great value. I would 100% stay again

Location is great, however being next to the church, the bells toll some mornings. Not their fault.
