We were in the quadruple room with two separate bedrooms, which was wonderful; we had a large terrace facing the White Mountains where we ate our breakfast and lounged after dinner, and as the room is transversal and on the fourth floor, we also had a view on the harbor and the sea from the other side. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times! The location was also very convenient - just a street away from the old town, so still accessible by car (nice when moving heavy luggage!).

The WiFi had some trouble, and it didn't reach the terrace, so we couldn't use it outside, which was a bit annoying. The breakfast wasn't also the greatest - the food isn't bad, but it's a bit bland and comes in prepared boxes.

The front desk was very helpful and kind, they let me leave my luggage because I arrived early for the check-in, and I got my room earlier. The room was big and also had a big tv, a nice bathroom and the air conditioning worked fine as it was really hot outside. It is 3 minutes walk to the centre of Chania and the port where there are many restaurants and shops, also 5 minutes away from the bus station.

the only thing was the view of the window as it was close to the apartment in front of the building and there were people in their balconies so I did not open the curtains too much, maybe they should add curtains that are not blackout so there is a little more light even if they are closed

Room was comfortable, staff was awesome and friendly and provided us with helpful information to also check places that weren't visited by tourists. Even the clean lady did some extra stuff in our room, she put the two beds together so that we can have a two person bed and not two separated beds. Breakfast was also good.

More options of lunch packages in the morning would be very nice, changing the morning package is possible but selecting between 3 options is a little limited. After 5 days we requested to not get the lunchboxes anymore at reception just to eat in places near the hotel. The food wasn't bad, we just wanted something different. Maybe this is a stretch but more dietary options are welcome, for example wholemeal bread for the sandwiches.

great location in the most central place of Chania . just few steps away you can find everything you need such as coffee shops ,bank, street food,rental car etc. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you. Our room was very clean , spacious and well equipped. definitely recommend this city hotel we will come back in the future.

the bed wasn’t very comfortable

Everything! Our stay was so pleasant. The staff were so friendly and the cleaning ladies always smiled at us and wished us a good morning. They were all so very attentive to our needs and the rooms were always kept spotless. We stayed in the top floor room with a large outdoor balcony which had a great view of Chania! The room had a great aircon system which helped during prime mosquito season. The location is excellent and everything you could need is at your fingertips. A few things to note... The shower can get a little hot and requires a few mins to cool down and the curtains don't hug the walls so the neighbours could see in from their balcony. Other than that, the hotel was perfect for our needs and was at such a great cost too. A***

Location is really good, very close to the old venetian city center. The staff is very friendly and eager to help with whatever you need. The rooms are clean and decently furnished. The bathrooms were clean and the shower worked very nicely. Breakfast is very nicely packaged and can be taken outside to eat in nice spots.

The only bad things that I could say for this place is that the rooms are maybe a bit small but that doesn't really have much of an influence on our stay. The shower was not fully enclosed and it splashed about a bit.

Friendly and very helpful staff. 10/10 Rooms are clean, spacious and have a good balcony. Breakfast is good, it comes in a pre packaged box with generous amount and variety of food The hotel is in a great position in the city and only a short walk to the old Venetian harbour. We arrived on the overnight ferry from Piraeus and took the bus form the port to Chania .We only had a short walk to get to the hotel from the last bus stop. my only negative is we where on the 1st floor . the same as the reception and the noise of guests talking/ laughing was quiet loud late into the night/ early morning. Would I stay at this hotel again. most definitely just not on level 1

The location was absolutely excellent, 4 min from old town, 5 min from the bus station to all attractions, 15min by bus to Eastern/Iguana Beach (Agii Apostoli). The staff were very helpful and exceptionally articulate in English. They helped us with anything we needed and went above and beyond so that we can have a wonderful stay (especially regarding breakfast as some of our tours left very early in the morning and we also had the flight out extremely early). The bath had a walk in shower which was very nice, the beds were clean and towels and linens were always freshly changed when we got back to our room. The room was very clean and the furniture seemed new.

Nothing special to report on the negative side. The beds were a little on the firm/hard side of things. The air-conditioning starts automatically when the balcony doors close (via sensor) and they make a bit of a weird noise (like a washing machine). The weather was mostly fair so we turned them off every time they started up.

My wife and I stayed in room 303,third floor and included a lift.The accommodation was of a good size, and as was the shower room.The balcony was handy and included a table, and 2 foot stools but unfortunately 1 was broken.But we did report this upon vacating the hotel.And Georgia, and Victoria, the reception staff were extremely friendly, and polite.So all in all recommended.And the price paid was good value!

There were no real views from the balcony, only roof tops, but the mountains in the background offered a nice backdrop.

You feel welcomed and at home as soon as you enter the hotel. The staff is very helpful and efficient, always willing to give good tips about the city, which made me enjoy my trip even further. Location is superb, just 2 min walking to the main street leading to the harbour. The room and toilet are truly comfortable and the terrace is fantastic. I was located in a 4th floor room facing East and I could enjoy the sunrise over the hills.

A kettle and tea facilities in the room will make the stay simply perfect!
