The property has a perfect location in Chania city center. You will be 4 minutes walking from the bus station, 5 minutes walking from the old city, 15 minutes walking from the beach. There are excellent coffee places, bakeries, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies and restaurants around it. The building is old, but fully renovated, fresh, and has a charming style. In addition, the place was immaculate clean, daily cleaning service, big, new and comfortable bed and mattress, spotless bathroom. Not noisy at all, despite being in a busy square. The receptionist and the cleaning lady were helpful and nice, ready to assist you with anything you might need.

Not an issue for us, but keep in mind they do not have an elevator and are not allowed to install one in such an establishment. We stayed at the 2nd floor, but the stairs are large and wide enough to climb. Unless you have mobility issues, this is not an inconvenience.

The location is great since one can easily reach the central bus station and the city center. The host is extremely nice and helpful, always ready to provide useful advice for places to eat or activities; she helped to get a wonderful tour to the Balos and Gramvousa beaches. The room was clean and spacious, fully furnished; all the facilities were functioning properly. The hotel was kind enough to offer a bottle of wine with some snacks for breakfast as a welcoming gift.

The ventilation in the bathroom is not strong enough so that the wet clothes are not drying fast (there is no problem with the towels since they are changed every day). The toilet brush was half broken.

The property was exceptional. It is centrally located in Chania, within walking distance of the port. The accommodation is well-appointed with a small refrigerator and air conditioning, and it is meticulously maintained. Housekeeping services include daily towel changes and sheet changes every two days. The hostess was exceptionally kind and approachable. She provided invaluable assistance with any inquiries we had regarding the island and also arranged a taxi for us on our departure day. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend this accommodation.

This beautiful hotel has a superb location, right across the plaza where the city busses stop, literally around the corner from the long distance buses and car rental places. Across the street the old town’s pedestrian area starts where you browse or enjoy a meal or evening out. Because it is across the street it is outside the noise but one can still feel the vibe. There are a supermarket across the plaza too. Beautiful staircase with detailed check in details and we were able to store our luggage as we arrived early. The receptionist was very helpful with recommendations as to where to go and which beaches to visit. We were spoiled not only with tea and coffee bit with a bottle of wine too. What I really appreciated is how clean the place was. The cleaning lady really takes pride in her job and no corner were untouched by her hardworking positive attitude.

I did not mind it but if you cannot climb stairs, this might not be suitable for you. There are 30 steps to reception and another 20 of your room is one up. The stairs are wide though.

Beyond expectation! I booked the single room one bed. It's incredible how functional a small space can be. It's also very clean.The bed and pillows are Comfortable. It's quiet but occasionally a pigeons or other birds step on a part of the roof above and you can hear them, but it's very minor, I just thought I should note this for people who's extra sensitive to sounds, but they also have an ear plugs for you! Which bring me to the next part I like; The supplies given is very good; slippers, wine, coffee machine, electric kettle, cups and glass, toiletries, etc. staffs and cleaners are very friendly and helpful. Would 100% come again.

We had a lovely stay! We were greeted by the most friendly hotel manager who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. They were also accommodating to our requests such as needing an early check in. The hotel room is beautiful, modern and luxurious feeling with a very comfy bed. The location could not be better in the centre of Chania old town, and the rooms had good soundproofing so we didn’t hear any street noise. One night, we sat on the balcony and enjoyed watching a live concert in the square below. Thank you so much!

Charming little hotel in Chania city-centre. The room is well furnished, clean and we really appreciated the complimentary water & wine. Nice location all together as you will be 5min away from the Old Venetian Port and the Bus Station. Special thanks to Iva for her wonderful (multilingual) service. The hotel organized us a day-trip to Samaria Gorges for +/- 50€/pp. Other excursion can be organized at reception upon request :)

The hotel is on the street and there is quite a bit of noise day/night, they do provide earplugs in case you forgot yours :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication from the hotel was good. The double (internal room) bedroom was quiet (despite it being on a very busy street in the heart of the city), clean, comfortable and lots of space to hang clothes, nice bathroom and large beds. Useful having two fridges in the room. AC and also ventilation in rooms (with internal windows) was good and much needed. Very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again. Really enjoyed our stay.
