We have stayed at the Ariti a few times. Although it is overlooking the airport runway we don’t find it a problem - great for watching the planes land and take off. There is a lovely cafe at the Kanoni point overlooking the Monastery and Mouse Island which is just a five minute walk. There is a huge choice at breakfast to suit all tastes.

The bedrooms are a bit tired and do not have enough sockets for charging mobile phones and iPads etc. One socket beside dressing table area only and you had to unplug a bedside light to use another socket - nowhere near enough nowadays.

I express my deep gratitude to the hotel administrator named Olga, a very sympathetic girl, very friendly, very positive and, most importantly and most importantly, Russian-speaking !!!! Because even with an electronic translator it was hard, at the right time the Internet could disappear !!! And so she explained everything to us clearly, in the end we got so used to it that we barely said goodbye when we left !!! I really hope that we will come back and forth again! And we will recommend this hotel to all my friends and acquaintances, because there is such a sociable employee there!!!

The location of the hotel is great. The hotel is near the airport, around 35 minutes of walking. 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. There is a good restaurant near the beach with great views of the planes landing. The sound of airplanes is not as terrible as I thought.

The breakfast we got was nothing special. I didn't like it. There were eggs, sausages, bread, sweet buns, dry breakfast. I personally lacked the choice of vegetables as only cucumbers and tomatoes were served.

We booked a family room, the room was exactly as it was expected, the lake view was lovely. The room was very clean. All the hotel staff were friendly and nice. The pool is clean and lovely.the beach is 10 mins walk, many restaurants around. The food in the hotel restaurant was good. The beauty center offer a variety of services with reasonable prices. We loved our stay and we enjoyed our holidays.

Perfect location for where we wanted to be and views that we asked for over Lake and runway. Lovely balcony watching the comings and goings of the planes. Staff friendly.Breakfast selection and choices fantastic. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily. Pool looked lovely and inviting although we didn't use on this holiday.

Some items on hot breakfast buffet were cold on a daily basis. Noisy fridge in room. Some hotel guests coming and going at night and early hours of the morning showed little respect for people sleeping, loud ,not a reflection on hotel or staff and not sure how could be resolved. We did mention to reception staff but hard to identify those guests without getting out bed and checking. However, overall enjoyed our stay and great for bus stop across the road and nearby restaurants and shop.

Very quiet but low season to be expected.

The room was spacious, clean and bed is very comfortable. It was looking over the pool and you see the flights departing from the airport. Staff were really so nice and helpful. The breakfast had good variety of food and was delicious, but you will find same food everyday. Location was good , you can take the bus so easily to the city center. The room was made up every day and towels were changed regularly.

It didn't have a safebox. And the curtains were a bit light , so the sun enters really Early. Only for info The buses only go there till 11 pm , after that you will have to walk or go by Taxi.

The attitude of the staff especially Maria in the dining room and Dimitris at the bar. The cleaning ladies were also very nice and friendly. All the staff were lovely.

The pool was smaller than expected and the bottom of the pool leaves blisters, it's very rough,like sand paper. Food choice was average. Rooms were old style, but clean. The atmosphere in the hotel was very family oriented and slow pace. If you're young and looking for music and fun go somewhere else! The selection of drinks was all local and poor quality. The snacks between meals were very poor-for an all inclusive more was expected. Ps the aircon was very old and at times stopping.

Only a fleeting visit but staff were very friendly and helpful - organising us a packed breakfast for early departure, helping my elderly parents with somewhere to rest for a late flight, storing luggage and booking taxis at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble. Family room was great, a bottle of complimentary wine on arrival, plus amazing swimming pool with cafe to hang out at.

Sight and sound of airport runway from hotel - though this was a massive plus for my plane spotter son who got up early to watch take-offs and landings from our balcony. Could do with a mini fridge in the room.
