The pool area was absolutely beautiful and so was the building itself. Staff was very helpful providing lots of information, calling us cabs, etc

I think the rooms are due a bit of renovation, especially rooms like ours where we paid more for a room with balcony and view, but the shower should have a proper screen, not a flimsy curtain.

Clean room, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine.

I have never spent as long waiting at reception to be checked in. Only one receptionist on. It was late in the evening and only a couple of guests in front of me but the process was painfully slow even though I had pre booked the room.

The best thing was the view across the island. - amazing sunset view. The location was quite convenient for the airport if you have a hire car. Other than that it was comfortable enough, but wasn’t really what we wanted for a couple of nights at the end of our stay.

Although quite close to Corfu Town, it is not very practical without transport. We decided to hire a car because the shuttle service to/from the airport was expensive considering the distance. As the hotel overlooks the runway there is quite a lot of plane noise. The hotel was ok in general, but felt quite old.

A beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities and staff. The room on first impression didn't match the entrance/pool area/reception but I think it was probably the colour scheme that made it look less polished. The decor was ok and obviously renovated. The bed was comfy, great bathroom and balcony overlooking the lagoon. Breakfast was fantastic..lots to choose and plenty of it. I'm not sure what the manager in the restaurant was called but he was super helpful, especially when we had dinner. Also he helped a lady at breakfast who had mobility issues. He was super friendly, polite and helpful. He had a cat that had just been put to sleep. Lovely staff in all areas from reception to room servicing! A wonderful stay. 😊

only one tiny point....the music round the pool was loud and not great but depends on your choice! It was turned down a little on request though. 😊

Breakfast options was wonderfully good. Rooms spacious and bathroom a decent size. Balcony was a bonus. Worth noting the bed was huge. The facilities are excellent, the pool always clean and presentable. Very warm welcome on arrival and smooth check in. The entire plane was exceptionally clean all the time, all the staff were very polite and friendly.

I wish the reception staff told us about the public bus at the bottom of the property which we only found out in our 2nd last day. Considering that I asked about how to get into town, and she suggested Uber, I think telling guests about the accessible bus service is something she should have mentioned. And I didn’t like how guests were reserving their sun lounges straight after breakfast, even though they didn’t come down until much later. And guests who did have lounges, reserved their spot while they walked away for hours to have lunch etc… There should a rule about this. Or place more sun beds out, they have the room to do this.

The pool area was nice, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were particularly friendly too.

It does look a little tired & in need of a refresh (first impressions not quite befitting of the “palace” name). The hotel is next to the airport runway and the room was quite noisy in the day as a consequence, however I was not disturbed at night. A word of caution; I specifically picked this hotel as it was close to the airport (30 min walk), however due to thr one way system (presumably), a taxi is 30 euros minimum (walking in >30c heat wasn’t desired). There’s also not a huge amount close by in terms of amenities.

Nice swimming pools! Good location/close by the view point/Holy Monastery of Panagia which is stunning, Prince Philip’s old house & nice places to swim! Good bus route, very close to town (20mins bus) & airport (10mins taxi) Nice staff in the day time especially Eleftheria who is absolutely lovely on reception, she’s amazing! Michael on reception who was very helpful! Teuta from house keeping who very kindly recovered my partners shorts that had fallen from the balcony & keep our room really clean!

The night staff on reception need to be retrained in customer service skills as compared to the day reception team, they aren’t friendly at all! If you want a sun lounger by the pool go super early as otherwise people put the towels on them at 8am!

Firstly the staff are very friendly and try there best in all departments including the cleaning team who do a great job especially in the guest rooms - I must mention the restaurant manager who is a nice guy and always remembers return guests - one male receptionist stands out as nothing is to much trouble, unfortunately I did not get his name but on check out he came out to say good bye…. On 16/5/24 at 15:00. Breakfast a nice experience with excellent choice - new upgraded pool area is a big improvement and looks good. This was our 4th return visit and two more stays already planned this year 2024 - wonderful views from the hotel only had one issue over 4 stays 25 nights in total with numerous coach parties of children who were completely unruly throughout one night - hotel did there best obviously the school teachers failed. (Not something the hotel could have anticipated and cannot be blamed for the behaviour of guests for one night) This hotel has become our favourite and is recommended because of the staff and experience. Cannot wait to go back!

The Hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, and have confortable installations. The room is large, breakfast is very good and staff really very helpful all the time. If you stay at the hotel, we recommend take a walk to a near place called Kanoni, where you hava fantastic views of the planes going up and down, and visit a tiny little church by the sea.

The swimming pool is not very large -and ambient music there was a little bit cheesy... Prices were a little higher than normal, but we found out that everything in Corfu have prices higher than expected, so...

The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfast was very good and the pool area was relaxing and very clean. Overall, an excellent stay.

The hotel is somewhat separated from the city center, though there are a couple of mini markets for essentials. I walked to the city center, which was a short 40-minute walk, but there are no side-walks for much of the way. On the bright side, you are never alone walking on the side of the street, so I suppose the cars are watching out for you :)
