There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff were kind and helpful. My room was always clean and tidy for me. The reception staff were helpful with any help we needed. The pool staff were also very attentive at all times.

Absolutely lovely hotel - staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean and had an amazing sea view (we booked superior room with sea view). The pool area was lovely and the breakfast plentiful and one evening we sat and had cocktails in the room top bar which was lovely. The hotel has lots of steps but this gives the hotel real character. Location is perfect - near the habour/ seafront but also quiet. If I go back to Elounda I would definitely stay here again.

Could have had different eggs at breakfast - always was fried eggs and some greek yoghurt would have been nice and fresh and different fruit juice, rather than watery orange juice every day.

My partner and I stayed here for five days in early September 2023. We were looking for a boutique-style hotel that had very good reviews and was within walking distance from restaurants, bars, and cafes. Elounda Orama offered all of this and we were very happy with our stay at the hotel. When we got there we were welcomed by two very friendly members of staff who got us through to our room very quickly. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and happy to help/offer suggestions. They were always very cheerful to see us and really made the stay that much better [so thank you to the staff at Elounda Orama, you are a credit to your bosses/managers]. The room we had was lovely and perfect for our five days in Elounda. The bathroom was very nicely decorated and functional. The bedroom was a very nice size with an adequate wardrobe and draw space for clothes. There was also a fridge in the room which was nice. We had a nice balcony which had a small view of the sea, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoon heat drinking Mythos and snacking. The hotel pool area is fantastic and has lots of beds for many of the guests staying there. The pool was very nice and clean. There was also a pool bar with great staff and a nice selection of bar food and drink. Parking is available up the hill near the pool area. There is plenty of parking for the visitors and cars seem very secure there.

The bed was a little stiff, but my partner and I have a memory foam mattress at home so that might have been a factor. The hot tub near the pool needs some TLC as the buttons to work the bubbles were not working. The breakfast buffet could have varied a little each day. But overall it was good.

A great central location and one street back from the seafront

The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful but the bed was terrible and uncomfortable in our room. I think the mattress is in need of replacement which would be the only thing needed for me to give an uprated overall grading.

Great location - easy walking to lovely restaurants and bars Lovely staff ! Our aircon was not working in our allocated room - they came straight upstairs to look at it and promptly and friendly moved us to a room with working aircon

No evacuation procedures - we had a fire alarm go off at midnight one night - so we jumped out of bed, got dressed and went down the stairs We were the only guests who did that - others were standing outside their rooms or on balconies The alarm went off eventually and no one came to say anything (no staff in sight) - no little notes to say anything about it - just a little strange experience

Great position. Helpful and friendly staff. Good pool. Good breakfast. Large room with great balcony with sun beds and sea view. We would use the hotel again as it was much better than a previous one.

No yogurt for breakfast. In Greece? Towels changed only every 3 days because of "saving the environment " that includes pool towels. Sun beds on room balcony very uncomfortable as they have no cushions so we couldn't use them. A shame!

Location was five minutes away from restaurants and bars on the water front. The room location and veranda into the garden was very pleasant.

The parking was some what difficult until you got used to the location. A lot of steep narrow roads, but when parked hotel was just through a gate. The bathroom drain in the middle of the floor was a bit dangerous with bare feet. Breakfast had a poor selection of fruits canned peaches every day.

The breakfasts were the same everyday and a bit bland eg freshly squeezed orange juice would be nice. We are sure you used to do it? Maybe alternate egg options would help and hot pancakes not cold ones? All the staff were lovely especially Elena and Helen but one let’s the team down badly …. Two occasions he was obnoxious and rude but fortunately for us and other guests he only seemed to be part time on the poolside bar

Location, breakfast, cleanliness and staff are all fantastic.

I was in room 1103, The size of the toilet, open plan bathroom with walk in shower cubicle was good, but the toilet was squashed in! Sit down and your legs almost touch the door and not wide enough either for comfort basic requirement I think. This may not be the same in every room I don’t know. You needed a map (or maps on the wall) to get around, as the property is on many levels and buildings. But once understood it’s ok.
