Amazing,!!! the location, the design of the rooms with the sea balcony, the staff, the breakfast-Everything was really, really perfect. The view from the pool, the private beach. Proximity to nearby towns. Thank you for a perfect vacation

Despite all the many advantages of the hotel, it really bothered us that they didn't put water bottles in the rooms, the area is very, very hot and water is really a very basic thing‼️In addition.. the price of a bottle of water, and in general the prices of the drinks and/or food at the pool and sea restaurants were excessive. It could have been solved if at least there was a water dispenser or water bottles🙏Another thing that bothered me a bit was the purple light in the room. which could not be turned off at night

Beautiful hotel, with a pool and private beach, the staff are super attentive and professional. The breakfast is great, super peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed every moment. Very good experience for couples as it’s an adult only hotel.

Not directly related to the hotel but we found the hotel restaurants a bit pricy, you can find really good places in a short distance drive. Also the hotel is on a hill, so you need a baggy to take you or use the stairs- just to be aware of. Super cool lifts can take you to the beach!

Beautiful views and scenery from the cliffside which the hotel is built into. Decor in rooms is modern and contemporary. Private pool is delightful and staff are extremely helpful and polite and accommodating. Complimentary bottle of water and wine on arrival was a nice touch. Bed was extremely comfy and must have been super king size as it was huge and crisp white linen made it feel luxurious. Bathroom shower was a waterfall head and super hot, not that it needed to be as it was 30 degrees outside. Toiletries were also topped up everyday and fresh towels if you wanted clean ones. Hotel facilities very good, gym and tennis court free of charge. Pool area had infinity pool and bar with plenty of sun loungers to go around. Private beach was a nice touch with an additional bar and restaurant at the sea edge. Also staff available for pool service and lounger drinks service on the sea front by the private beach. Buggy service to rooms was a nice touch but necessary considering hotel is built into to a cliff face and the route to the rooms is a 45 degree angle, but nothing was too much trouble for the staff who went above and beyond.

Although cleanliness of the room was good it lacked the finishing touches. Bed linen had 2 small holes in the top sheet and complimentary bathrobe had large hole in pocket resulting in my partners phone falling onto the floor. Tiled floor areas got dirty quickly and weren't mopped everyday meaning dirty feet if you didn't wear footwear. Air con was not cold enough in the room and mini bar fridge also not really cold either. Prices were astronomical also if you bought any extras and coffee pods were also not complimentary considering the price paid for the holiday, this would have been much more appreciated. Decking area at beach bar needed some TLC as weeds coming through and thirsty for a paint. Which is not expected of 5 star quality.

The staff is incredible. Rooms with the pool worth every penny. Truly amazing stay

Coffee pods for 1,5eur?? Are you kidding me? It felt like such a disrespect to 5 STAR hotel guests. Everything else was nice, but this thing just took me over. Even hostels offers free coffee.

Excellent resort, stunning views, very professional and friendly staff. It was everything that we could have asked for for our honeymoon. The facilities were all excellent, the private beach was really clean and had a nice little bar where you could have lunch. The breakfast was great too. I read some complaints of food allergies not being taken seriously on booking before going there. While there we were asked regularly if we had any allergies, so they seem to have taken the criticism to heart and have improved.

The restaurants of the resort seemed really pricey for what they were (albeit they had great views and atmosphere) but there are much better and affordable places around (some even in walking distance). The resort should offer more potable water. They wouldn't restock your room fridge with any and the water in the bars and restaurants cost 5 euro per half litre. That felt uncourteous when it was 35 degrees every day.

Exceptional location for the architecture and view of the ocean. You know right away that you are staying at a very elegant place with a lot of staff to support any needs. The room we had also came with a private pool. It s perfect for privacy and relaxing moments.

If you are interested in some entertainment with dancing / live band ; this is not the place….Not much ambiance after 8:30pm and far from the city for any type of entertainment. Beach near by are bad and not worth trying ; but the pool at the hotel is very good with an amazing view of te ocean

The hotel was in a beautiful location, the pool and hotel beach were lovely. The breakfast was fantastic and staff really friendly.

Our room was quite small, and was located opposite the restaurant but there was no net curtain for privacy. This meant we had to be in darkness when showering etc after a day at the beach. Our room also wasn’t made up properly for us on arrival, there was no complimentary water and no soap etc. water was not provided and the mini bar was extortionate. There are also knockers on all the doors which are really loud and wake you up at night.

We were unexpectedly upgraded on arrival to a lovely spacious comfortable room with a wonderful view across the bay, which was a lovely surprise. Food at breakfast and evening buffet was superb. We ate far too much as it was all delicious. Full marks to the chef. Also the waitering staff are lovely, so friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble. Sushi restaurant onsite is well worth a visit too.

We are tennis players and having brought our own equipment would have expected use of the tennis court to have been part of the hotel facilities rather than being charged to use it. A shame as we would have used the courts a lot more, especially as we didn't see anyone else using them during our stay. The music around the hotel pool can be a little loud at times too during the daytime and not very peaceful. So we chose to sit on the beach which was quieter.

Excellent pool! Infinity pool overlooking an ocean is the best view you’ll ever have. Even in high season it was easy to secure 2 pool loungers. Every single member of staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very high standards of cleanliness everywhere. Room was very comfortable and clean. Air con was good quality and easy to control. Food provided (breakfast buffet, room service and food provided in the beach area) was all very good quality and delicious. We loved the private beach area. Again, the staff were great, and we also appreciated the quality of towels and the DJ playing music throughout the day.

We found the food quality at hotel restaurant Samurai a little disappointing given the price point. But the staff and service at the restaurant were truly exceptional. Some of the umbrellas in the beach area a little shabby.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are all super friendly

The hotels policy in eating in their restaurants is very outdated. They require men to wear long trousers and a collared shirt. I didn’t bring any of those clothes so couldn’t eat in the hotel. I don’t this policy very out of date for the times we live in. Also, no restaurant but the beach bar is open until 7pm which limits options.
