This hotel is a hidden gem! We were initially worried when our Satnav took us higher up the road where there was no visible hotel, however when we found it, we were delighted. The reception area is beautiful and welcoming, the apartment was simple, providing everything we needed. I could imagine staying there for a prolonged period of time and instead of the 3 nights we were there. The location is excellent, being a short walk to the lake and busy areas. Definitely value for money.

The only problem we found was the low-quality mattress as we could feel the springs, but still managed to sleep very well.

Excellent location for us a few blocks from the lake and lakefront restaurants and not far from the bus station. We held class in the good-sized lobby. I liked having an elevator. The landlady was able to call two taxis for us to visit the nearby archaeological site of Gournia.

We expected to have breakfast at the hotel but understood that with the landlady's husband in the hospital she had too many things to do. We found excellent breakfasts at Asteria cafe which opened at 7:30.

The hotel is well located between the city centre and the bus station, and there is a free city minibus stop just 50 meters away. A nice couple run the hotel and they offer modern, clean rooms with all the amenities, including a kitchenette. The room is very large and has elevator access.

Close to town centre and not to far from the beach

Small room. No possibility to make a coffee in the morning. No possibility to dry swimming suits and towels after a beach day.

Good sized room, central location, clean. Access to terrace is a big plus, wonderful view of bay. Nice, friendly hotel.

No fly screens so doors / windows have to be sealed shut to keep out the street noise. AC is old so room is stuffy at night, couldn't ventilate as the motorbike traffic below is really loud. No washing up liquid supplied in kitchen, blunt knives.

Would be nice to have choice of Fan instead of always air con .

The hotel was a 10 minute walk to the bus station which was handy for us and not too far up from the main part of Aghios Nikolaos. We had a studio which had loads of room for storage and cost the same as a standard room.

There's no sea view as it isn't down by the harbour area, but you can't have everything!

Exceptional service, the room was immediately available on short notice, and the host was very kind and helpful

Shower was a little small for me but I am an xl size man,

It was very clean and top located in the city center. You have everything you need very close to you.

We had a small balcony which was ok but we didnt have place to dry our swimsuits and towels

Very big rooms, in general was clean, very good location

The bathroom was too small, especially the shower. The bed was horrible
