Breakfast was good. Our room 102 in ground floor was good and the air source heat/cooler pump (ASHP) was working well. Balkony sight to the pool and garden was nice and it was easy to dry swimsuit and towel in the balkony. Nice and clean pool. Taxi driver service from the airport and to the airport was good (and no costs to us).

The fridge was noisy when I put four big water bottles on its door, but I fixed it by putting a wedge between the fridge door and the floor.

Me and my girlfriend booked to stay at Bright Star for a week and we had a brilliant time. The hotel is in a good location, around 10-15 min walk from the strip/restaurants and the beach. The swimming pool was a great size and had some fountains. There were also floats available for use and an underwater jet machine which was great fun to use in the pool. The sunbeds were comfortable and plentiful so there was no issue getting one for the day. Lefteris is a top guy, very friendly and accomodating to us and made our stay feel special. He also provided us with an upgrade to a very nice room and an extended check out. Breakfast included a good selection of cereals, fruits, eggs, meats and also freshly made crepes. There was also a pool table at the hotel which was a nice bonus. Room also had some kitchenware which we used for a night to cook dinner (as eating out every day did start to get expensive!). Overall, we had a 10/10 stay and we highly highly recommend Bright Star as the place to stay in faliraki. Things to do - beach, relax by the pool, visit the old town, boat trip (highly recommend), eat gyros... We also rented quad bikes for a day and toured the island, very good fun.

Owner of the place, Lefteris is really friendly and will help you with any problem or wishes you may have. Hotel is quite small, very clean and about 10minute walk from Faliraki centrum. Next to hotel is 2 car rentals where you can rent a scooter or bike if you don't want walk to the centrum. We stayed in Bright star a week and really liked it. Definitely coming back!

Bright Star is a great hotel with an even greater host, Lefteris. The area in which the hotel is situated is quiet, relatively close to the beach (10 minutes of walking). The apartment we stayed in was recently renovated so that was a nice touch. The pool is pretty big and you can order drinks from the bar. I also recommend having dinner at Oinos, a traditional Greek restaurant owned by the same host, Lefteris 😀 We also rented a car from the hotel at a very good rate, better than you can find online or at other car rentals.

Booked Bright Star on the basis of the really good reviews & didn’t dissapoint. Owner sorted us a private transfer from the airport free of charge & couldn’t do enough for us from the moment we arrived. Room was clean & modern. Pool was ideal & was always peaceful in the hotel, perfect for couples who just want to relax like us. Staff also added to the family feel of the hotel, just felt like it was a home away from home for the week. 10 mins walk to beach/town centre, we took advantage of the e scooters which can drop off a 2 min walk from hotel also. Really lovely holiday & thanks to all at the hotel for contributing hugely towards this.

A rating of 10 out of 10 is too low; I’d give it 13/10. The hospitality of the owner, Lefteris, and the entire staff is something you rarely see these days. The extra miles they go for their guests are exceptional. The accommodation is beautiful, in a peaceful environment, and the sea is just a short walk from the hotel. Everyone smiles at you all day and is always willing to help with anything you need. We 100% recommend this place and definitely want to come back again.

We loved everything about our stay in Bright Star. We got an upgrade, which we were very grateful for. Lefteris was an amazing, super helpful and friendly host. The location was perfect, free airport pickup, spacious room, great pool and a very tasty breakfast, literally positives only. Lefteris was very flexible on the check out time which was super nice, huge thank you for that! I can highly recommend staying in Bright Star and visiting the Oinos restaurant. Thank you!

It would be nice to have toiletries or at least a hand soap. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a perfect vacation at this hotel. Quiet place, great pool, good breakfast, short walking distance from the sea and the city center. This is a family hotel, providing warm hospitality and a staff that is happy to help with anything. We stayed as a family - a couple with 2 big boys, in a very clean, well-equipped and tidy guest apartment. The apartment gave a sense of privacy and quiet so we could rest. The hotel owner, Lefteris, also has cars for rent in the hotel parking lot, and an excellent restaurant a short distance away ("Oinos"). This is definitely one of the best restaurants on the whole island, And it is highly recommended.

This was our third time at Bright Star and again Lefteris exceed our expectations. Lefteris is the most kind and lovely host I have ever met looking back at our previous holidays. His Bright Star is lovely. The rooms are large and comfortable, the swimming pool and beds are outstanding and the breakfast is superb. Faliraki is in our opinion the best place to stay at in Rhodos. The sandy beaches, great restaurants and bars - there is no place like Faliraki at Rhodos and no better place to stay than Bright Star!

Wonderful place with wonderful people. The whole family who runs this hotel is super nice. The place is clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and tasty coctails. We were there with our two kids, booked a one bedroom apartment but Lefteris gave us a two bedroom apartment with a huge terrace. Thank you very much guys for everything!😊
