The hotel area was clean. Places are cleaned all the time. The area was beautiful. The food was good. The animation team was amazing. The room was clean and bigger than we expected.

Sometimes the music was played in the pool area so loud that it was impossible to stay there. Fortunately, it was calmer in the water park. The evening program was also so loud that it was impossible to sleep in the room even though the room was far from the amphitheater. Even at the children's disco, the music was so loud that the children couldn't be there. And we're usually used to the noise.

Big pool, long opening hours for the pool bar and snack bar. The showering room on leaving date was great. Great daily activities

Maybe free shuttle bus to the faliraki beach more often per day. Nights shows were not so good than last time we visited

The rooms are of a good size and we were situated in good location for all facilities

Only two minor issues, no microwave to reheat your food and sun loungers are situated on grass

Me and my children loved the several pools in the beautiful gardens and we loved the buffet on the beautiful terrace with mountain and sea view

The only thing that was missing was mosquito nets on the windows as there were a lot of mosqitos

The pool and entertainers were great. Food was really good and drinks were strong. Maintenance guys gave us a lift up the hill on the golf cart. It was so hot and it was like a present from beyond

The rooms and exterior could do with some tlc

The the breakfast was really good had a large range of options and the staff was really helpful they helped us change our room so our booking would line up. The had a bus to the beach Every day.

The bus to the beats doesn't run all day. The shower in the room will get the whole bathroom wet when being used.

Location was good, pools were great. Staff was really friendly and there were loads of activities if you like that kind of things.

Drinks included in all-inclusive did not have enough variety. "cola"sprite" and beer were really low quality. Juices an coctails were really good though. Also i don't like to drink from cardboard cups.

There was nothing not to like, the staff from start to finish where some of the best, the reception staff are hands down the best Ive ever had the pleasure to deal with,

My only critique about the hotel was the children's stage was concrete and it was tiered so to me not safe for children, it could do with being a more flatter service, other than that one of the best hotel myself and my family have stayed in,

Animation team was amazing, my children enjoy a lot.. Food is ok..

We got a room far from all, the reception, the pools and from the dining room.. and we have to claimed lot of stairs.. it was difficult for my mom..

Visited this hotel the second time, again only positive experience. Everything is good, wonderful food, great people etc.
