Property is cozy and comfortable with the small yard outside on the first floor. The rooms were just renovated and as we know from owner it's going to be the same with bathrooms. Everything close, shops, bar street, 10 minutes from beach and taxi station. Ease to reach different points of Rhodes island by bus or taxi. Owner is very hospitable and friendly, he provided for us a nice list with places which worth to visit on Rhodes and each place was amazing. He was always ready to help, we asked for iron and he brought it also we accidentally closed the door with keys twice and he quickly resolve this problem :) Absolutely recommend this place!

Really recomend! We stayed for 12 days and everything was perfect! Good location, near bars and restaurants, shops, 5 min to Faliraki sandy beach. New appartment, like in photos, everything worked, very clean! Free parking. Definitely will come back next year! Thank you so much for service, best wishes for owners! 😉

On a 28 night stay I was absolutely blown away with the room,I have stayed in 4 star hotels less desirable,the mother and son team couldn't have been more helpful and tended to all my. Needs and requests,beautiful garden and clean grounds, conveniently situated off the main road so no noise at all, huge TV which I connected to my firestick.

Nothing at all was a disappointment, and plan to stay next year for same 28 day period

We could not have chosen a better choice of accommodation for our short visit. All facilitilies were perfect! Everything was close to the apartment (beach, taverns, shops, etc.). Easy to reach different spots of Rhodes island by bus or taxi. Property was cozy and very clean. The apartments are just renovated with the modern equipments, especially the comfortable large bed. The owner was so welcoming and helpful. He warmly helped and provided us all the recommendations. We really enjoyed, we were very sorry that we stayed only for such a short time and we will definitely come back! Thank you!

The property was excellent, everything worked and it was very clean and conveniently. What I liked most was that the owner was exceptionally helpful in everything that I asked for about where to go where to eat if I needed something etc, he was amazing, also everything worked perfectly and the quality of the room was amazing. WiFi was excellent TV worked very well as did the AC.

The room was very clean, little kitchen with some utensils. It has a lovely balcony with a table and two chairs. The owners were so lovely and accomidating, if we needed anything they tried their best. A few streets away from the very noisy party streets that lead to the beach so no loud music to be heard from there.

The kitchen was lacking in little things, like a spatula for cooking and soap+sponge to wash dishes. The walls aren't very thick, we had to tell our neighbours (room next door) to turn their music down some nights in a row, also if someone is on their balcony chatting, you can hear it even if your door is closed. Maybe me and my partner are just picky and cannot fall asleep with noise. The main road is also in earshot distance, lots of cars and motorbikes racing down the roads at all times of the night. Otherwise everything else including the accessable location was great. Many supermarkets around as well.

I came here at low season , and found this place still to be open,So I booked it because it was close to the beach and all the shops. I liked everything about this room, the price , the location , the cleanliness , the friendly staff , the convenient bed, good shower. I made a great choice, and have good memories here.

There is no pool in the garden, but it was not a problem because so many other things were great. the location to the shops and beach was only minutes walking.

The apartment was very aesthetic and cozy (there is private yard with garden). It is located near the bus stops, what is very comfortable if you want to use public transport, the nearest shop is about 2 mins walk. The beach is about 10mins away🤩 We really loved the staff it was super friendly, they even let us to leave our luggage at the place, while explored Falaraki after check out time.. and even gave us a cute gift!

the host was super kind and helpful - he booked us a taxi from the hotel to the airport, and whenever i asked sth he responded instantly. the place was clean and quiet, the garden is amazing. the beach was close, about 5-10 minutes of walk. our room was cleaned twice during our holiday. i would definitely recommend it. looks exatly the same like in the pictures. in my future visit in Rhodes, i’m sure i will choose this place again!
