Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel

The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. They recommended day trips, made restaurants reservations, etc. We had an idea of things we wanted to do but they helped us decide which companies were best. I would definitely return!

Nothing truly, good location and amenities. Many of the guests were elderly but families as well - quiet and calm experience.

We had the bungalow with private pool and it was fantastic. The bungalow was a really nice size and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us, including in the private pool. We hardly bothered to go to the other pool. To have our own pool was a real treat, especially when the pool bar and food was so close at hand. Our teenage children loved it! There was a large selection of food and staff all seemed very friendly. We were even given a bottle of wine and fruit not long after arriving, which was a really nice touch!

While we stayed at pegasos deluxe beach hotel, all 4 of had upset stomachs on different stages of the holiday, which really worried us about eating the food. I don't know whether the food was too rich for us or something else. We did swap from tap water to bottled water, but still I became unwell. Not sure if they use tap water in the drinks or not. This did put a dampener on our holiday, as we were hoping to take full advantage of all inclusive and we were unable to enjoy the days that we were very poorly.

Really nice staff and hotel. Clean. The food was really good and the bar staff in the beach bar were super lovely. I really liked the fast food options. I wasn't so keen on some of the evening entertainment. But thats because its not really my thing

The wine was undrinkable in the restaurant. Selling knocked off perfumes in the shop was a bit tacky for a 4 star hotel. The staff were lovely but it was the beginning of the season and they were a little inexperienced.

It is excellent. Great view from the room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and green hotel area, private beach. Varied choice of food. Overall a very good hotel.

The only drawback was that shampoo and hair conditioner were not added to the room, only on the day of check-in.

Very friendly staff, food and beverages at all inclusives were more than enough and very tasty, sunbed, direct seacost

In october the pool was quite cold, no bedlinen for children, the beds were not so hard, but they were comfortable

Very good location, nice sandy beach with pebbles in the water. Beach beds were always available. Very good quality and variety of food in the main restaurant. Also pizza in the snack bar was delicious. Drinks were average. What makes the stay special is all the staff - starting from the reception team who helped with all questions, cleaning ladies who kept the room super clean, bar tenders and animation team. Staff is definitely the added value to the hotel. :)

Wifi was not very good. Non alcoholic drinks were average, soft drinks only. My family preferred to buy bottled water as we got stomach issue for a day. Mattress in the room was too soft, haven't see anywhere so soft mattresses. Despite the dislikes I would rate this hotel very high. :)

Limited choice of drinks Issues with water and internet supply in room but the Reception staff were efficient when dealing with this However the issues above would not stop me from staying there again and we were offered a reduction in the cost of a late checkout in recognition of this. There were Issues with Booking.com's service and misrepresentation of cancellation policy during the booking process and after booking but I must stress that this was not the hotel's fault. The fault laid purely with Booking.com

Fantastic beach, great buffet food with large variety. Themed food nights. Also great pizza/gyros/ice cream stands which are included when on all inclusive but also very cheap to purchase if not. Room was clean and comfortable with good shower pressure. We had a side sea view which we didn't book but was great. Full sea view rooms available, spa, multiple pools (also for children) and loads of sitting spaces In sun or shade. Beach loungers and umbrellas included. It's a sandy beach with some pebbles as you enter the water

The beds were a little hard but this seems to be standard in all of Europe.

Nice location, bus stop right after hotel, in walking distance to Faliraki. Clean room with big balcony. Friendly staff. The kitchen with limited choice of dishes from day to day, but tasty. Early breakfast if you have early check-out. Free wi-fi.

We requested twin bed, but received two single. When I asked about changing the room administrator was too busy, so we stayed in the same room. The evening animation was too loud. You receive only one bottle of water on check in and then you only can buy it if you want some in the room. The kids play yard is in terrible condition. Almost everything is broken and pooped by birds. Don't believe photos as we did :(
