Setting was beautiful. The staff extremely friendly , welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet had everything and more you could wish for

Not enough room in bathroom for toiletries. A couple of shelves would easily resolve this. Also going to restaurant in evening said “smart casual” . I wore a long dress with flip flops and was told I had to change my footwear. There is no notice about this. I changed into shoes . On arrival I saw men wearing “sliders” . Surely if I cannot wear flip flops then sliders should be banned too. I didn’t understand as my flip flops were new and had diamanté. Much smarter than sliders . I wore them to an al scatter restaurant the night before and was not told I had to change!!! Very confusing and disappointing.

The overall experience was amazing. When we arrived they offered us upgrade to another beautiful new hotel but we decided to stay in the hotel and it was great decision. We got room with private pool, my gf celebrated birthday and they bring a free of charge cake for her. The pool is heated and the atmosphere in the main pool area is amazing and relaxing. Breakfast was great and the pool restaurant as well. The service is top notch and everyone were so nice and welcoming and offered us rides and help in everything we needed.

Few things to improve: 1. Be more generous with water - it’s weird the hotel doesn’t provide water on daily basis in the room and it’s even more weird and upsetting that the buffet dinner that cost 30€ per person isn’t including water. 2. The hotel is in the same group with other few hotels and the water park. We went to the water park and expected some kind of discount but we paid full price. 3. The room has no 5 stars hotel amenities such as normal Shampoo, laundry bag, coffee machine etc. also we had aunts and some dirt when we got the room.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds at the pool. Good food, especially the desserts were fantastic! The gym was well equipped too. Beautiful grounds too. Clean and spacious rooms.

If you don’t want to spend all your days at the resort you definitely need a car or book excursions as it’s far from anything.

Great breakfast, amazing pool. The Jersey notes (I think that was their name) show was incredible!!!

I would suggest noting the structure of the resort, because as a person with disability without a car it would have been very difficult to manage.

The room had a great view, we were situated at the top of a hill but very walkable distance to the restaurants or could get the shuttle bus that ran every 10/15 mins! Food was amazing and we ordered room service twice which was quick and great value for money! Close to beach with the shuttle bus running there also, even though we hired a car ;)

Tap water was offered in the restaurant and spa areas, just a personal choice would have preferred bottled water, which was complimentary on arrival in room! The fridge in the room was not cold, we didn’t bother to mention it as we were only staying 4 days, if trip had been longer I would have asked for something to chill the bottles of water.

Amazing room, we booked the rooms with private pool and terrace. Really good quality bedding, towels and products. We had nice surprise and delights including wine, fruit and treats delivered to the room. Pool and bar area's are fantastic.

Would suggest more service lead A La Carte dining options for guests booking higher tier rooms/packages. Breakfast is buffet which lowers the experience of guests eating on the private terrace.

- Fantastic hotel with brilliant views of the coast and surrounding area - Shared and private pools were both excellent (very comfortable sunbeds at shared pool were a standout) - Food was very good - Rooms were spacious and clean - Service throughout all departments was excellent - Faliraki is not the nicest area BUT the hotel is tucked away on a hill outside of Faliraki and the close proximity to Rhodos Town and other east coast resorts was fantastic

- Coffee/Tea making facilities in the room could be improved

The Village is a very resort, on a hill with a wonderful view on the sea. The breakfast is great with a lot of choices and great to start the day. You have three pools to enjoy the sun with a great view. The rooms with the private pool are great to have a rest after a day under the sun. They are very spacious. You have a mini-market within the hotel, very handy !

The beach club is a bit further within another hotel of the same company. You need to take the shuttle. Or I advise you to rent a motorbike or a car in order to enjoy around. The hotel is very big, so you have to come early to get a sun bed around the pool.

This was my first solo visit abroad and I can’t praise the lovely hard working staff and facilities enough. The fact I didn’t feel like I was here alone says it all. Infact I wish I could stay longer. I had a fantastic stay and was welcomed immediately on arrival with champagne. When I arrived at my room I had a lovely bottle of wine and birthday wishes. The view from my balcony terrace was incredible. I would recommend getting up before sunrise to experience a beautiful view.. The food was lovely in the evenings at the multiple restaurants available also. There is a chapel at the top of the resort with amazing views of the area. I will most certainly be back next year and would definitely recommend to all kinds of people whether you’re solo, with a partner or with a friend.
