Exceptional room and dining. Facility was super clean. Warm and exceptional staff.

The lady serving food and drinks in the pool area needs a lot of training in dealing with residents. She treated us like we were outsiders and not resident. We have the cabana room which is by the pool and paid a lot for it but she told us we cannot stay in the lounge chairs, only for residents. sSe did DID NOT POLITELY asked us if we were residents. After I told her she backed off. Also very sarcastic when we talk to her. SHE SHOULD NOT WORK IN THIS KIND OF BUSINESS. : (

It is walking distance to everything. It is a nice little hotel. Rooms are good but small. Staff was helpful and service minded. Pool area is fantastic.

The rooms could need hangers- towel hangers in the bathroom and hangers in the closets. It would be nice with a good coffemashine in the room and more chairs on the balcony. The breakfast was very good- almost too many choices. The restaurant could need an upgrade- and tables outside- it is a bit of a cave to sit in. The reception is very nice with cozy furniture, but the lights are very bright and uncozy in the evening- where we arrived.

excellent location - near Fira town but with plenty of private outdoor space lovely pool area and outside bar / restaurant- great staff here. enough space for plenty of Sun loungers. very clean and well looked after

the breakfast area is a bit dated and soulless there are lots of food options but the warm options are more room temperature the room we had had a wet room style shower and the floor gets flooded. sadly the drain doesn’t quite work so something to clear the water other than doing it with your feet would be good. the rooms have next to no shelves for storage.

We stayed in one of the top floor suites with an outdoor "hut" tub (it is not a hot tub, it is jetted tub with cool water). Our suite was acceptable albeit on the small size with one of the two bedrooms being in the front room and thus no door so limited privacy. The outdoor facilities including the pool, free breakfast, etc. were lovely and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.

I was surprised by how small the suite was. However, it had two large beds that met our needs. There was one bathroom and the shower is set up without a curtain and in such a way that water gets all over the floor anytime anyone showers. All in all, it was fine. My only meaningful complaint was that I made a mistake in booking our room and needed to add one extra night. I asked the front desk if my room was available the next day and they said it was not and that I would need to find another hotel. I then went on to Booking.com and was able to see that my room was indeed available the next day and booked it online.

The bedroom didn't have much storage space or a full length mirror The mini bar fridge in the room was very noisy which was noticible when I was trying to sleep It could be quite noisy at night with other guests on the corridor I was able to use th Hotel facilities after I checked out but the only place they offered me to change was the ladies toilet which were not very nice or clean

Location is perfect. Is right near the main market of Fira, but not too close that noise will be an issue. I dont think you can get a better location than this in Fira. It is also right near the taxi station and some car rentals nearby. Staff is generally friendly and were polite. Breakfast was above average but not amazing.

Horrible internet issues, you will be cut off from the rest of the world while there. The net is only serviceable near the lobby, but bad in the rest of the hotel and trust me I tried every spot. If you have some important calls or meetings coming up, dont rely on their wifi. Staff was not effective in helping us book a rental car, they gave us a much higher price. Better to walk around and find something on your own. They are good in booking taxis though. The jacuzzi was always too cold to use.

If you’ve never been to Santorini, I have to say beware of where you book. There are two main towns - Fira the capital, and OIa which is about 20 min away by car. Both are picturesque. And both are basically shopping and restaurant Meccas for tourists. Perched in the side of mountains both overlook the sea and the views are stunning. People who rent in Fira also need to be aware that there are approx 4 cruise ships that dock there daily. The alleys on the mountain are probably pretty jammed in the summer months, we visited in October and it was still quite busy so I can’t imagine the may-sept. I would say it’s literally wall to wall humans. OIa is much the same since both are a series of stairs and alleys up and down the mountainside, with shops hotels and restaurants. When I was looking I avoided the temptation to book on the mountainside, while it’s lovely you have to drag your luggage to the hotel (you cannot drive) up a hill and through the alleys and the further down the mountain your hotel, the longer the walk both up and down with your luggage, amidst the crowds. - we saw quite a few doing this. Where we stayed - at the Kalisti -was perfect. It’s out of the alleys on the first street south and literally a 2 min walk to the heart of Fira. There are restaurants and shops a minute from the property, and it’s 15 min from the airport. The best part was that it has free parking. So we were able to rent a car for our stay and travel the island. We visited a few of the beaches, and OIa. The hotel itself is spotless, and lovely. The staff was also awesome. It’s a family run business and the manager (owner) was always on hand if you had a problem. We decided to upgrade our room because we wanted a bit more space and a private hot tub and the change was made immediately and the price very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious and varied daily.

Honestly it was much better than I expected! Was better than the pictures! The hotel is gorgeous! Looks brand new! And spotless! Was greeted by the smell of vanilla when we walked into reception after a long ferry ride which was a delight! The room service and food and drinks prices were very affordable! Beds were super comfy! Breakfast had a huge amount of choices and was free. And the pool area was so Instagrammable. The rooms were cleaned daily! Location was really convenient! Less than five minute walk to the caldera in Fira or the bus station! Great base for the Fira to Ola hike, buses elsewhere on the island, lovely restaurants! Including a Greek plate smashing one! And the nightlife too! Couldn't recommend it more! Also staff were a delight and found my medication which I misplaced which was really appreciated! I almost forgot to mention the FREE WINE!!!!!! STAY HERE ITS AMAZING!!!!

Honestly no real complaints. But wasn't able to get room service in the mornings which is when I typically want it, due to extreme laziness, and there was a severe shortage of toilet paper, there were several couples running around the hotel in the morning looking for the cleaners so they could get some. This I personally found quite entertaining. Would personally have preferred better coffee at breakfast, bacon, sausages and oat milk. Also I would have liked a robe. But honestly these are all very minor complaints. I loved this place.

room has good size, and they have good breakfast with some new things every day. The location is excellent, which is 5 mins to the local bus stops takes you to other villages. Fira is the centre point of the local bus, so it is very convent. it is also just minutes away from restaurants and shops. the jacuzzi is nice. I disagree with other review saying it is always cold. initially for us it is also cold, but if you ask them to turn up the temperature, the stuff is very helpful. interior of the hotel itself is quite nice.

Wifi is not very poor, after we checked with the stuff, it improves a bit, but in short, you need to sit outside. I think the hotel needs to invest in to get wifi routers in the room, which shall resolve the issues. the hotel is next to the road, so if your room is right at edge of the complex, it can be a bit noisy.

The room I booked was not the room we got. When questioned reception advised that the room shown on my booking was a jaccuzi suite and not the garden room suite I had booked. They advised this was Booking.com that had provided the misleading room details. This was very disappointing but the staff were very understanding and helpful.
