Beuatiful conversion of an old neo-classical building. Nice and comfortable rooms. Great location and restaurant bar next to the sea with great views to the Messinian bay, the port of Kalamata and the mountains beyond.

Breakfast was very poor. The two women serving were overstretched, things came in the wrong order, were late, and there was no apology for the inconvenience and the poor service.

Breakfast was quite poor, very limited, especially for a vegetarian. admittedly only €7 so what do you expect, but I’d rather pay more and have more choices, fresh fruit for example, yogurt, honey, better bread and croissants. for a few euros more the cafes on the harbour are better. my room had some sort of detector above the door, which glowed all night bright green. I could have read a book by it. there was a red light too on a different control panel. very annoying . I had to wear an eye covering.

The room was nice and made us happy. It had a bed that was very comfy and views that were beautiful. Having breakfast by the harbor was great. It was in a good spot to start the day.

We chose a room on the third floor, but it wasn't a good idea because there were no windows with a view. They upgraded our room to the second floor, which was better.

We stayed in these apartments out of peak season so in terms of value for money it was exceptional. The price though did not detract from the excellence of the facilities. We had asked for a quiet room but with the location close to the Marina and the seafront boulevard this would be a difficult request no matter which room we were paced in. The hotel though has good insulation and the double glazing is of a high standard so a lot of the outside noise is cut out. In summary a superb room with oak floors, comfortable furnishings and a modern clean finish to the bathroom.

The staff was very kind.Check in was very quick even earlier than should be. Room cleaned every day(including towel change, bathroom desinficated). Good functioning AC. Great location near beach and restaurants. Fair price.

Very clean and tidy, modern rooms with good showers and mattresses. Mini fridge and Hotel safe available were available in our room. Good restaurant with large portions at ground level. Staff was polite and helpful.

Can be very noise at night, especially in rooms facing the street. Drivers in Kalamata are unbelievable idiots, street racing and revving engines all night long. Bring earplugs if you don’t sleep like a stone.

The lift was not working

Good location, excellent air conditioning, modern room decor, super helpful and friendly staff

Needs a soft refurbishment, at least painting. Main road can be loud at times. Shower going hot/cold suddenly

The property was newly renovated and was clean.

The last floor loft rooms didn’t have normal windows only on the a very small window on bottom of the wall which was very depressive. Also the noice and music from the cafe downstairs was heard clearly.

event the best rooms are a tad small, but we did not mind. The lady at the reception was impolite, even rude at times which is very unusual for Greece. Seems like she would rather be somewhere else...
