great location with basically everything you need from a hotel room. Brekky included too. Good size room, nice bathroom. our room didnt have a view but that is no issue, prefer to go downstairs and experience everything in person anyway!

nothing really to complain about other than no coffee facilities in the room however, much prefer to be outside enjoying the view, people and beach while drinking a coffee.

I had a compact single room which had all the necessary comforts. It overlooked an external 'lounge' type entrance area, and was very quiet at night. The beach was less than 5 minutes away and was very gradually shelved making it easier for my moderate disabilities. There were lots of cafes nearby as well as tavernas.

Slight design faults with the bathroom and shower, but nothing too serious.

Beuatiful conversion of an old neo-classical building. Nice and comfortable rooms. Great location and restaurant bar next to the sea with great views to the Messinian bay, the port of Kalamata and the mountains beyond.

Breakfast was very poor. The two women serving were overstretched, things came in the wrong order, were late, and there was no apology for the inconvenience and the poor service.

The room was nice and made us happy. It had a bed that was very comfy and views that were beautiful. Having breakfast by the harbor was great. It was in a good spot to start the day.

We chose a room on the third floor, but it wasn't a good idea because there were no windows with a view. They upgraded our room to the second floor, which was better.

Breakfast was quite poor, very limited, especially for a vegetarian. admittedly only €7 so what do you expect, but I’d rather pay more and have more choices, fresh fruit for example, yogurt, honey, better bread and croissants. for a few euros more the cafes on the harbour are better. my room had some sort of detector above the door, which glowed all night bright green. I could have read a book by it. there was a red light too on a different control panel. very annoying . I had to wear an eye covering.

We booked 2 rooms, They were both beautiful.. Modern, comfortable, clean and the daily service by the staff was exceptional. Nothing was too much to ask for. Very friendly staff and perfect location close to the main beach and all the shops & restaurants.

We stayed in these apartments out of peak season so in terms of value for money it was exceptional. The price though did not detract from the excellence of the facilities. We had asked for a quiet room but with the location close to the Marina and the seafront boulevard this would be a difficult request no matter which room we were paced in. The hotel though has good insulation and the double glazing is of a high standard so a lot of the outside noise is cut out. In summary a superb room with oak floors, comfortable furnishings and a modern clean finish to the bathroom.

The staff was very kind.Check in was very quick even earlier than should be. Room cleaned every day(including towel change, bathroom desinficated). Good functioning AC. Great location near beach and restaurants. Fair price.

The lift was not working

Good location, excellent air conditioning, modern room decor, super helpful and friendly staff

Needs a soft refurbishment, at least painting. Main road can be loud at times. Shower going hot/cold suddenly
