Very comfortable and spacious room. The pool area was excellent for relaxing in the afternoons. Staff were helpful with our requests. Breakfasts were very good value and a big mix of options. The location is central without being in the busiest part of town.

We had a room with a sea view overlooking the main road and noise was an issue. We were woken up a few times by drunk people coming home late at night. On the Friday the hotel bar (which was directly below our room) played music much louder than it had the rest of the week and we couldn't sleep until they turned it down around midnight.

Our stay at KoSea Boutique was outstanding in every aspect. The location was perfect for our needs - close to town, the harbor and on the bus line. At Check-in, we were greeted by welcoming staff, who were most accommodating, approachable and informative. The beds were awesome, with high-quality mattresses and pillows. Being centrally located and on the water, noise was not an issue. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. But what was most impressive, is it was continously stocked and kept clean with the precision and efficiency of a military operation. No kidding. Housekeeping, Front Desk, FOH and Back of the House were all fantastic. We loved our 1 week stay. Thank you, Staff. You rock.u

Fantastic location - right next to the sea for swimming and walkable to all the main points of interest including the harbour, marina, Old Town . Ancient Agora , bars and restaurants etc. Only 30 minutes transfer from the airport. Lovely big room with balcony overlooking the sea. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Pool towels and good toiletries. Great breakfast.. Pool bar and pool area and gym. Staff very helpful.

Gym only opened from 9am. Half board choices very repetitive and with all the great choices nearby do not think it's a good option . Coffee pods not replaced as a matter of course.

Stayed for 10 nights. Excellent location and lovely room with extremely comfortable bed and pillows, nice sitting area and a good size balcony with a full sea view, towels changed every day and sheets every other, very smart modern bathroom and all kept very clean every day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good with a great selection for all tastes. The bar area was a nice place to sit and watch the world go by overlooking the sea. Didn't use the pool as we went to the beach every day but it looked a nice area with its own pool bar. Would definitely stay again.

There is a coffee machine in the room but you only get 4 coffee pods on the first day, after that you have to buy them from the hotel at € 1.50 per pod and the machine was not compatible with Nespresso style pods. Think at the room rate charged that's a bit stingy to only give 4 pods

Fantastic location, away from the main hustle and bustle of the town but still within easy walking distance. Staff all very helpful and reception always had someone present. Room style very clean and modern. Pool area doesn't seem to get too busy, we only popped in briefly twice but there were always plenty of beds and shade available if needed. Beautiful views if you select a Sea View room, our balcony in the family room was stunning and we didn't find the road or properties nearby too noisy at all compared to other reviews. H²0 is only busy on the Friday which we had been concerned about but it didn't disrupt us at all. Lots of nearby restaurants if you need them close but so many better ones to choose from across town.

Breakfast was disappointing, everything on the "hot" counter is lukewarm at best. Pretty much the same every day so gets boring by the end of a week stay. Basic provisions in the room don't get refilled so teabags, sugar sachets, water etc that you get on your arrival is your lot, it wouldn't take much to refill these and doesn't really reflect the service for the rest of the hotel. Beach opposite is only narrow and stony so if you prefer a perfect sandy beach this place isn't for you but we found nice enough beaches within about 20 minute walk the other side of the harbour so we were happy enough. If you can make it through the week without calling reception to sort out the safe you're a genius! Instructions not clear on how to use it.

Breakfast was good, products changed a little from day to day, whatever I ate was tasty. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Balcony was very good, facing the sea at a very good angle. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. No noise from inside the hotel. I did not use the pool, can't comment. Location close to center but not at the lively part (I prefer). The make-up mirror with light was perfect!!

Car noise started at 7:00 unfortunately, with the windows being a little thin. Other than that there was nothing I disliked. For travellers coming from Bodrum like me, the port is not walking distance at all, the map may be misleading (not a problem related to the hotel).

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the hotel was a nice size. Opposite the beach and a lovely bar next door for evening drinks. Reception staff were very friendly as well as the cleaning lady who was exceptional. The food was very good for breakfast and our other family we started with had evening meals and said it was very good.

The aircon didn’t cool the room at all which made for very uncomfortable nights with little sleep. The pool area was sole less with no music. The sun loungers were very uncomfortable and the lifeguard unfriendly. We bought a water from the shop next door and started to drink it and he said we were not allowed to bring your own drinks. No signage stated no own food or drink and it was a can of fizzy water. He was very rude.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the ferry port and lambi beach in the centre of the city. it is also located by the beach and there are cafes markets and car or bicycle rental points around it. you can swim from the beach in front of it, but very few people prefer it. the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms and the approach of the staff are quite good. they upgraded our room to a family suite due to availability. The 2 rooms and the balcony in the family suit were very spacious and clean. we were very pleased with the courtesy and attention of the staff.

From the moment you walk into the reception area of the Kos Sea hotel,it is most impressive.from the cool, ambient decor,the relaxing modern piped music ,and the smartly dressed uniformed reception staff,you realize that this is no ordinary hotel. Indeed,the spacious rooms,with excellent spacious sea view balconies,with powerful showers and superbly adequate Aircon,makes the room of the highest standard of comfort. The swimming pool area is also great for wiling away the day time sun-kissed hours , sunbathing,relaxing with a swim,or partaking I'm some ice cold beers,or cocktails from the poolside bar. We opted for inclusive breakfast,which was either of the continental variety,or indeed a good old English fry to set yourself up for the day. This was my wife and I first visit to Kos ,but anything we needed to know,the ever so helpful and very knowledgeable reception and bar staff were on hand to help us when needed.Tge rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard indeed,and our stay for five nights was very very enjoyable indeed.We would definitely return here at some point in the future,it really was exceptional.

Great location on the sea front and easy walking distance to the town centre, staff were really friendly and helpful, room was a good size and kept spotlessly clean. Cannot fault the place at all.

There was nothing about the property I didn’t like. The only slight thing was the road noise as our room was on the front of the hotel and when say on the balcony it could sometimes be intrusive. It was not a problem inside the room as when the balcony doors were closed the noise was cut out altogether.
