We booked a semi basement studio and I was a little concerned but needn’t have been . Our room was very spacious and had very comfy beds with plump pillows .It contained a small kitchen area with sink kettle and fridge , a good shower with a proper door , not curtains . A patio door led to a nice seating area surrounded By flowers . The grounds were well kept and swimming pool was good . For a small charge we were allowed to keep our room until six o’clock . I didn’t book a return taxi until three quarters of an hour before the flight as didn’t realise I needed to , my fault completely . When the taxi didn’t arrive the manager phoned the taxi company several times on our behalf . If he hadn’t have done so we would have missed our flight as the taxi didn’t arrive until two hours after booking it . Thank you so much ! ( whoever is reading this take note and reserve the day before )

I was disappointed that the snack area wasn’t open during the day . The hotel , although quiet , was set in a remote area not well lit at night.

It is a great budget hotel. First of all, really good location, about 20-25 minutes of slow walk to the town, places to eat and supermarket about 5 minutes of walk. Beach about 15 minutes from the hotel, depends on the pace. Pool was great, in a full sun, almost empty most of the times as people come here for the beach. Cats everywhere and we loved it, they will meow at you to get some food and attention :) Breakfast was limited but good, some fresh vegetables, toast, jams, honey, yoghurt, really good coffee. The staff is amazing, always helpful, always smiling, welcoming and willing to answer all of my annoying questions so thank you guys for that, all of you there are great :) room was clean, toilet as well, never experienced any troubles with water etc. little patio/balcony available with the room. In general it was quiet, it is not by the main road and also a has a little fountain by the patio so it provides a nice background noise and cancels the noise from the street. Lots of plants everywhere, we really enjoyed it. Plenty of room to sit in the shade on a patio or by the pool, you can get a cold drink from the bar as well. We liked it so much that we actually booked additional night there and I would definitely come back.

The only things that was missing was some cutlery and maybe a kettle in the room. Also no shampoo but in case you don't have your own there were plenty of them in the shower area by the reception so you can probably borrow one :)

This place is brilliant Value for Money... we stayed for 7 nights at £56 per night B&B! The rooms are basic but are very clean. The pool area is so quiet you'd struggle to find anywhere more relaxing than here, in Kos. The beers at the pool are only €2.50 for a small bottle and €3.50 for a big one...it's double the price anywhere else.

There's no kitchen facilities in the rooms, but, that's why it's so cheap.

The hotel is close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The swimming pool is great and the rooms are spacious with comfortable furniture. It's really quiet and nice! We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Lady at the bar was attentive to our every need, couldn’t fault a thing. pool was to die for in the scorching 36.c heat, a real life saver. bikes were fab as well, we had a brilliant time cycling into the town which only took around 3 mins may I add. Had such an amazing time, pool bar played some feel good tunes to get everyone in the summer time mood.

perhaps changing the towels and bedding more frequently other than that the place was spotless.

+ quiet location, but within walking distance to the city + friendly and helpful staff + nice pool side and generally relaxed vibe + Good cleaning service and comfy beds + lovely kittens playing in the garden

- breakfast was lacking a bit in variety. Would have been nice to have some more fruit options

This place is run by a Lady and her two sons. Made me feel extremely welcome from the first minute. I have travelled extensively around the world both for work and leisure, probably stay in 50-60 hotels a year and for the money this was as good as anything I have experienced. Pool area and breakfast of special note and comfy bed and great wifi!

It was a really beautiful and peacful place, a lot of cats and cows around the area! Pool area was also nice.

It was really difficult to get a taxi to this hotel for some reason, almost missed our ferry because of it. We stayed in the ground level room and sometimes had an issue with ants coming inside the room.

Location.. very peaceful. Lovely kept gardens. Lovely views. Lovely people. My 15th visit to Kos and I found this little gem in May this year. I’ve just spent another 9 days here and I can’t wait to go back next year in May and September. My sister came with me this time and it’s her first visit to Kos and she loved it! 😊

There wasn’t anything to not like .. I wish I could have stayed for longer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cats are beautiful and it's very close to the beach and city but still quiet. The rooms are very simple, but clean. Each room has a terrace that is nice. You hear the neighbours in the hotel.

Bathroom. Better isolated (noise) rooms. Fridge in the room is very loud. smaller Pillows.
