- the Pool is nice and is reached sufficiently by the sun, even though it is located between two buildings - the breakfast is amazing, great value for the money - located conveniently close to the beach and the port, thus to lots of restaurants and bars - Short walk from the airport bus station - clean A decent, quite basic hotel. We enjoyed our three nights here and it is reasonably priced, but we did not regret moving on afterwards.

- the kitchen was not so well equipped. No oil/spices, no kitchen towels/dish soap, no flipper etc.

Fabulous week at pavlos ... location is perfect for exploring in every direction and only about 10 minutes walk to either the beach, the port, or old town ... all the staff are very friendly and someones always available on reception ... pool area is good considering its in the town, especially for an afternoon dip and some late sun after the beach ... rooms not modern but very nice, spacious and cleaned well everyday , for a sensible price this hotel was a great choice and we will be back next time on Kos

Did not have breakfast plan. Cleaning staff were excellent. In fact all the hotel staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Pool and area around it was good. Overall would recommend the hotel. Was central to getting around all different parts of Kos town.

Room litle bit tired, was on noisy road but the exceptional standards of the lovely cleaning ladies made up for it. Not much didnt like to be honest.

Excellent location. Air conditioning worked fine....ensure balcony doors are fully closed though. Apartments are very spacious. Staff were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. No major stress with sunbeds at pool. Really enjoyed our stay at Pavlo's.

Nothing really. Some aspects of furniture are a bit worn. You can see they are trying hard with air con as there were new units in our apartment. It is 2 star and more than meets the expectation of a 2 star. Overall an excellent value for money hotel.

The hotel had everything we needed. We only stayed one night and didn't use the pool so can't comment on that, but the hotel exceeded expectation. The air con worked well (we didn't have to pay anything extra for this) and the room was spacious and airy. The beds were a little firm but we had stayed places where they were harder. The balcony was an OK size and the kitchen had most things we could have needed - no dish cleaning stuff but that's fairly standard. There was no bottle opener, an essential item! Guests in other rooms were a bit noisy on the balcony but the balcony was quite private and no noise in the room. The shower was small but better than others we've had in other places. We had the continental and the Greek breakfast, both lovely and good value and the staff were lovely. Good location.

We spent 6 amazing days at this hotel. The hotel stuff are one of the best we have ever met! The hotel location is perfect only few minutes from the fantastic beach bars, sea food restaurants and also few minutes from the busy old town area! (There is a cheap but -probably the best little restaurant in front of the hotel, called Break. Check it out, we absolutely loved it.) The hotel pool is clean and big, we spent some there too. All in all, Hotel Pavlos is the best place you can choose in Kos!

The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast is lovely, served on the terrace and snacks are always available. The pool was ideal during the 35° heatwave, plenty of sunbeds & parasols. Very relaxing Just a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach, the hotel is ideally placed

Very good location. Just a stroll from the town centre and a ton of amenities. The reception staff were lovely, the receptionist with the red hair was exceptionally friendly and provided us with a toaster when we asked. The pool is great and well maintained also.

The hotel has great potential, but the furniture and kitchenware were extremely dated. It's a great space, but it definitely requires a refurbishment.

Good location, easily accessible to both the central area and the beach. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The holiday apartment was retro style, which we liked as it was a reminder of Greek island holidays years ago. The reception and pool areas were nicely maintained.

The apartment cleanliness was ok, though there were some signs of the previous guests in the kitchen and bathroom. There were no washing up products or cleaning/drying cloths for the kitchen. The old mattresses were not very comfortable.

The room was convenient and OK for the price. Small kitchen with stove, fridge, sink and microwave was nice to have. Staff were friendly, and the pool was nice. A/C and wifi worked. Elevator was small but nice to help get bags upstairs.

There was a mistake on our booking. We booked online for one night but liked the location so booked a second night too using the online booking. But the hotel didn't notice our second booking and sold our room... they said they would move us to another hotel across the road and asked us to pack. But after much confusion the hotel opposite said their room was not a quad and wouldn't fit us so Pavlos Hotel eventually said to unpack and just stay in the room we had and they would relocate another guest. This was really the only negative of the stay though.
