Breakfast was great. Lots of choice, healthy options. Abundance of food and drinks. The staff so kind & lovely. I had asked for a room I could get to by lift as I am currently unwell with various issues including a bad back and busted knee. They confirmed just such a room with a new firm mattress. The only downer was this meant balcony view of car park. This was tolerable as I had asked for room with lift access & mine was incredibly close to the lift!!! The room service was impeccable. I was feeling pretty grotty health wise and every single member of staff was incredibly caring and supportive. Mariana & Manos went out of their way to help me solve problems and take care of me. The pots of tea provided at 5am in the morning at 24 hr bar by Manos was touching. I hope to be well enough to return next year. There is choice of different locations very close to the hotel. You can get to touristy beach in minutes and remote beautiful a short cycle ride away. As a lone female traveller with health issues I felt safe & cared for.

The position was perfect close to the center and the port, close to the bus terminal for airport and other villages just a 15 minutes walk. The owner and the staff were super friendly, nice and helpful. The room was very clean and big there was a little terrace with two chairs and a round table. Breakfast was good. Restaurants and shops were two minutes away. There was also a pool with sunbeds and a bar so you could take out your drinks in the pool or in the tables outside. Really a lovely place where you can feel home.I was forgetting in the room there's a fridge with a small water bottle waiting for you as welcome. I really appreciated it. The best quality at the best price, Thank you to everyone there for being always smiling and gentle. I will recommend it to friends and when I will come back to Kos I would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Great stay here ,Yes it's a budget Hotel £36 a night for 2 with breakfast Breakfast choice if 2 cereals Ham / boiled eggs / cheese slices /Tomatoes/orange squash/ coffee instant/ bread / Jam and marmalade. overall what more do you want for that money? The room :- ours had a double bed and a single bed adequately cleaned ,bed ok for a few nights and a tad lower the we like but hey it served a purpose. A bathroom that looked quite modern and was functional. The pool:- A nice size and clean sunbeds fine and bar snacks available The staff :- Excellent all of them felt like a home from home nothywas too much trouble. The area :- Not picture perfect but wuieyand near to the bars and main street. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Bed a bit lowdown for us

Room was basic as I expected from other reviews but perfectly acceptable for our needs. Air conditioning worked well and there was a fridge in the room. Bathroom was small but clean and everything worked. Room also had a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Most importantly this is a family run hotel and the staff are extremely friendly and hard working providing a level of service that you won't find in larger corporate hotels.

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff was just amazing, everybody was so helpful, they even printed the boarding card for the plane, they ordered taxi. They were answering all the questions we had and even gave indications were to go, what to try. The pool is one of the best offerings of this hotel. Although it's a 2 star hotel, which is reflected in the older tiles in the bathroom and furniture, but the overall atmosphere and facilities were just perfect for our stay with the family. Breakfast was also good value for money, It was one of the best price/value ratio hotel ever booked. We will definitely come back here sometimes.

Nothing really to mention here. The pressure of the water in the shower is not really good, but you can leave with it.

A central place with a good pool, and excellent, kind and helpful staff. There is a elevator!

Very old bathroom (waiting for hot water and low pressure), furniture and towels. Odour in the cabinet after moisture. Weak WIFI, and sometimes no internet connectivity. Balcon is tiny, you have to move the table to let others sit opposite from you, I think it is half a meter wide. The entire building is old obviously without recent investment.

Very nice hotel, daily cleaning/change of towels.. always plenty of free sunbeds at the shared pool. breakfast was very nice, good selection of things to eat/drink. Location is good, just a short walk to the town/harbour area. Staff always pleasant, nothing too much trouble for them. Will certainly be returning!

Hardly anything!

First of all we would like to thank the lady in charge for her hospitality and support for all our questions. The room was clean and had a balcony. This is a competitive hotel in Kos. The price is just perfect in terms of performance. You can also use the pool. Despite being an old hotel, you can easily meet all your needs.If you are planning a holiday to Kos, you should definitely consider this place. You will feel like you are in a summer house that belongs to you.

Only for breakfast. It actually depends on people's habits, but it can be improved. There were also coffee, tea, juices, cheese, some vegetables. But the fact that it can change daily can be better in terms of diversity. She said that when we stated this, they took our criticism into consideration and would do what was necessary for the change.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice pool. Good sized room. Outstanding value.

Rather noisy, both from other guests and neighbouring properties. While the bathroom had been nicely modernised the shower was very small.

Convenient location, not far from the town centre and the port, but away from the bustle of the town. The hotel was quiet, small and friendly. I only stayed 2 nights, between flight and ferry. I've stayed here before and deliberately chose this hotel again this year.

The buffet breakfast was adequate and the rooms, whilst clean and tidy, would benefit from an update. But neither of these are big issues and I would stay there again.
