The staff were excellent, so friendly & always available, very helpful for any questions we had. My daughter & I stayed in a triple room, it was large, clean, quiet & comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights in Feb, not a very cold winter for Kozani at the time & the temperature inside the room was spot on. The hotel was in a great location, about a 5-10 minute easy walk to the main square. Although we did not choose the breakfast option, we could see there was also a lovely sitting room near reception facing the street where people would sit & get coffee & other refreshments. It was great value for money & I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for only one night on our way to Corfu. When we arrived, the young lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, explaining where we could eat in town, where to park the car, and details about breakfast in the morning etc.. This gave us a very comfortable feeling. The rooms were nice not very spacious. In the morning, we enjoyed a pleasant breakfast served by another friendly lady who also handled the check-out process. Perhaps she is the owner of the hotel? If you find yourself in Kozani, we highly recommend this hotel. Erik & Galya

The stuff is super friendly, rooms are clean (there's cleaning every 2 days), perfect location - near to the center with cafés and restaurants. It's worth to ask about discount card to some places.

Whole facility is quite old - old fashioned furniture and bathroom. But anyway they do their best to provide comfortable accommodation 👌

If I could get the staff of this hotel a 15/10 review, I definitely would! Especially that lady at the reception who looks like Olivia Coleman and speaks such beautiful English and was so helpful to us! Besides that the hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants in a cute town of Kozani. The room was cosy and clean and the breakfast delicious. If I am ever near, I will definitely come back!

The property is situated minutes away from the centre. The hotel is sparkling clean and the staff are friendly and helpful! This was the second time me staying at Anesis hotel, would most definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a place at the centre of Kozani but far enough from the city noise.

Everything was perfect

The staff are lovely. The position of the hotel is perfect for walking into Kozani. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful and varied.

There is alot of building work going on opposite the hotel in the park, so it is very noisy from 7.30am,, but this is obviously not the fault of the hotel.

The parking is a problem in the area. If you are not extra lucky, you need to pay for either parking meters or inside parking. The furniture is quite old and the rooms need renovation.

Just went for a sleep left at 07.00. The staff was perfect kind. The hatel is 3-5min walking from the center. Big warm rooms with bath tub and warm water.

Great stay for one night on a way to Lefkada. Basic, but clear with veru kind and friendly staff. Breakfast nicely served, and completely OK. Parking around. Everyhing was fine.

They were really nice and help me with everything I need! The main square is only 3 minutes away and the bus station was 10 minutes away.

The room was a little dark, but it was comfortable.
