The staff in the hotel are very friendly. The hotel's infrastructure can meet our needs. Easy parking, there are several parking spaces in front of the hotel. There is an inexpensive and delicious fast food truck nearby.

Nothing. Although hot water is a little problem, I read the reminders from the guests. I found the lack of hot water before taking a bath, we needed to report this to the staff, after about 15 minutes, there was enough hot water. So it didn't cause me too much inconvenience. Maybe if you take a bath late, please try whether the hot water is enough first.

It is not exactly in the city center, so you need a car, but there is free parking on the premises, so that was one of the reasons we decided to stay there. Breakfast was great, with a plenty of choices. We stayed at a quadruple room: two rooms, one of which was quite small, but the bed was comfy. It was more than fine for one night. Easy check in, easy check out.

I would have preferred a slightly bigger bathroom. Perhaps next time, it would be better to book two separate rooms for four people, so that there is one bathroom per two people.

The room is comfortable, especially bed provides really good possibility to rest. Employees are very generous and ready to help. It's worth of money spent.

Leakage of water is the biggest problem there... There are wet spots on the ceiling, but in the toilet too.. If you are not so demanding as me, it will not bother you. O yes, a bathroom curtain touched me all the time during the shower... Don't know for others but it wasn't comfortable for me 🙂

This is our second time in this hotel and I am sure if we travel in Kastoria again we will choose this hotel. Room is spotlessly clean and with all amenities you need. There is private parking in front of the hotel with enough parking places. We checked-out very early but owners prepared us some breakfast boxes with variety of food. They were very polite and helpful. Everything was great and I would recommend this hotel.

Everything. This was our first time in Kastoria and accommodation was excellent. The room was very clean just like the whole hotel. There is free parking places in front of the hotel and the hotel is very easy to find on the main road. We did not have time to explore Kastoria so we can not tell how far it is from the city centre. But everything we needed was excellent. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. We have to go very early from the hotel and they prepared to us full packet of food for breakfast. Everything was excellent. I would for sure recommend this accommodation to everyone and for sure we would like to come again.

Very good value-for-money choice to stay for 4-5 days. We stayed both at Keletron and Anastassiou hotels and our stay was the best ever in Kastoria. ❤️❤️❤️ We will definitely come back.

Great breakfast. I would only add grapefruit juice and bacon. Family rooms brilliant. Beds with very comfirtable matrices. Prices are spot on for what is offered. Helpful staff. We used a car but if not for very young children it is walkable to both Kastoria and Dispilio with the prehistoric settlement (7500 years ago!!!).

It seems it was recently renovated and ball furniture was like new. The room was excellent for the price. Clean, with pleasant smell, and even though not spacious, it was comfy. There is free parking outside, there’s also a lift that takes tit to the upper floors. Definitely recommended for a hotel in this price range.

The toilet room was a bit tiny. If you don’t have a car, it’s a bit far from Kastoria for you.

The location was great. The view of the lake was fantastic. A short drive to the port with lots of coffee shops and we found a great local taverna for dinner. The room was a good size, very comfortable with a lake view. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We only got to meet the Anastasios brothers who were both extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had all that we needed for the one night that we stayed.

Since it is located in the highway and our room was facing the lake, it was a little noisy but not annoying.
