The property is in a great location, the facilities were up to an amazing standard with an outdoor bar and a very clean pool. The rooms were clean. Arguably the best part of the hotel were the staff, always happy to see you come in and out were available to help with anything at all times, even made an effort and learnt my name. I didnt have a flight until later on and check out was 11:00 but we kept the room until 17:00 and i didnt even habe to ask it was suggested when the flight time was brought up in conversation. Truly made my holiday with the way we wear treated with so much respect and as if we were friends. Recommend that its a must staying to anyone coming to Malia.

This place is centrally located. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is good. There is TV with a few English channels. The WiFi works well. The staff are great. The cleaning team came almost every day. The swimming pool area is excellent. A deep a spacious pool.

The rooms quiet most of the day however there are some guests who want to make noise in the hallways occasionally and the doors are not soundproof.

Everything is very good here. Mike the owner is very kinde and he give us better and bigger room, because in the our first room we heard a little beat noise around. Very clean and big room. Swimming pool is also big and deep is 3,5m. Main street is about 50 meters from hotel and bus station is 10 meters from hotel. The hotel is very good and not expensive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Incessant,irritating, discordant music from pool bar even when no one there.Impossible to relax or read book without closing patio doors.Same thumping music every day regardless of clientele.I was there 6 days.My friends own night clubs so I know music.Worst music I have heard in 30 years.Its a shame it ruins an otherwise very good and much underrated hotel.

It was a fantastic place to stay. Everyone was so friendly. I'm hoping to go back again next year. It was brilliant just sunbathing by the pool, the weather was fabulous. I'm actually from Ireland but it has come up as the UK.

The rooms are modern, the pool is great but really makes this a home away from home, is the staff… Mike and Yannis two brother owners, their daughter Maria, their mum Maria are beautiful people who will do anything for you, anytime of the day. The security Elias is a great guy too and even the cleaner Rhona, always smiling and would always make herself available. I can’t rate this hotel experience highly enough. Having looked at some of the reviews prior to me booking, I’m glad I came and saw for myself. I just reviews, in my opinion. I will be going back soon, and I will stay in touch with my new Greek family. Thanks again for a great stay ❤️

The staff were really kind and very helpful, the food was amazing and would recommend going back to the hotel again. It was very spacious and also the room was so comfortable and very nice.

Everything. The look, the cleanliness, the family who own and run the hotel, the cleaner. The pool is great. Location and there isn’t anything they wouldn’t do for you!!!
