The whole place is beautiful with great attention to detail. They have wonderful facilities and the breakfast spread was great with hot and cold items. It was a perfect get away for my husband and I. We loved every moment and customer service was exceptional. The service at the pool and throughout the stay was 20/10. Its close to the town but exceptionally calm place to stay. A pure heaven for rest and relaxing. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. This generally felt like a spa resort stay.

I was charged alcoholic prices for non-alcoholic drinks and considering I am pregnant - this this really was unfair to be honest. If I was told in advance that I would be charged a high rate, then no problem at all. Its always better to be transparent. Everything else was absolutely fine.

The staff was super friendly, helpful and made our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms were very pretty and comfy. We got the junior suite with the private pool which turned out to be a great choice as it was incredibly windy to go to the beach. The breakfast had plenty of choice and whatever we tried was good. Overall, it was a great place to relax and have some nice cocktails!

Breakfast could do with more gluten-free options. Also the pool could do with a little bit more cleaning.

We extended our stay by one night! We were able to keep the room we were in. Please do not hesitate to speak to reception, wonderful Maria will be able to help you with all your queries! Moreover, the food within the hotel is great and they serve throughout the day! And if you fancy something different, the hotel is only a few moments walk from Mykonos Town. I loved everything

The staff was amazing and really helpful. The hotel is pretty, very clean, large rooms and great location - however, it's clearly not finished yet. My room (I was upgraded to a lovely suite with a pool and garden, which was gorgeous) had so many signs of things not being ready: electrical wires with no ceiling lamp hanging from the ceiling, floor and walls unfinished, pencil marks on walls, doors and storage units that showed there was still painting to be done, reception not finalised. It is obvious to me that a 5* hotel can't have all these loose ends, but I suppose this is reflected in the prices. The personal pool wasn't ready on the first night, but it was indeed cleaned the next morning. All in all it will be a lovely hotel with great staff (both hotel and restaurant) once it is actually finished. Still, I'd recommend it as the current value for money is really good.

AC got noisy when I turned up the ventilation to the max; I would suggest also offering a bit more storage space in the shape of shelves in the wardrobe and also a clothesline/somewhere to hang wet swimsuits and towels from the beach :) other than that everything was perfect!!!

I really liked the room. The bed was very very comfortable, the shower was amazing and the balcony with the pool view was great to spend the late evenings before going to bed. The swimming pool area is pleasant, food was delicious and so were the drinks. Best the best for me was the staff! Incredibly friendly, always in a good mood. We had lots of chats and I can’t describe how much I enjoyed it.

Staff were amazing. They really went out of their to help us when I informed them my son was unwell. Costa and Joseph the reservations manager, were extremely helpful and Joseph even went to the pharmacy to get medicine for my son. Generally the staff are really friendly and attentive. Location was close to the town.

Breakfast was good. Would’ve been better if they had fried eggs or scrambled eggs without meat.

Very comfortable, felt like a staycation. Great breakfast and very nice staff. They really did their best to cater to my needs and food wishes.

The receptionist was quite rude when I checked in, I felt like I wasn’t one of their typical guests so he didn’t treat me as such. His attitude left a bit of a bitter taste. Also there were cars driving by my room, as it was next to the street, thus it was a bit loud during the night. And also some loud neighbours.

This property is a must visit. It has spectacular facilities, and the staff is absolutely wonderful! All my needs were carefully and thoughtfully tended to. I really couldn’t have asked for a more awesome experience. Just ask and you get!
