The ‘mini mart’ is pretty useless in terms of items being sold. You cannot buy drinks (forcing you to use mini bar). At check in we were told about taxis to the main town (30 euros each way). A quick search showed that there are regular buses (every 30 mins) for 1.80 euros each (need cash) at the end of road into the main town (fabrika). The staff (excluding front desk) were generally completely disinterested and came off as rude most of the time. It is incredibly overpriced for what you receive (but this is the case for most of Mykonos).

Wonderful pool area with amazing view and sunset every day. Breath taking!!! A place to relax . Enough space for privacy and areas to relax. Really nice that the hotel has only around 50 rooms. The best orange juice I have had for a while and excellent Cappuccino for breakast. Gym was nice too all you need is available. Small beach with crystal clear water. Rooms very spacious and modern interior. We Even got an upgrade to a better room upon arrival and late check out was no problem at all. All was very clean. Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. 10 min from the airport which is really amazing . You arrive and your holidays start.

The hotel is just gorgeous with a luxury resort feel but also boutique vibes, the views are exceptional and rooms are big and very comfortable. However What made the trip most special is the staff, all of them… from the team at reception who can’t do enough for you, to the friendly guys who drive you around the resort, Stravos was a particular highlight for us, just an absolute pleasure to see him every day, he made us feel so well looked after.. would come back just to see him! The transfer service is fantastic and we were extremely looked after by our very own personal driver Leonidas. Anax is a very special place and we had the best holiday, highly recommend!

Beautiful property with a couple of infinity pools and amazing sunsets. Our room was overlooking the water with a huge window and balcony that gave us sunset and moon views. The staff were so accommodating. Special thanks to Leonids our driver who picked us up from the airport and took us into town a couple of times. Costa who transported us around the property few times with a fantastic smile. Eleni and Efi were also amazing at the front desk.

A little away from the town that we definitely needed a car which we did not rent. So we ended up taking a lot of taxi that were pretty expensive on the island.

The hotel is beautiful - everything about it. It’s lush without being over the top or stuffy in any way - you still feel the charm of being in Greece. Sea views from everywhere. Our room was perfect - one of the best we’ve stayed in anywhere. Gorgeous views from the moment you open your eyes - though the bed and pillows were so comfortable it was difficult to get up every morning.

the location makes it difficult to walk anywhere safely - and town is about 12 minute cab ride. but again, who cares.

Anax is definitely one of the best hotels/resort I've stayed in. The rooms are spacious and offer an incredible view of the sea. The staff are all amazing from reception to the housekeeping team. They all looked after us very well and were very helpful especially Eirene, Efi, Kostas, Dimitris, Maria and Konstantina. My friends and I were even upgraded to a bigger room. In addition, the buffet-style breakfast offered various options which were of top restaurant quality. Definitely coming back :)

Nothing! Everything was great.

They offer to pick you up from your method of arriving on the island! The hotel is beautiful and all the rooms have a great view while also provide sufficient privacy! The staff are eager to support you and help transport you where ever you need to get to on the resort. Additionally the resort is located a short walk to the bus station which is only €1.80 per ride! However, the resort does offer private transfer on the island as well for €30 which is just as much as you'd pay for a taxi! The food was great and pool area was beautiful too and have a staff to support there as well!

The staff were amazing and very friendly. They had answers to all our questions and were very conversational and promot with responding to our requests. We met the owner at the end ofnour stay and she was also very friendly and you could tell really cared about the hotel and her guests.

Very pricy. The location is very good with a private beach, but going to do anything will require a cab which costs 30 euros minimum each way. Walking is not safe on the Island so you'll either need to pay each time or rent a car.

amazing hotel, great rooms, great breakfast.

It was our honeymoon and we would have hoped receiving a small attention to congratulate us. one day housekeeping did not come which was a burden because we were relying on the water bottles they provide (tap water is not drinkable). we had to call reception late when we got back to our room. They were however very professional on how they dealt with this oversight.

It is a five star luxury resort with spectacular views and finely appointed rooms and amenities. The celestial twinkling star infinity pool lit up at night is beautiful. The welcome lounge and upstairs bar, dining room, day spa, gym, bar and private beach and pool area all enjoy views out to the Aegean Sea.

I cannot fault the property other than saying we were happy we rented a car to be able to access the town of Mykonos which is a bit too far a walk.
