The ‘mini mart’ is pretty useless in terms of items being sold. You cannot buy drinks (forcing you to use mini bar). At check in we were told about taxis to the main town (30 euros each way). A quick search showed that there are regular buses (every 30 mins) for 1.80 euros each (need cash) at the end of road into the main town (fabrika). The staff (excluding front desk) were generally completely disinterested and came off as rude most of the time. It is incredibly overpriced for what you receive (but this is the case for most of Mykonos).

It was on a more remote and quiet part of the island but still only took 10 mins to get into town.

1) The price of the transfer to the town was 25EU and for a 5-10 min car ride not worth that price. We ended up renting an ATV during our stay. 2) Breakfast hot food options could be a bit better or more selection. It would be nice to offer guests an omelette or something freshly made. There could be a better selection of fruit or more! 3) there are so many staff at breakfast but they’re not doing much, standing around and just giving coffee or cleaning up. It would be nice if they also can give water or juices to the people instead of just coffee. That’s just a thought based on our experiences in other hotels and resorts.

Exceptional resort with amazing warm and hospitable owners . Staff went above and beyond to make sure your stay was as comfortable as possible . Private beach on site with Crystle clean water . All the amenities and facilities were excellent. Will definitely stay here again .👌

All the amenities were exceptional and A beautiful Quiet location but still close to everything with amazing views . Staff were very warm and friendly and would do anything for you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. everything was impeccable from the rooms to the views to the owners who were the warmest people you will ever meet .

Our stay at the Anax Resort in Mykonos was nothing short of magical. The buffet breakfasts were equally impressive, offering a fantastic selection of food that catered to every palate. The bar by the pool was perfect for a leisurely lunch, and the service by the pool and beach was consistently top-notch. A special mention must go to Costa, who made our stay even more enjoyable with his friendly golf cart rides up and down the resort. The staff’s dedication to service was evident in every interaction, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. The thoughtful touches extended right to our departure, where we were gifted a beautifully scented candle and treated to truffle chocolates in the lobby—a sweet end to a perfect stay. The lighting and ambiance of the resort were amazing, creating an inviting atmosphere that was both luxurious and cozy. In summary, the Anax Resort and Spa is a sanctuary of elegance and relaxation in Mykonos. Everything! The Anax is a luxury resort with the most hospitable staff. Mike, Sortiris and Mary are the best. They made sure we had everything we need. The transport to and from the port is complimentary. The amenities in the bathroom were superb- we had complimentary beach bags, slippers ( that are like flip flops) , thick robes, great selection of toiletries. The pools and the views were incredible. They have a beach area with sun beds but the waves were too strong so we just stayed in the upper levels. Overall a really great luxury hotel experience. I will definitely stay again.

Resort Highlights: Immaculate Resort Grounds: The Anax is impeccably maintained, boasting stunning saltwater infinity pools and a private beach that feels like a slice of paradise. The crystal-clear waters and gentle waves made swimming a delightful experience. Private Beach Experience: Having a private beach near our room was a highlight. The service was top-notch, with staff members coming down to the beach to take orders for drinks, snacks, and meals. Convenient Transportation: The ease of transportation around the resort was impressive, with seamless golf cart rides from our room to the lobby. Daily Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering an endless array of meats, vegetables, cheeses, breads, and more. The inclusion of mimosas added a luxurious touch. With no additional hidden fees. Luxurious Accommodation: We stayed in a suite with a hot tub near the private beach, which felt like our own private bungalow. The design was modern and chic, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Things to Note: Transportation: While the resort offers airport pick-up and drop-off, coordinating private transfers for other excursions needs to be arranged with the concierge or independently. Overall, our stay at the Anax was a pleasure, and I would definitely return. The combination of luxurious amenities, exceptional service, and breathtaking views makes it a top choice for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

TVs could be upgraded.

Everything. I have been lucky to stay in many amazing hotels but this is by far one of the best. The location and modern design, as well as the large infinity pools, with views over the sea are exceptional. I tried many times but no photo could do it justice. Breakfast is great, the cocktails amazing and the staff are brilliant, working really hard but always super helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back. We really like the location just a couple of miles out of town, accessed by an easy bus ride.

Are you crazy - it is all good.

All the staff went above beyond - concierge, reception, drivers, waiters and pool staff - all were so friendly and helpful. We loved the pool area, the room was above average in size and the private pool we had was enormous, not just an average plunge pool - it was the perfect location for enjoying the sun well into the evening and the perfect spot for sunsets. The beach area isn’t substantial but we still thought it was beautiful and we loved how secluded it was compared to other areas of the coast. We would 100% recommend and return. We would also note how delicious the buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner menu was, just incredible

Nothing, everything was perfect

Anax resort was exceptional. From the moment we visited the resort to the moment we left, we were very excited. The service was very good. The rooms are clean, big, luxurious. The pool was good with a great view. The breakfast is good with vegetarian options available. They have their own small beach where you can go and sit on the sun beds. The travel desk helped us with the rental car. The good thing about this rental company is that you can get a free and private parking space in the city center near the windmills. We went with a 6 year old daughter and she enjoyed the stay too.

The only downside is that the pools are not heated. This might be ok in the summer months but for us, we felt the water is too cold for winter months. But, considering the facitilites, service, rooms and other stuff, this can be ignored.

The pool was stunning especially at night when all lit up. The breakfast was very tasty, alot of options the waffle was my favorite. The view is 10/10 I could wake up to that everyday!! The pool/restaurant staff was top tier, very kind, super fun, very attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed.

The concierge wasn't very helpful nor kind. We waited over 30min for her, during her "working hours" only to have her give us maybe 5min of her time.
