Our stay with Marios and Marina was so amazing that I don't really know where to start. The rooms were very spacious, beautiful, and well maintained with very good service and cleaning daily. Actually the entire property is perfectly kept. They clean all public areas and pool area daily. It's just spotless. The view was spectacular, both from the rooms and from the breakfast and pool area, such that you naturally take your sweet time just to enjoy the view. The location is perfect for families or couples that want a less noisy and romantic atmosphere. It's a short and simple bus ride to the city, port, and also to other beaches from there, although there are beaches and beautiful sunsets right nearby. The staff can guide you to these places. The bus stop is literally right in front of the property, making it super convenient. There is a mini market nearby, but a larger one also on the bus route. Also restaurants are close, although if you you eat vegan or vegetarian, you'll find a few options on the city. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. It was nice that it's open till late, so we were able to relax and let the kids sleep in. The breakfast was very fresh with a nice variety for all tastes, including wonderful pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, eggs, juice, and more. Everything was at highest quality and taste. Service overall and staff were incredible, but saving the best for last, our time with Marios and Marina was the most memorable part of the trip. They went above and beyond in so many areas, including orientation, transportation arrangements, advice for the trip, and being available for any of our needs ... in our case, a small medical emergency :-). You can tell that this is not just a business, but a family who makes each of their guests feel a part of it, and it's inspiring to see people putting their heart into everything they do. Marios and Marina, we all thank you for your warm and amazing hospitality!

This place has honestly been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The owners were the best people you’ll ever meet. They made you feel so welcome and stayed up for us allowing a late check in due to our flight time. They were so helpful and provided lots of information about the area and how to get around via bus etc which took you all over Mykonos for 5 euro max. We got free bottles of water and room cleaned daily- the rooms were stunning. The pool view was incredible and the whole vibe was honestly just great. Mario also kindly organised take away dinner for us on his personal phone on our last night as we didn’t want to go out for dinner. The next day when we left, we also accidently left clothes behind in the room and Mario messaged us and drove all the way to the ferry port to drop the clothes off to us. 10/10 for anyone who wants to stay here- we will be back.

When we arrived we already felt welcome as we were introduced at the door. We were sat down and were educated on the food in the area, the best way to travel around the island and popular destinations etc. We were then taken to our room and were showed around, as well as the upstairs pool area. The room was exceptional, clean, spacious and homely and not to mention the beautiful sea view. The owners and workers went above and beyond and we were well looked after making it certainly feel like a holiday. They were very warming and easy to approach and helped whenever needed. The area was quiet and safe. There is a bus stop right out the front of the accomodation which heads into the main part of Mykonos. We will certainly be recommending Lithos by Spyros & Flora to anyone who may be travelling to Mykonos and will absolutely be back ourselves in the near future - we were so sad to be leaving the superior hospitality and space.

The property was amazing. This boutique hotel ran by husband and wife Marios and Marina is exceptional! It was built in 2012 but the facility is modern, spotless and comfortable, rendering itself like new. We were in the junior suite and our girls were in a superior standard room. Beds were all comfortable. Our stay came with complete continental breakfast with your choice of coffee (cappuccino, americano, etc). The freshly squeezed OJ was a delight! Breakfast service is also amazing plus an ocean view. prepared by the pool area. Rooms have big shower spaces and showers have good water pressure. The location is also exceptional. The bus stop is right outside the door. Very convenient when going into Mykonos town which is the hub of the town or coming back from the beach (2€ per person). You don’t need to rent a car if you stay in Lithos Hotel. Staff is also very accommodating, responsive and available 24/7. They also arranged our transfer from the ferry and to the airport, for a very reasonable price. Staff will also offer you recommendation of best restaurants to dine and beaches to go to. All in all it was a 10/10! We are happy customers with no complaints at all! This hotel is very well recommended and I would give it a 5 stars. We would definitely return to Lithos when we come back to Mykonos. Book it now and see for yourself! You won’t regret it!

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is Amaznig! Thanks Marios, Marina and Farhat for the atmosphere of warm and comfort that you create in Lithos. The hotel is located 150 meters from the sea on a steep hill. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are large and bright, even without turning on the air conditioning the rooms are not hot. The hotel is very clean, the bed linen and towels are perfect. Cleaning at the highest level. We had a 2-room apartment with a small kitchen, were all the dishes and a stove and an electric kettle. The breakfasts are very tasty. Agios beach at the entrance is a little rock in the water, then sand, the beach is sandy. Sun beds from 50 to 80 euros per pair. On the beach there is a good restaurant Hippie fish and Pilli, next to the hotel there is a restaurant - Vasilikos- very nice. The island is very small and cozy, you can visit different beaches, Marina will give recommendations for different tastes. There are many restaurants and taverns in the old town - everything is delicious or great! Thanks to Marios and Marina and his team, we will definitely be back

I have traveled around the world and stayed in countless Hotels with 5 Stars from Ibiza to Taiwans W Hotel and I have not been to a Hotel feeling as good as this one. Let me explain: The Hotel has the best service I have encountered als the owners care so much that you have a great stay that it feels better than any 5 Star Hotel as they are genuinly interested in your well being and you having a nice stay. This makes the Hotel the best Hotel I have stayed in so far and I can only recommend it. And yes the rooms are great, the beds are super nice and the views are great but the service is like 7 Stars. We can only recommend this hotel to the fullest!

This property is 10/10! The staff were like family so helpful The facilities 5 star pool area over looking the sea is just magical our room & balcony also over looked the sea. Room is massive clean has small fully equipped kitchen everything is spotless. All the finishes are high end quality pool done in Italy tile’s everything brand new very well looked after. When you sat at the pool Mario would bring water & fresh towels. Breakfast was special served at the table fresh fruits yogurt coffee juice eggs bread roll cheeses absolutely delicious. Free bottles of water when ever you required more. Highly recommend this beautiful family run hotel. Such lovely caring people.

The best hospitality which I ever seen! This family hotel runs by Marios and his wife Marina, they made us feel like home, very nice rooms (better than we expected by the pictures), spacious, cozy. Amazing breakfast 🍳. Spectacular view from pool side, you will definitely enjoy it! The best location on island if you need peaceful vacation with easy access to very beautiful beach Agios Ioannis. if you don’t plan to rent a car you’re lucky to have bus station right next to the hotel entrance. 10 minutes and you’re at Mykonos city. I would highly recommend this hotel. Hopefully we will be back soon.

This place was extraordinary! We absolutely loved our stay at Lithos & Spiros. It is a family run boutique accommodation and we felt like part of the family. They organised private transfers for us from the airport and on arrival we were greeted with the lovely Mario who gave us some water and a run through of the islands public transport, restaurant, beaches, everything! It was the first stop on our European trip and it was such a lovely welcome. Throughout our stay everyone was so friendly and the level of service was so high. Breakfast was amazing, we swam in the pool, we loved the view from our room. We loved the area around the hotel, quiet and picturesque. The bus stop was right out the front of the hotel which was just the best. The buses are frequent and run very late so we could easily have dinner in Mykonos town and get the bus back. We used the bus easily to explore the whole island. There are also great beaches and restaurants around the area that are an easy walk. It's a quiet area which was just perfect to escape the crowds of Mykonos Town. If I ever visit Mykonos again this is where I would stay every time. As we arrived, Marina gave us a warm welcome and sat with us for a long and comprehensive explanation on Mykonos including many options of restaurants, beaches and other experiences, with emphasis on reliable and affordable places. Throughout our stay Marios was always available and took care of all our needs in a professional and very kind attitude.He went above and beyond to help us in anything we needed. For example, we had problems with online check-in to a booked ferry and he called the travel agency to sort things out. The location is romantic, peaceful and most beautiful with direct view of the sea. Another advantage is the nearby bus station in front of the entrance to the hotel, so that we could reach anywhere on the island with minimal effort. The beach is a 5 minute walking distance, and several restaurants are available in the area.
