the room exceeded our expectations as the hotel staff upgraded our room. beautiful breakfast but somehow there was a feeling that you are only allowed so much. one had to ask for a second glass of juice, it was not offered, same for coffee. The intro on arrival was a bit pompous but it was nice to be introduced to the hotel facilities. Dinner was fantastic and Maria and Giorgios were amazing. The food was delicious and nothing was too much for the staff.

when we left, even though we had payed the room we lingered for lunch and we payed lunch downstairs. this was not immediately communicated to the reception staff and we ended up having a long-ish wait until someone could confirm we had payed a small bill (less than 70 euro). felt a bit meek

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The views are incredible, the service is top notch and the food at the restaurant is beyond delicious! From the moment my husband and I stepped on the property, we were greeted warmly and with a glass of champagne and a private check-in. Our flight to Mykonos got delayed by 7 hours due to a previous connecting flight and the hotel was so quick to accommodate us and adjust our transportation booking. The front desk workers were our saving grace from getting us transportation to and from Mykonos Town to allowing us to use their outlet adapters. I heard the spa is amazing but unfortunately didn’t have time to experience that. I wish we had more time to explore everything this amazing hotel has to offer. It’s also one of the few hotels on the island with beach access which was amazing.

It would’ve been nice to have the hotels free shuttle all day long and not just 7PM-12AM.

Very nice and quiet hotel. It’s good if you don’t wanna have party all the time ) for the loud music and dancing you can go any time to beach bars and clubs all it’s very near . Hotel have beautiful private beach. Very nice food in restaurant. Perfect breakfast! And the staff at restaurant trying to find you everything you need even if it is not in menu . Only what is making us sad every day it a private transfer arranging by hotel ((( Driver can came and leave in 5 minutes with out us or bring us in wrong direction and we can be for one hour in the car . And what is surprise me most is general manager Panagiotis , usually when guest having some trouble in 5 stars hotel staff trying to solve it and making thing smooth. He was very arrogant and instead of trying to resolve the situation, he tried to accuse us.

Exceptional hotel accommodations all around from check in to departure. Staff gave us excellent local options for dining and viewing sunsets and room was a dream with a swing on the balcony. Breakfast was superb with a large variety of traditional breakfast items as well as smoothies. I would definitely book again.

The buffet had a wide variety of Grecian delights.The presentation made you want to try everything, and it was delicious. We looked forward to breakfast.

There was nothing that I did not like.

The staff, the amenities, resort grounds and breakfast were all exceptional. the staff really made our honeymoon special by upgrading our room, making sure that we always had what we needed and helping us find transportation wherever we wanted to go. everything they did and encounter we had felt genuine and welcoming. the resort is so beautiful, it makes you not want to leave. I can’t recommend this place enough

our shower water was extremely hot, like burning, without a way to turn it down. small inconvenience but we would’ve rather had burning hot water than cold :)

The placement of the hotel on the island is fantastic, you can visit the city centre very easily. Most of the staff are very friendly, and the beach/view was beautiful. You can see Delos from the beach.

The price of the food/drinks are absolutely absurd. They are probably the most expensive i’ve ever seen. Sometimes the staff are a little bit too concerned about your wellbeing of your stay.

Everything exceeded our expectations ! the receptionist staff were all very friendly and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for trips and food . Our rooms were also great and had amazing views ,the pool and hotel facilities were all exceptionally well kept and clean , definitely would revisit !

Amazing Hotel with the kindest staff we've ever encountered. The resort offers many room types located at three buildings on a cliff viewing the ocean. The rooms were cleaned even twice a day, all staff members let you feel they really care that you will enjoy your stay. We thank especially to Maria Christina Olga and Babis

Just be aware that the resort is a little distant from Mykonos town. The hotel offers shuttle bus from 19:00-00:00.
