The restaurant and bar staff were fantastic. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were great and thoughtful.

The pictures for our room choice showed loungers, this was not the case, misleading. This was one of the reasons we picked this room. There was noise from above (night and day) we think it was due to the wind impacting the umbrella and parasol base. The receptionist was not very interested in trying to find out what the issue was. On our last few days there was a group of noisy people who played their music loud in the pool area. It would have been nice if the staff had said something to them because along with their music, music from the hotel system and general noise it was a bit much!

My wife Karmin and I would like to thank the entire staff of the exquisite Grace Mykonos for their grace, kindness, and hospitality. We were greeted warmly by the Hotel GM Vasilis and his team when we arrived and they patiently walked us through the hotel amenities and provided a detailed overview of Mykonos. A good omen of things to come! The views are incomparable, and the classy pool area provides a paradise to look at the sea below, enjoy drinks and light snacks, and relax in the sun. Evi, the restaurant manager, was such a delight! The spa is gorgeous and Martha is an expert masseuse, we highly recommend. We thank the entire hotel team for their gracefulness and professionalism. Hotel was good and in a nice area convenient for the port which is why we were there

Check in took way too long (45 minutes) as a few people turned up at once. Breakfast was good but although it was included they had odd items that were extra eg orange juice included, apple Juice extra, coffee included, cappuccino extra

The staff is super welcoming and always willing to help. There is a garage for your rental. Breakfast are great, view is great, and the location is great too (10min to the town) Rooms are nice, cozy, and well furnished. Nice little balcony allowed us to have sea view, and dry our belongings during the day. Bathroom is large and well maintained. Hotel has an elevator which is super convenient for all folks. Pool is great and seating besides was super comfortable.

Transportation offered by the hotel itself were expansive for what it felt it was worth. Tours offered by the hotel felt overpriced and lacked explanation to something we felt did not match what we were sold.

We liked the location at Agio Stefanos. Mykonos with a flair of local. A bit quieter than the hype of Chora but close enough to get to. The food was also really good.

The fact that you had to get a taxi to the New Port (a 5min walk away but the road is very busy)

- distance to Mikonos City centrum - don't rely on taxis but rent scooter or ATV as in night we didn't get any taxi for comming back to hotel

After walking around the local area and eating at other luxury hotels I feel this was the most comfortable and perfectly situated for the beach.

The staff was very warm and always helpful, this is the major plus of the location. Also, it was spotless clean.

The private pool is the size of a jacuzzi, the minibar is empty, you have to order what you want and everything is billed when it is refiled no matter what you leave there. There is no drinking water in the room unless you ask and it is billable. For a 570€/day room, we’ve found this to be very wrong, the management should reconsider the advantage of a few euros vs the disconfort they create. The breakfast is based on a menu, it is good but very limited and arround eggs. I would also recommend to pay by card or put any charge on the room with a signed receipt.

The hotel is located at 10min drive from the old town. There’s a bus stop just underneath it near the beach. It has +/- 30 rooms which is quite nice, not too busy. The rooms are comfy and the hygiene products smell very nice! Breakfast is served around the pool, fresh products are proposed and staff is super friendly & helpful! The pool area is very cute, not too big though but you don’t stay the whole day at the pool in any case.

Nothing bad to mention, maybe more light near the mirror in the bathroom and add a plug there too ;)

The hotel location is very good. The view as well ( if you do not bend too much from your terrasse otherwise there is a damp on the other side of the road.) the room was large, bathroom was very large, terrasse was nice. There is a little caveat to the room description between French and English language. In French it stipulates private pool but in English it is a plunged pool. In reality this is a jacuzzi ( a nice one but jacuzzi only). Concierge service has been very helpful and was able to book us to Nammos even at the last minute. So kudos to the concierge we called many times to arrange last minute booking.

The only real critic I would make is on the food and menu of the restaurant. Limited choice of food and average. On the other hand breakfast was very good.
