The facilities are amazing. good location, lovely spacious rooms. the food is also amazing and the service at the front desk is attentive and welcoming.

Given the expensive cost of the hotel, I was expecting the restaurant experience and service to be better. For a 5 star hotel, I would expect quicker, more attentive and understanding of their menu. The service at the restaurant was not consistent and really depended on who served you. This was not a 5 star service.

Rocabella Mykonos exceeded all expectations. The staff's warmth and assistance made us feel at home, offering great cost-saving recommendations. The hotel's design blends subtle luxury with a natural feel, creating a serene atmosphere. Food was a highlight, turning even simple dishes into culinary experiences. Our spacious and beautiful room was a haven of comfort and convenience. The Bluetooth speaker was a thoughtful touch that allowed us to set the mood with our preferred music, offering a personalized experience beyond what the TV could provide. The attention to detail in the room design mirrored the overall aesthetic of the hotel – subtle, elegant, and inviting. Conveniently located just 4 minutes from the port, the hotel allowed easy exploration of Mykonos. The pool area offered breathtaking ocean views, contributing to the overall tranquility. Rocabella Mykonos is a true gem, combining aesthetics, service, and convenience flawlessly.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for you. The facilities were also brilliant and the food was really good. St Stefano beach is a 5 min walk away and it had a good beach club to rent sunbeds and get food and drinks. Would happily go back and stay again.

It's a little way out of mykonos town where all the shops and bars are. Taxis are very expensive and the hotel provide transport for you which is very convenient and it is always at a set price (the same as the taxis), however it is pricey still.

Sun beds and pool. Lunch menu was also good. Spa was ok.

Service was as poor as it gets. Unbelievably bad for a hotel that would like to be considered top notch. Room cleaning was totally random, at times needing to be requested. Breakfast, although very good in terms of quality, was slow and difficult in terms of ordering. Ordering food or drinks at the pool was even worse, like playing the lottery in terms of actually getting served, and when you did eventually get served, it was often after having asked more than once and having waited for an hour ir more. Front desk was unreliable in terms of booking taxi service or arranging for a swab test. Overall I would never recommend the hotel to a friend.

My room is very nice . 112. Love the size and view of my balcony. The view from the hotel pool is very nice and open except the electric cables but it does not bother me. I find the pool has too much chlorine in it and I cant really see the bottom nor the wall. Not so handy for swimmimg laps. But for a dive in and cooling down, its a great pool. Its spacious for Mykonos standard. The room cleaning is soso. Abit sloppy and my coffee capsules were not refill. I dont know if its the way it is or ..... because from my past experience of other hotels, the coffee capsules were refill every day. I liked the design of the hotel. Its hip, trendy and comfortable. The hot tub is more a warm tub than hot but its fantastic to watch sunset in and watch the moon. Just that people from the street can see me getting in and out. I can see the other guests in their hot tub at the level below so pribacy wise is abit lese. Walking distance to a nice small beach. Agios Stefanos. It has a nice, cozy restaurant. Food is good enough but not super. I am happy with the service at the bar... i dont know his name but he works hard and he is friendly. The hotel driver, Nico( if i remember it right) is also very friendly and doing his job well. And the lady working at the reception at night is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is out of the busy area and thats why I pick it. Taxi is about 15 euros to the old port. Hotel shuttle is 20 euros . You can also walk to the bus stop at stefanos beach. Its 1,5 euro to the old port. The sea water is crystal blue. Beware of jelly fish somedays. Nice humble, lay back beach. Sunbeds cost 10 euros per bed per day. It costs 25 euros per bed per day in other beaches. If you like abit layback vibes and environment. Rocabella is an good option.

Breakfast serving was abit sloppy from thecwaitress, room cleaning was abit sloop. I was abit dissapointed with the food .

Stunning hotel and beautiful rooms. The facilities, service and staff were perfect. The room, views and pool on the balcony was incredible.

It would be a nice touch for the hotel to offer free shuttle services to town / airport / port, rather than charging guests a similar amount to taxis to use the transfer service. Breakfast was lovely but was the same offering each day.

Everything about our stay was perfect but the staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best holiday. The cocktails and mocktails were delicious and the food was some of the best we had all holiday!

That we had to leave!

One sentence stuck with me a long time ago: "if an employer is good to it's employees, the employees will be good to it's customers" and somehow that's the feeling I got all the time (I hope Im right in saying this). We stayed here beginning of May and couldn't have asked for a better hotel with nicer staff. We got an upgrade to a room with private plunge pool (the hotel didn't seem to be fully booked at this time, so Im sure an upgrade is not always expected:) ) but therefore we appreciated it even more. The room was amazing and had a big private balcony, luxury sunbeds and private pool. Next time I'd definitely book this room myself as it's worth it! The amazing staff then helped us with car rental & arranging a birthday cake for my boyfriend, bringing it to the room and singing as a surprise (can highly recommend the chocolate/vanilla combination, it was delicious). We also had diner in the restaurant which I can recommend with a beautiful view on the pool and sea. What stood out is the kindness of the staff, beautiful pool, delicious breakfast and great room. Thanks to Julia, Isabella and everyone else at reception, bar, breakfast, diner, housekeeping. You made our stay absolutely wonderful!

Ludicrously overpriced restaurant (hence empty) and the reception staff gave me the option to tip them (the reception staff) upon check out. Never ever seen that before. Puts guests in pretty awkward situation.

Incredible hotel and staff! Location is great for those wanting some quiet time but only 15 min drive away from the old town.
