Perfect location, quiet but just a few minutes walking distance from all the good spot in town as well as the Old Port and Fabrika (for bus connections to everywhere else on the island). Very clean, great quality bed linen and towels. Hosts were friendly (what’s app, very responsive) and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants.

No crockery apart from kettle and 2 cups; no tea/coffee provided (eg if one wanted option to have breakfast in) but not really an issue on a short stay.

House location is perfect. For its price range its superb. No noice at night. Interior is small but everything looks somewhat new. Our room had a nice small balcony.

There is only one glass door in the house where you can get the sunlight. And right infront of our glass door several houses close by. And you can’t even change your clothes without closing curtains because there is no space in the room and room can be seen from nearby houses easily. Although interior seems new. Design itself lacks few fundamental principles. Definitely could have been better if worked with an interior designer. House itself is basically one small room. Toilet and shower are placed inside the room and separated with tinted glass door afterwards. But as i said definitely reasonable for its cost. And i can recommend it mainly during to how close to center the house is.

We had the BEST stay at Madres Houses and I 100% recommend it for families. Our host couldn't have been more hospitable and lovely - I made a pretty big error with our booking and she was so understanding and helpful - she really went out of her way to not only accommodate us but organised our trip to Delos too! So nice. Not only that but the apartment was actually much bigger than we expected!! After staying in some very small places, it was great to have space for a family of 5. Our children absolutely loved it as they felt like they had a floor to themselves while we were upstairs. And there's the most dreamy little roof terrace where you get a spectacular view of Mykonos especially at sunset. The apartment is in such a great position, close to both the old port and all the restaurants and shops and all the gorgeous alleyways full of cats and characters. As expected, there is some noise from the street but that didn't bother us in the slightest as that's part of staying so central. It is also very reasonably priced. Book this place for your Mykonos stay!

perfect location just up hill (not even 2 minutes walk) from the centre of town. beautiful balcony with plenty of room for drinks, dinner & even a workout space. beds were super comfortable and the space was clean and modern, with a good little kitchen. enough space for 4 people without feeling too cramped, but keep in mind the 3 other beds are in the main living room. the staff were very accomodating and super helpful & responsive on WhatsApp - they even let us check in early at no extra cost. thank you!!!

Clean and simple room and only five minutes walk to the old port bay. Very peaceful area considering how close it was to the centre.

A lot of steps up the room from main Street if you were older or less able. Not a problem for most people but just worth mentioning.

Great communication from the host. Superb location right in the middle of Mykonos town. Cleaner came in and completely stripped the beds and tidied every second day which was lovely. Overall would definitely recommend.

Really couldn’t fault the property. If anything it may be a little pricey for how basic the accommodation is but then again I feel what we paid was reasonable as it’s just a very expensive island overall.

1. Location! Very close to the town center but far enough so it is not noisy and very pleasant to have coffee / drinks on the terrace outside. About 10 minutes walk to the bus station from where you can catch a bus to all the beaches and a few steps away from the road above from where you can catch a taxi. We had to climb a few stairs going in and out of the town center, but that didn't bother us at all. 2. Very friendly hostess + easy communication. Checkin and checkout was easy and smooth. She gave us some good tips and was very helpful. 3. The apartment is basically furnished, but had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The terrace and the couch / daybed in the living room was big plus points :-)

If you have heavy luggage, getting to and from the apartment from the road above can be a bit challenging as you need to carry your luggage up and down the steps. But the nice view makes up for that :-)

This apartment had beautiful views from the balcony and was in a great location. The host was so helpful and kind and the apartment was spotless. I was worried with 5 people in one apartment it would be too cramped but it was a very good size and with the large balcony we all had a good amount of space. The beds were also very comfy!

Had quite a few steps up to get to the apartment with suitcases but the view is worth it!

Great location, in the heart of the old town but still in a quiet location, easy access to transport. Very clean & spacious for the usual small apartments in Mykonos Town. Newly renovated bathroom, strong water pressure for all the family. Very helpful owner.

The location of Madres Houses is in the heart of Mykonos town within walking distance of the famous waterfront, windmills, and Little Venice. Anna was most helpful in welcoming us and communicating. We had a living area, kitchenette, bedroom, and table and chairs. There were more beds upstairs in the loft, but we did not use them. The outside terrace had a view down on the town. Everything was clean and Stella, the cleaner, was especially nice and friendly. The sunset view from the nearby windmill ruin was amazing. We would recommend Madres Houses for good value!
