The A La Carte breakfast was delicious and tailored to suit you each morning which we liked a lot (much nicer than the American style buffet in most hotels). The staff were all amazing, superb in accommodating our needs and requests; we would specifically like to highlight Ms Esmeralda who catered to our every need from start to finish; from recommendations to reservations, she really couldn’t do enough for us, such a beautiful, friendly person. Irene was also such a delight to see each morning, she was so kind and accommodating, with such a warm persona. The rooftop bar was incredible with a great view of the sunset (when a cruise ship isn’t blocking it!!)

We requested an upgrade two days into our stay as the room we had originally booked was a lot smaller than expected - we moved into the suite which I would highly recommend; certainly worth the extra money if you like your space. The wardrobe space was the same in all rooms, very limited!, especially for two people which was a frustration for us as we struggle to relax if we’re living out of a suitcase; I would also expect a hotel of this standard to have more hanging / storage space for clothes.

This has been by far the best hotel with the finest customer service I have ever experienced. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, it offers easy access to numerous nearby restaurants. Pantelis and Esmeralda provided an exceptional check-in experience, sharing valuable tips on local attractions and activities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with Valeria being a fantastic host! The hotel’s SkyBar boasts an amazing view and first-class cocktails. Linnea and the SkyBar Manager, and the entire staff were extremely friendly. We would definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

When looking for a place to stay in Mykonos, we knew there were a lot of choices. Being first time visitors we thought staying in Mykonos Town would be our best option. We chose The TownHouse Mykonos based on location and the look and feel the hotel have off from pictures. We made a GREAT choice. We chose the Mykonian Suite and it was fabulous. You are overlooking the water and the sunset view you get from this unit is great. The room itself was cute. Decorated with a chic theme and very clean. Having two floors of space really gave you the extra room to spread things out a bit. The entire hotel (dining areas, bars, etc.) were very nicely designed, too. But, what made this stay stand out was the service we got from everyone that worked there. Everyone was so friendly and VERY helpful. They were able to help us with anything we needed from local dining choices to help with renting a car and sharing all the best places to visit around the island. The location was great. You could walk to tons of shops and restaurants. If you are looking to stay right in Mykonos Town but also want to be able to go back to your room and feel like your away from it all, The TownHouse Mykonos is the place to be!

Everything in this hotel was beyond perfect The staff were very helpful and extra nice and provided us with very interesting recommendations and serviced us with welcoming drinks when we arrived and helped us with our luggage all the way. The room was very nicely decorated, well equipped,so clean and spacious. The location is perfect too , it’s very close to all attractions and restaurants . The view in the hotel rooftop during the sunset is breathtaking. You really don’t want to miss it . I really believe we had the best experience in Mykonos because of this amazing accommodation I would really stay in this hotel whenever I am back to Mykonos

Absolutely nothing

For anyone who is looking for the perfect Mykonos hotel, you can stop looking - this is it! The property is gorgeous and centrally located, the roof top bar is top notch, the breakfast is amazing, the air conditioning is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. While this hotel ticks all the boxes, it is the team who really made our stay here and this was experienced even before we travelled with welcoming communication pre-stay. They make sure that everything is flawless and runs smoothly, organizing transport, things to do, suggested itinerary. We truly felt like we were guests in their home and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We got the feeling that this is just in their nature - the welcoming hospitality really was beyond expectations! Thanks guys :)

The property's proximity to various amenities in the city centre was remarkable. Upon my arrival, I was promptly welcomed at the gate entrance, and my belongings were efficiently transported to the hotel. The hotel's well-equipped gym, conveniently located nearby, exceeded my expectations with its comprehensive facilities. The rooms exuded a captivating beauty, boasting ample natural light and thoughtful design elements. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff. Their unparalleled hospitality and attentiveness made a lasting impression. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a superlative guest experience was evident in every interaction. I encountered several instances where their assistance was invaluable, and they responded promptly without hesitation. This was undeniably one of my most gratifying hotel stays. I highly recommend considering this establishment for your accommodation needs; the exceptional service is truly unforgettable.

Every one of the staff was absolutely delightful - very welcoming, kind and helpful. Excellent customer care from everyone. The room had everything we needed, including lovely toiletries, iron, safe etc. The hotel has been finished to a high standard in terms of fixtures and fittings. A delicious breakfast was served on the terrace each morning. The location was also great - right in the centre of town.

View from our room (10) was onto a balcony opposite that was covered in junk - not a great deal the hotel can do about that I suppose, so we just kept the curtains closed. Also we experienced a lot of noise from the rooftop bar which was above our room …. scraping of furniture etc. In hindsight I think we probably prefer a hotel with a pool as the sun loungers at the beach clubs are so expensive .

Everything was beyond our expectations. Brilliant location, super decoration , excellent staff , they upgraded our room, which was very pleasant to us , they were very friendly, helpful and amiable, the director Mrs Esmeralda is a fantastically good person, ,told me new info about my name, Polyxenia,))we loved her and the team very much , we went to celebrate my birthday, and the wonderful team made my day, they brought us cocktails as a complement, thanks to the wonderful team we felt at home. We are looking forward to our next stay in this fabulous hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel when I return to Mykonos. Best Regards Ksenya Sargsyan

Everything was great! The location right in the old center near the streets with shops. The room was exactly as in the pictures and very nicely decorated. Great breakfast place! They also have a very nice bar with friendly staff. We were very impressed by the kindness and availability of the staff. They recommended us the most beautiful places for the beach, they also took care of booking where we wanted to go. They took care of booking the car when we wanted to go somewhere. In a word, it was great!

We had a generous serving of breakfast and they have many options to choose from. It was the best! And every single staff went above and beyond in providing outstanding service! Only a day since we left and I am missing this place already!! Highly recommend The Town House! Location, service, cleanliness, entertainment, the value, and esp the friendly staff!! This is the best place to stay in Mykonos!!
