The A La Carte breakfast was delicious and tailored to suit you each morning which we liked a lot (much nicer than the American style buffet in most hotels). The staff were all amazing, superb in accommodating our needs and requests; we would specifically like to highlight Ms Esmeralda who catered to our every need from start to finish; from recommendations to reservations, she really couldn’t do enough for us, such a beautiful, friendly person. Irene was also such a delight to see each morning, she was so kind and accommodating, with such a warm persona. The rooftop bar was incredible with a great view of the sunset (when a cruise ship isn’t blocking it!!)

We requested an upgrade two days into our stay as the room we had originally booked was a lot smaller than expected - we moved into the suite which I would highly recommend; certainly worth the extra money if you like your space. The wardrobe space was the same in all rooms, very limited!, especially for two people which was a frustration for us as we struggle to relax if we’re living out of a suitcase; I would also expect a hotel of this standard to have more hanging / storage space for clothes.

This has been by far the best hotel with the finest customer service I have ever experienced. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, it offers easy access to numerous nearby restaurants. Pantelis and Esmeralda provided an exceptional check-in experience, sharing valuable tips on local attractions and activities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with Valeria being a fantastic host! The hotel’s SkyBar boasts an amazing view and first-class cocktails. Linnea and the SkyBar Manager, and the entire staff were extremely friendly. We would definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property's proximity to various amenities in the city centre was remarkable. Upon my arrival, I was promptly welcomed at the gate entrance, and my belongings were efficiently transported to the hotel. The hotel's well-equipped gym, conveniently located nearby, exceeded my expectations with its comprehensive facilities. The rooms exuded a captivating beauty, boasting ample natural light and thoughtful design elements. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff. Their unparalleled hospitality and attentiveness made a lasting impression. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a superlative guest experience was evident in every interaction. I encountered several instances where their assistance was invaluable, and they responded promptly without hesitation. This was undeniably one of my most gratifying hotel stays. I highly recommend considering this establishment for your accommodation needs; the exceptional service is truly unforgettable.

Every one of the staff was absolutely delightful - very welcoming, kind and helpful. Excellent customer care from everyone. The room had everything we needed, including lovely toiletries, iron, safe etc. The hotel has been finished to a high standard in terms of fixtures and fittings. A delicious breakfast was served on the terrace each morning. The location was also great - right in the centre of town.

View from our room (10) was onto a balcony opposite that was covered in junk - not a great deal the hotel can do about that I suppose, so we just kept the curtains closed. Also we experienced a lot of noise from the rooftop bar which was above our room …. scraping of furniture etc. In hindsight I think we probably prefer a hotel with a pool as the sun loungers at the beach clubs are so expensive .

Everything was beyond our expectations. Brilliant location, super decoration , excellent staff , they upgraded our room, which was very pleasant to us , they were very friendly, helpful and amiable, the director Mrs Esmeralda is a fantastically good person, ,told me new info about my name, Polyxenia,))we loved her and the team very much , we went to celebrate my birthday, and the wonderful team made my day, they brought us cocktails as a complement, thanks to the wonderful team we felt at home. We are looking forward to our next stay in this fabulous hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel when I return to Mykonos. Best Regards Ksenya Sargsyan

The location is perfect in the old town/port area - central and within a short walking distance of pretty much everything - yet not in a really noisy area. The service was amazing - the team organised a taxi to collect us from the airport, and one of the team met us on the outskirts of the pedestrian zone of the old town to walk us to the hotel and help with bags. We really weren’t expecting that so was a really nice touch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - from all the hotel amenities, to restaurant recommendations and reservations- noting was too much trouble. Every member of staff gave 110% we came towards the end of the season and I’m sure everyone ready for the break, but the team were fresh and as helpful as da1 of the season. The hotel was immaculate- like it had just been painted that morning. And all the little extras in the room were really good Ie Claris products, complimentary tea/coffee/water - gorgeous chenille style slippers! The whole experience was fabulous.

The sunset bar was a bit disappointing- we didn’t realise there was a minimum spend (€60) to sit on the higher/rear tables. Sat at the front where other people kept standing in front of us for their Insta poses. Very annoying. Would have been better to wander up for the windmills with some fizz from the shop outside the hotel and experienced it for free!!

the property is beautiful and kept in pristine condition. The room was lovely and spacious and they offered us a complimentary upgrade as it was our first year wedding anniversary and a reservation at the bar with champagne. I also loved the little spaces that were available to sit and take the view in. it looks beautiful from afar and wonderful steps to enter. it’s a beautiful hotel.

I really wish it had a pool but the sky bar really makes up for it. stunning views and the ambience is lovely. best sunset I saw was at this bar. I also think for hotel guests there should be a subsidised rate for drinks or some offers but I understand that’s limited in Mykonos but I would have appreciated that.

Absolutely love love loved everything about the hotel! Staff are amazing and provided such excellent hospitality, we had maps drawn to us every single day we were there describing where we should go, what restaurant to eat in and even what to eat from the menu, what places are scam and to avoid. This was very thorough and accurate, and every single member were exceptionally helpful whatever we needed assistance with. We felt very welcomed with polite greetings and smiles on a daily basis, and location was above and beyond. Not directly in the town so avoiding the loud crowds at night but 2/3 min walk and your in the town with multiple entries to different areas. Breakfast is served in the terrace with sea view, and rooms are cleaned and tidied daily which was absolutely immaculate. There was a lovely fragrance every time we walked into the room and towels had a lovely clean wash smell. Everything was sparkling clean in the rooms and throughout the hotel with high quality wash/lotions (Clarins) even the hand wash, as well as a Nespresso machine with Nespresso pods and tea sachets refreshed daily at no extra cost in the room. Would definitely return back to the hotel and once again a special thank you to The Townhouse Mykonos for providing such an effortless stay and making it super memorable for us!

The staff were amazing! The location is right in the centre close to all the restaurants and shops. The breakfasts were fantastic. There's also an amazing Roof Bar with beautiful sunset views.

They don't offer twin beds so we had a suite with a double and a single bed. The room was very well equipped but a bit on the small side. Also the double bed was up some stairs and the bathroom was downstairs. OK but could be a problem for some in the night.

The TownHouse is a charming property conveniently located inside the gates of Mykonos Town. Walking distance to winding whitewashed alleyways and Little Venice bars and restaurants. The staff is extremely accommodating and do everything to make sure you stay is a pleating one. Special shout-out to Anthony at the front desk who was amazing at helping us organize transfers to venues outside Mykonos Town and also made great recommendations and offered to make reservations as well. He ensured they our transfers ran smoothly and everything was communicated effectively. Thank you Anthony! :-) lam sorry I don't remember the rest of staff names but they were all wonderful carrying our bags all the way to the gate of Mykonos Town to board our transfer to the airport. Everyone was genuinely concerned with our experience. If you want a conveniently located property in the heart of Mykonos Town that has more amenities than renting an Airbnb in the same area, then don't hesitate to book this beautiful property. Can't wait to visit them again when stopping through Mykonos!
