Amazing design, meticulously kept rooms. Maria was super attentive and the location is amazing.

The hot water in the shower was a bit problematic- goes from super hot to super cold regardless of where the tap is. Also, after taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor is wet. Breakfast was touch & go. You order with a special app, but sometimes not everything comes to the room. Hot dishes will arrive lukewarm because they bring it from the reception and have to walk outside with it. It tastes good, and the variety is more than enough for a family. If something was missing they made sure to replace it right away.

Very beautiful building inspired by nature. Rooms are very comfy, cosy and clean with great design and decoration. The staff was very willing to support and with a big smile in their faces! During our arrival they offered us nice greek red wine and one of the best baklava i have ever tasted! Furthermore it is very convenient that you choose your delicious breakfast the night before and they bring it to your room at the selected time! Next time will stay in one of the rooms with the private swimming pool.

We had a room with private pool and it looks better, than at photos. We stayed in October and the water was quite cold, but we still were able to swim a bit. Breakfasts are tasty and freshly made. Staff is extremely helpful, we received a map with recommendations what to see and where to eat. Location is good, if you're travelling by car it's perfect.

It's not a drawback, more like a recommendation to owners - to add an option to order vegetables for breakfast

A combination of good taste and practicality. Interior spaces created to make you feel at home... sorry, much better than home. Every inch was there to make our stay better, more comfortable. We enjoyed a top luxury breakfast in the room, making us enjoy a bit more of the beautiful space. And last but not least, the stuff! Kind and professional. An extra star should be given for the level of maintenance and how clean and functional everything was. An extra detail: being close to the centre but off the noise of the city, just on the way to the castle. Very good price for value. Well done!

Staff were super friendly and overly accommodating. The finish is excellent to both the interior and exterior and the property is a nice distance away from the centre which kept us active throughout our stay. Room has all the things you might possibly need for a short or longer stay. Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. It's more than continental as described, rather you have a choice of any eggs you like, yoghurt, fruit, pancakes etc all freshly prepared and delivered to the room to have on the balcony. I would for sure be back to stay again!

Unfortunately there were building works in progress when we arrived, but very kindly they actually stopped the work completely during our stay - which was much appreciated. You may struggle to sleep in the rooms if you are a light sleeper, as the windows are not well sound proofed to cars on the outside road, nor are there blackout blinds/shutters and there are bright emergency lights within the rooms. There was a mix up with payment methods available due to no POS machine, other than that everything is absolutely wonderful.

New and luxeries apartments with all the small details. The staff were amazing!!! and took care of everything. Big and well designed rooms.We were upgraded upon arrival to the master suite Although original junior suite looks great too. Very clean The lady at reception was so kind (sorry I forgot her name). Thank you for a great and too short stay.

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with the best hospitality . The staff were just wonderful and so helpful with everything. It was the most cleanest hotel we've ever come across, and the breakfast was delicious. Our suite was very modern and we had the best sleep. Thankyou for all ur help and hospitality it was sad to leave you...But we will be back.

Everything, the room was very clean, staff is extremely friendlly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, pre-arrival contact by email was responsive, It is easy to park, 10-15 min walking distance to the old city.
