I recently stayed at this hotel and opted for the sea/harbour view room, and it did not disappoint. The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. While the hotel caters to a tourist crowd, this was most evident during breakfast. The bustling atmosphere, however, did not detract from the overall experience. The location is a major plus. It's just a 5-minute walk to a variety of restaurants and bars, which made it convenient for dining out. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for an overnight stay.

The WiFi was very slow.

Location, professional service, space, details and over all, architechtual charme: super! Very good room service, breakfast good as well, over all friendly staff. The hotel seems well run and is quite cool. Lovely design details, as the marble in the spacious rooms and the elevator. A positive experience!

This hotel would present itself in its former glory if it could be spruced up a bit, for instance with new carpeted areras in the corridors, and the pool at the rooftop could perhaps be renewed. But better as is, than renewed without taking care of the holels many super old qualities.

Great location, easy to get to the ktel. Asked for a duvet to be put in the room and it was seen to. Clean and tidy.

All good but I think they could start to upgrade each room and bathroom. It’s outdated. Shower curtain for one can be replaced with glass. Carpet’s definitely can go. Would have been nice if there was slippers available. I needed a pen, so there was no stationery in the room nor a menu to order room service which we wanted.

We spent a night there as the next morning we were taking a ferry to Zakynthos from Killini. Patra turns out to be a lovely place and the hotel is in the city center. We arrived on a Sunday so not a lot of places were open in the early afternoon and we took advantage of the restaurant on the last floor, we had a nice meal accompanied by a great view of the harbour and the surroundings. The rooms are somewhat dated but clean and spacious. The breakfast is worth it, good coffee and food.

The hotel has an incredible view for those who choose the port side. The size of the room is great, as is the balcony. The girls at reception are attentive. The location is ideal, as the center is like an open-air mall.

The carpet is worn, the mattress and pillows would need to be replaced. The door locks make a lot of noise when closing, it also need maintenance.

The personnel was very kind. The food was excellent including vegetarian food also!

The hotel is not situated very good-next to the harbour, in front of the hotel is a rail way-small train passes every 30 min! You can't use the balcony, because of the noise and very high temperature-39 C from 10 am-10 pm! The beach is not suitable-2km away(stones - not sand), If you want to use an umbrella, bed on the beach, drink a cold drink, or eat sandwiches- the decent beach (stones - not sand), is 7km by car away from the hotel! there are no umbrellas next to the swimming pool on the roof- if you use the swimming pull -burn from the sun!

The best example of a finely preserved vintage hotel of elegant times gone by. Luxurious, decorous, comfortable, hospitable staff, good breakfast, amazing roof top garden with a swimming pool, bar and restaurant with amazing views to the sea and the old Town of Patra. Close to the town center, beaches and restaurants. Perfect for overnight stay if you intend to catch a ferry. Even let us check in much earlier than the official time.

- Really helpful staff, welcoming us from the beginning and assisting us in all our needs. - Very nice plates offered during our dining at the restaurant, and the waiter went above and beyond catering us. The same applies to the roof garden bar, fast and efficient service at reasonable prices. Great view at the city's port and the castle in the back side! - Varied breakfast offering a range of dishes for every type of customer. - Spacious room with a range of amenities available upon request.

- Bed sheets had visible stains on them. Don't wanna know but would seriously appreciate if they had picked better ones. - Bed was not comfortable at all, making for a not so good night's rest.

Really nice, buffet every morning. And the location was amazing nice view, nice shops and the ocean right infront.

Nothing’s special.

The room was a good size, and the shower was extremely comfortable (especially after coming from a hotel with no hot water). The views were some of the best we had from our balcony. First hotel with big elevators that my whole family could fit in, the staff was super friendly and they accommodated us with beds for the kids and joint rooms with my parents.

The location is great for views and going walking but the parking area is atrocious. We never got to park at the hotel, we had to go down the street and pay for a parking lot (made it hard for carrying bags to the hotel).
