All inclusive isnt really all inclusive, when it comes to alcoholic beverages only beer, wine and ouz is included, everything else you have to pay for. Snacks like nuts, chips etc are also not included... The buffet is extremely pork focused, and most of the time the pork will not be listed on the piece of paper in front of the food

Very kind staff, they fulfilled my request to have a room with a sea view, although it was not specified in the booking form. Good food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location of the hotel right on the beach is very good and the sunset seen from the balcony is wonderful.

The beach with stones, as well as in the sea. Beach slippers are required.

Very comfortable rooms, sparkly clean with daily housekeeping. Very good matress. Very good food. Table wine surprisingly good. Good gaming room. Cristal clear water in the sea with hundreds of fishes around. Available towels for the beach replaceable upon request. Beach very close to hotel. Nice beach bar. A group of trees provides good shade for a part of the beach and this can extend the staying during the day. Excellent grass lawn in front of the hotel. Very nice staff. Good Wi-Fi. Wonderful view over the bridge.

Pebble beach makes the entry in the water quite difficult, and this is probably the main drawback of the hotel. Periodic cleaning of the beach could be useful. Sunbeds are pretty worn out; still ok. The fitness room needs complete redesign; cannot be utilized as it is today. Parking availability can be challenging; nevertheless, we've always found a slot nearby.

Initial thoughts were that it leaves a lot to be desired from the outside as the building needs some TLC a bit of power washing and paint for sure but once inside you see they prioritize the guest experience. Food was buffet style but honestly, the quality was quite good and varied. We didn’t have a bad meal. The rooms were not big by any means and very basic, but they were bright and very clean and certainly got the job done. Very large pool with some shaded areas and access to the wonderful beach with amazing scenes. Perfect stay for our little family.

At times would get a bit crowded, especially with the elevators, which makes it difficult if you have a baby and a pram, etc.

Nice view from the balcony - beach, mountains and the bridge. Parking available. Unfortunately pool did not work. Didn’t try the beach as well. The furniture was a bit outdated. Good beds. Overall it was good.

I’ve read previous comments about loud groups of teenagers staying there, so we experienced that as well. If you are looking a silent and calm place - I would not suggest staying there. Seemed like nobody really cared to let those kids know how to respect others vacation and be silent. It felt like some wild animals were running and screaming in the corridor and balconies. I do understand - kids are kids. Maybe it was a cultural thing or something we were not familiar with.

We spent a wonderful 10 days here! The accommodation is extremely dog-friendly. We have never met such kind staff. The equipment of the room is excellent, a fridge and a kettle are provided. Water dispenser on every floor. The food is very varied and delicious! The surroundings of the hotel were very nicely kept in order. The sea is a few steps away. We have read in several reviews that there are few available sunbeds. We didn't experience this at all, we went to the beach at any time or there was always a free sunbed by the pool! The view was beautiful, we really had a great time, we would love to come back!

The rooms are fine and view is beautiful. The breakfast is what you might expect from a chain hotel.

We did have a horrible stay here because the hotel was fully booked with 3 schools of teenagers shouting and screaming all night. I have never experienced anything like it. The teachers didn't really intervene as they simply stated that the hotel shouldn't have allowed us to stay there while they were there. The staff couldn't really control the situation. Also we didn't have any hot water anymore to shower. There was also a constant squeaking sound in our room, which they were not able to solve. It's not a bad hotel (the facilities are fine and the view is beautiful) but skip it if you see the school busses on the driveway:-)

Room is good for families, and everything is clean. Beds are big enough and comfortable. There is not crazy amount of choices in meals but they are always enough. Beach and sea is good. A little bit rocky enterance but too many friendly fishes you can see. Good entertainment options for kids. Garden is nice and green, shady most of the day. Crew are helpfull and nice.

Only thing is double bed is actually two seperate single beds, but they are comfortable and huge so not a big problem.

A perfect hotel for a family vacation by the sea, with its own private beach and beachfront bar. The all-inclusive price is very affordable, and both we and our kids loved everything. The three daily meals, ice cream, and drinks brought so much joy to us and our children. There are playgrounds, a large pool, and everything is well thought out for a complete and relaxing stay. The quality of service surpasses any I've experienced before; the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Exceptional location and view in the hidden gem of Kastellokampos area. Comfortable access to the beach. Rich breakfast with a great variety of options (even traditional Greek coffee in the embers, "hovoli"). Exceptionally attentive, discreet and polite staff everywhere.

I had dreamt of using the pool in the morning for a refreshing dive before the daily routine started but unfortunately the pool was maintained and cleaned every day until late in the morning. Also the beach in front of the hotel was not something noteworthy. The room was somewhat small
