Very kind staff, they fulfilled my request to have a room with a sea view, although it was not specified in the booking form. Good food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location of the hotel right on the beach is very good and the sunset seen from the balcony is wonderful.

We spent a wonderful 10 days here! The accommodation is extremely dog-friendly. We have never met such kind staff. The equipment of the room is excellent, a fridge and a kettle are provided. Water dispenser on every floor. The food is very varied and delicious! The surroundings of the hotel were very nicely kept in order. The sea is a few steps away. We have read in several reviews that there are few available sunbeds. We didn't experience this at all, we went to the beach at any time or there was always a free sunbed by the pool! The view was beautiful, we really had a great time, we would love to come back!

The rooms are fine and view is beautiful. The breakfast is what you might expect from a chain hotel.

We did have a horrible stay here because the hotel was fully booked with 3 schools of teenagers shouting and screaming all night. I have never experienced anything like it. The teachers didn't really intervene as they simply stated that the hotel shouldn't have allowed us to stay there while they were there. The staff couldn't really control the situation. Also we didn't have any hot water anymore to shower. There was also a constant squeaking sound in our room, which they were not able to solve. It's not a bad hotel (the facilities are fine and the view is beautiful) but skip it if you see the school busses on the driveway:-)

Exceptional location and view in the hidden gem of Kastellokampos area. Comfortable access to the beach. Rich breakfast with a great variety of options (even traditional Greek coffee in the embers, "hovoli"). Exceptionally attentive, discreet and polite staff everywhere.

I had dreamt of using the pool in the morning for a refreshing dive before the daily routine started but unfortunately the pool was maintained and cleaned every day until late in the morning. Also the beach in front of the hotel was not something noteworthy. The room was somewhat small

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The professionalism of the staff members was evident in their attention to detail and their dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. What stood out most was their constant positivity and happiness. It was evident that they love what they do, and their enthusiasm was infectious. Whether it was the friendly faces at the front desk, the attentive waitstaff in the dining area, or the housekeeping team, everyone seemed genuinely delighted to be of service. The food was very delicious!! Our family room was always clean and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect haven after a day of exploration and relaxation. We felt right at home. The beach, although rocky, was pristine and inviting. The clean shores and crystal-clear waters made for an idyllic setting to unwind and soak up the sun. What truly sets this hotel apart, especially for families, is its expansive garden, complete with a pool, entertainment room, and kids' play area. It's a paradise for children and adults alike, offering endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway!

everything was perfect!

The hotel was in a great location, close to the sea. The fact that they upgraded our booking (we had a mountain view room) was much appreciated as the view from our room was magnificent. The room was spacious and functional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of breakfast choices and the breakfast buffet was very rich and tasty. The hotel also had a great gym, children's playroom, spacious meeting rooms and even a pool table. The outdoor swimming pool was empty as it wasn't the high season. I would really like to stay again in this hotel :)

You will need a private car to get around and into the centre of Patra. If you do, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Nice location next to the beach with free towel service. Comfortable night-stop when you want to visit Patras or take the ferry the next day. The room and bath room is very spacious. So is the hotel lobby, which has a nice bar with a pool table.

* We had some noise during the night from the neighbouring room (balcony) and the corridor. The rooms could be a bit more sound-proof. * Dinner buffet was a bit expensive for what it was (€20 per person). * Some of us wanted to have a quick morning swim before catching the ferry, but the hotel pool did not open at the designated time (9 AM) because the lifeguard was late. The sea was not an option because the sea bed was too rocky.

Over the years this beach hotel has provided time and again a very nice accommodation any time going to Patras. Have enjoyed staying there regardless of the season. The premises received a good renovation just before the Athens Games. It is time to have it once again rechecked and work on its maintenance. The hotel has beautiful view of the sea and the bridge that connect Peloponnese and mainland. Incredible sunsets!

Small things were either not working or simply broken in the room. For example the (internal) handle of the room door came off and had to call in service. A body towel with a noticeable hole was also provided the first night. The pressure mechanism for the WC-tank was not properly aligned and it kept refilling and making noise. Little things that could be fixed easily and help the accommodation of your dedicated customers!

breakfast was good, view was nice (both ways.. mountain and sea), staff was helpful. I loved the free, filtered water in the hallways.

The gym was a joke, I don't think they had even one matching set of dumbbells and there was no bench. I complained about this and they told me they are in the process of renovating. So hopefully this will change soon. It's a bit far from the city center, you can walk a few km or you can take an hourly train. I didn't mind, but it is something to be aware of.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a slight mix up with our booking which was resolved promptly by the receptionist. Unfortunately in the 2nd room we were allocated, the air conditioning unit was leaking causing water to pool on the floor and the manager very quickly made an upgraded room available. The room was extremely clean, with a stunning view over the garden / pool area looking out towards the sea. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic choice . Free on site parking was provided.

Unfortunately, as it was a Saturday night a bar next door was extremely loud until midnight, not that this was anything to do with the hotel & distract from a great stay.
