Great hotel right in the centre of town - ideal location. All the staff I encountered were so lovely and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was firm and comfy. The breakfast was fantastic! Such a great choice - breads, cheeses, cold meats, cereal, eggs, sausages, yoghurt, fruit, cake, pastries... I never had to have anything for lunch because the breakfast filled me up so much. Smart reception area and everything nice and clean.

The walls are a bit thin so if anyone was leaving early/arriving late you could hear it quite clearly.

The staff were fantastic - especially the receptionist - very friendly helpful, and had fantastic English. The room was cleaned well every day with fresh towels. The breakfast was extensive every morning and the hotel was great value for money.

The rooms were a bit small and a shared laundry would be great (we were sent to a laundry service approx 8 min walk away).

This location was as perfect as could be. We disembarked from the bus and walked afew blocks to the hotel. When we left for the ferry for Kefalonia, the dock was three blocks from the hotel. We walked to the major sights and met family in Plateia Yeoryios A. On Sunday going to St. Andrew Cathedral was a moderate walk. The room was clean and adequate for two people. There are four in our family so we had to book 2 rooms. This worked well since we had more quiet time for ourselves. It would have been nice to get the room a little cooler but the air conditionoing sufficed and it was very comfortable at night. We were in a corner room and it was nice to stand on the balcony and look at the street life below us. A great stay!!

Great location- next to the major buses, close to both the port and the ferry which was what we needed. Very kind helpful staff. Free breakfast, and they let us leave our stuff after we checked out which was very nice.

Shower head didn’t attach to the wall, which made a bit of a mess. Beds were a little springy, but for the price I really can’t complain.

The hotel is situated in the center of Patra center. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, important for us since we travelled with a toddler. The breakfast was also very rich.

The only minus that i can recall is that our room didn't had a hair drier. Though, this cannot deduct points from the evaluation, as it was a good option and a value for money option.

Perfect: location, cleanliness, staff. A nice room with a comfortable bathroom. The price was on the attractive side too. Very generous breakfast is available in liberal time 7:00-10:30 is worth easily 10-15€ by itself and is definitely one of the highlights of the stay. There is also a nice lobby with a bar.

Really not much to do better in this class of hotel.

We were denied sunny side up eggs for breakfast, which is disappointing because which hotel breakfast doesn’t offer eggs your way. The bathroom was really old & tiny…black mould in the shower & covering the shower floor! The shower head stand on the wall was broken, therefore couldn’t be used.

The location is sooo helpful. PERFECT lighting for pic and videos. As a vloger it was really helpful. The stuff were SUPER nice ❤️ they made me feel like home. And the breakfast buffet 🤤omg very very yummy, it made my tummy happy and full😂

If I had too find something negative. I don't know 🤷🏼‍♂️ maybe the AC could be a bit stronger but it did the job just fine.

We had a big beautiful bright room with a big balcony as well. The bathroom was comfortable and the available toiletries were very convenient. Location was perfect. Breakfast was great. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming.

Good friendly staff changed our room when the toilet didn't work with a free upgrade. Excellent position in centre of town. We would use this hotel again. Value for money .

Room was a little tired scruffy curtains cheap toilet paper. Kettle but no coffee or milk provided
