friendly and very helpful staff, nice pool area in the executive wing, the food quality was medium,

it was allowed to smoke in public areas, the pool was a bit worn, the location was a bit secluded, but busses helped

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!! This was our first time in Crete, but not the last. Without a doubt, the nicest, most helpful staff you will ever come across. From the minute we checked in, nothing was too small or too big for them. They went above and beyond what we expected. FOH Manager Georgia; you are truly exceptional!! I wish we could clone you to a hotel or resort worldwide! The food was great, the location was amazing. You were on a hill and so could view so much of the island. The breakfast buffet was full of options and creative dishes to cater to every need. All the staff were friendly, chatty, happy, and just willing to help out.

Eh, that we had to come back home...LOL. On a serious note, maybe a bigger gym for those into fitness, but that is me being picky and digging to find something.

Our favourite place for holiday every year! Panorama is an excellent hotel on a great location with incredible views. Spotlessly clean rooms and abundant spaces with fine architecture and amazing layout. Very high quality food with rich buffets, offering a big variety made of fresh & tasty ingredients. Impeccable, highly trained but also very friendly staff makes you really feel at home. By far the most welcoming hotel we have visited as a family, with very reasonable prices for what it offers. Last but not least, this year we also enjoyed the upgraded ultra-high-speed WiFi and the renovated outside space of the main restaurant, which is now covered with a huge beautifully built white roof, offering classy aesthetics and an enormous shadow area! Thank you all lovely people, we’ll be definitely be back next year!

We have spent a wonderful week in this hotel. The staff was truly amazing, very caring and helpful all day and night. The most memorable moment was to experience how nice the cretan people can be. 😍 Otherwise the room with the view was really nice, and we also liked the restaurant and the pool bar. Specially the traditional food parts of the menü, it was amazing! I can only recommend this hotel with all my heart, we will never forget this magical island, and hopefully returning soon! ❤️

It’s a little bit unusual for us, that in Crete you are not allowed to throw any paper in the toilet.

Not a great beach outside hotel but only 10 mins walking to better ones

Loved the staff. So friendly, accommodating and helpful. Also loved the buffet restaurant. Amazing variety and freshness. The pool area and view was awesome.

The rooms were a bit outdated, although well maintained. Also, the rooms were not so well insulated, so the noise from the outside was quite audible. Chaotic scenes at outdoor restaurant when bad weather. Seemed like there was a lack of contingency plans when rain made it difficult to use the buffet restaurant with outside dining.

The lobby and restaurant facilities, pool areas and a gym where excellent. Food themes for different days in the restaurant.

There were no services near the hotel area, so there was use for the rental car.

The view was amazing, watching sunset from the restaurant or balcony! The pool was great, and spending the day by the pool was excellent. The food was delicious and there were many options. Staff were helpful in organising a day trip to Balos beach.

Corona safety measures were not required by the other guests. The picnic lunch was below par (sandwiches and fruit)

The desserts were exceptional! The outdoor dining area had a lovely view overlooking the sea. The staff were all so welcoming and accommodating. The food in general was so nice especially the evening meal. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The location is beautiful and so is this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The only criticisms we had were that we thought the fruit juices tasted very sweet and quite artificial. It would also have been great if there was one sugar free fizzy drink option. The only other thing that bothered us was the loud extractor fan that was next to our balcony.

It was our second time at the hotel, this time with my parents and our two children. The food was great, the pool was warm and the weather was fantastic. Finally the staff are the best in the business. So friendly and kind.

There really is not much to critique. Maybe a couple of new high chairs and the odd bit of maintenance on things, but otherwise it was great.
