The hotel is in a perfect spot, in the city center and everything is next to you. You can walk to the port and the airport, you don't need a car and if you have a car there is free parking space very close by. The staff was very friendly, they allowed us to enter the room earlier than our arrival. Next to the hotel you can find everything, restaurants, fast food, cafes and mini markets. Our room had a port view, a huge balcony with a small table and chairs. Our room was very clean and every day we had clean towels and the cleaning lady cleaned the room and the trash every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. We are satisfied and highly recommend the hotel Akti for holidays. We had a great time! Thanks!

We had a good room lovely & clean with a good shower, & a fantastic view of the port with fabulous sunrises too. The hotel is close to the bus terminal which takes you to many beaches & to the end of the island & is only 3€ per person. There are many Tavernas/ restaurants near to the hotel all within walking distance. we had a super holiday & made new friends too.

Really amazing location that was right by the main bus stop, super close to great restaurants and a lovely view of the sea/harbour. Great to have a mini fridge for drink and food bits.

The bathroom is quite small and the shower is particularly tiny which means the shower curtain sticks to you constantly. Would be great if there was some shelving/storage in the bathroom for products. Could do with some more kitchen bits eg cutlery or some plates if we were being fussy!

Excellent view of the sea (new port of Skiathos) and the planes landing. Perfect position: near restaurants and food market, 1 minute walking to the bus-stop, 5 minutes walikng to the town centre, 15-20 minutes walking to the airport. Very confortable and clean. Top quality-price rate!

The balcony could be more confortable in order to have a perferct place for breakfast or drink with an impressive view of the new port of Skiathos.

Loved the harbour view with the planes. We caught festival weekend too so traditional music and dancing on the square by the bus stop.

Something very small and adjustable. Curtains in our room need updating. Not wide enough and it’s bright early morning.

Stayed in the penthouse apartment. Fantastic view of old port with yachts and watching the planes fly by - great spot for people watching and located very well for the old port which is a short walk away (5 mins). All staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Place is kept spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. It was our very first visit to Skiathos Town and will not be our last - looking to book again for next year.

Location was amazing, views amazing and cleaned every day. Lovely approachable staff.

Shower cubical was a bit small, bedroom door needed easing and handle needs repairing.

The location was great; close to the bus station and the port. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was small but comfortable and met the needs. Check in and check out was easy.

The soundproofing of the doors is a bit weak, but it doesn't matter if you are a good sleeper :)
