The staff were really friendly, helpful and kind. We felt a nice hospitality the moment we arrived at the hotel. There were other several things we liked: - They upgraded our room to a room with a sea/pool view, which was a nice surprise indeed. - The room was very clean, spacious and had very comfortable bed. - The cleaning of the room was successful, we found our room very clean every time. - The breakfast was sufficient, besides the food, the coffee selection was various and they made delicious latte. - They provided with a crib in the room for our kid, they paid a great deal of attention to the details when you made a reservation. - They offered a free shuttle services back to the city center on the last day as a thank-you for staying at the hotel.

About the hotel or staff, there was not a single thing that we could complain about or did not like. Everything was really good, and strongly recommended. Although the hotel looks close to the city center on the map, it is not possible to walk to the hotel from city center. You need to take a taxi - which we did every time, it was not very costly (5-7 euros per ride) but still we preferred to walk.

A wonderful small hotel hotel with a real personal touch. We really felt looked after - all staff members were absolutely lovely people that genuinely wanted us to have a perfect stay in their beautiful island. Amazing views. So easy to get in and out of town with the fantastic car service provided by the hotel group. Eleni recommended a fabulous private boat trip around the island that really made our stay. I could go on with numerous examples of the kindness and exceptional hospitality. We rarely return to the same place twice, but we’d love to stay again with a bigger group of family and friends. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Location is very idyllic with great views of the town. An easy 20 min walk down to the port - but note you need to be physically fit to walk back up the hill. Breakfast - excellent choice. The hotel is small & intimate; the rooms are functional & spotless. Pool and bar area are superb - a great place to unwind. Skiathos is a beautiful place; the old town is gorgeous with a huge choice of authentic bars & restaurants. Some upmarket shops too. Maria sorted out the 'in house' taxi for us most nights which was always very prompt.

We have stayed in Vigles for the three nights before our departure, we've moved from another hotel and were nicely surprised that Vigles proposed to organise transfer. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We have booked a room with the see view, and it was spectacular. Additionally, the pool is really good. Hotel is located in the really quiet area, so my sleep was undisturbed 😊

Excellent Breakfast, good selection, served fresh every day from 7.30 to 10.30am. The eggs were especially good cooked to perfection 🥰

The hotel met our expectations, it is on a hill, so could be quite isolated for some guests, however we booked the hotel for its spectacular views, which you wouldn't get in Skiathos Town.

Loved the view, staff, cleanliness and how clean the pool was not much we did not like and yes would return

The only thing i did not like, was that it was on a extremely steep hill and we had to use the taxi a couple of times a day to get to the port of Skiathos Town Although i do appreciate if it was not on the hill you would not get the fantastic views .

It was in a beautiful setting with everything we needed. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful always going above and beyond. They deserve a 10+ for their incredible service and hospitality. The food was very good and they made a wonderful cappuccino. We had a delicious spread catering to all tastes for breakfast and they catered to gluten-free and other allergy requirements. So grateful for a wonderful stay.

We were shuttled to and from the hotel but would need transport to town and back. A very small downside.

Great views over skiathos town (and the airport!) Small but nice pool & sun beds. Due to it being on a hill a taxi was a must coming back from town however this was expected and part of having a hotel with a pool and a view! The walk down to town is doable on foot but steep at times, it took about 15-20 mins to get to the port (most of the way doesn’t have a pavement).

The pool area, the view and the breakfast were all great. Special mention particularly to Eleni for being so welcoming. Very clean and the A/C was quiet and worked very well.

The bathroom was tiny and a little dated. Given that you can’t drink the tap water it would have been nice to have a complimentary bottle of water replaced each day. Although fine for the most part there were a couple of occasions where there was miscommunication due to a language barrier and I felt a little uncomfortable with the directness I was met with. It made me uncomfortable especially as I always try and be a considerate guest. Small things like this make all the difference to me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were happy to offer advice and arrange transport with the hotel’s shuttle. On one morning our transport didn’t turn up and a staff member drove us herself to the beach! Eleni was happy to arrange anything for us; even offering to get food delivered during a storm. The pool was lovely and on some days we even had it to ourselves (a bonus of staying in a small hotel). Breakfast was yummy, with a lot of options, both hot and cold. The rooms were kept clean and the house keepers were friendly and smily. We very much enjoyed our stay, and as an added bonus you can watch the planes landing on the runway (as the hotel overlooks this).

Perhaps the bathrooms are a little dated but it’s no big problem. The hotel is out of town (up a hill) but taxis are 7 euros each way, which is very reasonable. If you call the hotel they can send the shuttle to collect you (also 7 euros but saves queuing!)
