People, People,People *.The People who work in the hotel are amazing, welcoming serve you with simle and love. The are some things that I don't like hotel but the peolpe flip the experience to excellent level. I would like to say confidently the team in the hotel is the best compared to 4 and 5 starts hotel in EU. * services is (fast) ,smooth with( good quality). * the hotel is 3 starts but has a restaurant and room service. This is very very very rare in EUROPE. *the cleaning( house keeping )team is very helpful and extremely nice.(always offer help) *location is good.

*The is a noise come from the street or the rooms around you. *breakfast has not have a simple health options *The hotel is very small

I have been a customer of ABC Hotel with and without my family for the last 20 years and I can honestly say it is the best value for money in Thessaloniki. The rooms are unassuming and the décor a bit old, however it is always very clean, the staff is always very friendly, the breakfast offering is always simple but varied and tasty and the location is absolutely fantastic. I always book a room with a view of Ano Poli and the University and I am always happy to return and stay there.

I honestly don't have anything to correct - the hotel has been around for several decades now so it could do with a sprucing up in terms of décor, but that does not subtract in the least from the level of service or standards of cleanliness, so it's really immaterial whether they actualize it or not.

We really liked the gentle attitudes of all personnel in the hotel facility, counting the ladies from the room cleaning service to the personnel in the breakfast room and the gentlemen at the front desk. Thanks to All for the great service and kindness, even without mentioning the great location and the parking facilities…

cannot mention anything not pleasing at all

We only needed a 1 night stay for a family of four so I hoped I booked somewhere suitable and this went above our expectations. The location is excellent and the neighbourhood felt safe. The room was really spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. There was a good selection at breakfast too. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The location is very easy to find and convenient to all the travel sites and Universities. I went for a walk to White Tower every evening! The breakfast also very nice and delicious!!

Some facilities in the bathroom are a little bit old (e.g. the shower equipments) but still working, it would be better to update them.

Location is amazing. Walking distance to city-centre , nightlife, restaurants. Rooms seem newly renovated, spacious, offer high quality sleep , extra clean, nice a/c unit . Breakfast is of limited selection but still a buffet of adequate choice No problems with wifi speed and signal (8th floor). Professional staff.

Rooms seem old from the outside and so are the corridors and common areas 2 really small elevators. Breakfast space a little tight , can get crowded

The hotel is very well located between the centre and the universities; well-equipped rooms with high ceilings; very supportive staff

the view at the inside patio is nor very attractive; as it was hot summer during my stay I kept the curtains closed anyway so it did not matter so much

Fantastic spacious suite with an anteroom for clothes, a bathroom with two showers, and two bedrooms plus a huge balcony. Exceptionally clean, offering a great breakfast. Superb location close to the White Tower. Great price for four! Garage 20m down the street at a reasonable price too. Regular hotel with professional staff, no improvisation. I love it!

The hotel is very close with the most atractions of the city. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The taxi from airport to hotel costs between 20-30 euros. Very close to harbour, restaurants and the shopping avenue. The supermarket is 100 m far away.

The bathroom is very small. The doors in the room are very old otherwise the furniture is new. The rooms with the view to the street are very nosy.

Location of the ABC hotel is the best possible, room is clean and the staff is extremely accommodating. I really enjoy my staying in ABC hotel, and I am recomending this hotel for the short days stay in Thessaloniki. Also, very practical for traveling for work.

I do not know what to say, what I did not like. It was very good, really good staying.
