Beautiful room overlooking the sea,, which is literally opposite on the other side of the street. Excellent location among all the shoreside bars and restaurants , but only a short walk to the city centre. The room was well appointed with a huge really comfotrable bed, WC could be separated by sliding door from the rest of the bathroom to allow dual use. Complimentary drinks in the fridge replenished every day, Excellent breakfast. Wonderful Staff. Overall a quiet gem that has more the atmosphere of a private house than an impersonal hotel. Thoroughly recommended.

THE BEST position in Thessaloniki, closest hotel to the Tower, right on the well known promenade, facing the sea and harbour. We stayed here 3 years in a row and could not have chosen better. 2 out of 3 times we had our baby with us and the in-room service was EXCEPTIONAL. The food arrives in max 20 min, always hot fresh and delicious. The staff is amazing, they help you with everything you need. The rooms are SO COMFY and fell designed, simple luxury, nothing very bold, spacious with attention to detail for confort. Last year we forgot some personal stuff in the room, they took photos, sent them and kept the goods for us until this year when we went again :)

This is a truly amazing hotel! We had booked a room with sea view, as I always wanted to get this experience. The location is another big advantage, being in the city centre, with shops all around. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable, providing all amenities, free mini bar. The bathroom was with marble all over. I asked for an iron soon after we checked in and it arrived in less than 10'! The staff always with a smile and attentive to detail.

Breakfast was really good, very good quality, but not up to the level of the other services. I believe a few improvements/additions of dishes/products would make this the perfect stay for visitors.

I recently stayed at DAIOS hotel in Thessaloniki and had a good experience overall. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to get around. Room: The room was comfortable and clean, with modern amenities. No complaints here. Price: Be aware that prices can go up considerably during the city's big festivals. It's a bit of a drawback, but the hotel's quality makes it more palatable. Breakfast: The breakfast was a strong point—good variety and tasty options to start the day right. Overall, I'd stay here again on my next trip to Thessaloniki.

This is a wonderful hotel in the perfect location overlooking the sea and close to all local attractions, city centre, red bus tour stop etc. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful - I travelled with an autistic young man and they met his every need and did so in a kind and friendly manner. So much so that he is missing being there and wants to go back. The hotel is quiet and classy and the service lives up to the 'luxury' in it's name. The rooms were as shown in the photographs and were well-equipped and spacious. The hotel also smells lovely, that was one of the first things that I noticed. The food was excellent, both in the restaurant and at breakfast. Room service was great, organising transfers from airport as well as taxi's to venues - all perfect. Watching the sunset from the restaurant - beautiful. A short walk away from the tower and the first red bus tour stop (cheap and would recommend). We really did have a wonderful stay and would love to return.

The balcony window on the outside could have been washed. The bed was perfect for me as it was firm but if you prefer a soft mattress then perhaps ask which room would be best.

The view from the hotel was amazing. We could see the ocean, the White Tower, and the harbor from the balcony. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent. The hotel is close to major tourist attractions in Thessaloniki. The White Tower is a few minutes away, and you will find many cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful. They were polite, friendly, and well-trained.

Possibly because we stayed on a Saturday, there were many parties going on in the neighborhood. I slept alright as I was exhausted, but some people might find the place a little loud on weekends.

The hotel is in a great location right on the water and within walking distance to the White Tower which itself is a popular spot to catch local busses or hop-on/hop-off bus tours (such as Cultural Route 50). The restaurant in front of the hotel has great food and you get a discount for staying at the hotel. The hotel is very modern and clean. Unfortunately our bags were lost by the airlines so the hotel staff was very sympathetic and pointed us in the direction of were we could by replacement toiletries and clothes until our bags were found and delivered to the hotel. The popular shopping streets are just 2-3 short blocks away. The staff was very nice and kept a good lookout for our missing bags. The room itself was clean and spacious and we also enjoyed the breakfast. Would recommend this hotel!

Big rooms even for the cheapest category (30m2) with 5* comfort. Very friendly and helping personnel. Great location.

The "comfort room with atrium view" has a really "traditional" atrium view of Thessaloniki: Awful, without much light, overlooking the laundry of the tenants of the opposite building. But at least these rooms are really quiet and you ...experience a very traditional view of Thessaloniki. I guess that the more expensive rooms have a much better view, some of them overlooking the port, so if this matters for you, you'd better get one of the higher categories.

The hotel is situated at the best possible spot in the City Centre with stunning views over the Thermaicos bay. The rooms are modern, functional and stylish with the bed being the highlight as is absolutely huge with a top quality mattress. Breakfast is ok but nothing to write home about. Overall, it is unbeatable for quality and location. Make sure you go to the restaurant which is probably the best in town. Other luxury hotels may offer better breakfast and a pool, but you can't beat Daios for location - which you will really value especially if you don't plan to stay in the city for long. I would definitely be going back.

Breakfast could be better - other hotels offer better and more options, especially for cooked breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent with variety of options for adults and kids. The location is perfect and the have a wonderful parking service. The valet service literally saves your life when driving in the small streets of Thessaloniki. Daios is perfectly located next to the main areas and attractions of Thessaloniki.

I was staying for a second year and they accommodated me in the same room, which wasn't the most ideal option, but the room is comfortable. I would have preferred to be located in a different room.
