Very clean and spacious room with a nice balcony. Excellent location, we walked to all the museums, ruins, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection each morning. The spa, although a bit dated and in need of an update, was fantastic. We scheduled a massage and body scrub for the day before we left and it was so relaxing! We wished we had gone sooner because we would have returned for a second massage before we left. We also used the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and workout room which was a modest cost of 5 euros. Alexander at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I definitely would stay here again! Use of the in room safe is free, it says there is a fee on the booking.com site but that is incorrect.

The room was spotless clean. Very comfy bed. There were tea, coffe, snacks and water for us in our room The staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast great. I might say the best breakfast that I had. Location next to the Aristotle Square. A lot of restaurants, tavernas, shops in walking distance. Definitely I will stay at the same hotel next time in Thessaloniki. The guy from reception parked our car right infront of hotel so we didnt have to pay. We arrived early and tbe check in was at 15 but he immediately gave us the room. So yes my rating 10+

There was nothing not to like

The bus from the airport stoppet right outside the hotel. I was then met by very polite and helpful staff, who also informed me I had gotten an upgrade on my room - amazing! The room was huge, with a big, nice veranda and a pretty view over the city life. Clean, quiet room, and access to the spa.

I appreciated the opportunity of a gym room in the hotel. However, I found the machines to be quite old and squeaky, the air getting too warm and humid as it was directly outside the spa and no AC, and the whole setting to lack a bit of privacy, as the spa receptionist + their friends were stationed just one meter away.

We stayed for 2 nights just to walk around the city. The location of the hotel is perfect for that. The double room was not so big but it was enough for only sleeping there. The room is clean and the staff was very politely. The breakfasts were great!

When we were booking the room we read some comments here that the spa service (jacuzzi and sauna with hamam) is included to the room booking payment but when we came we had to pay separately for this service - not so much but we were surprised that it is included only for the lux type of the rooms.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the lady on reception who helped with our luggage storage as well as ordering a large capacity taxi for us. The spa staff were also very friendly but we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it. The location was central, close to Aristotelous Square. The suite was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 and we also really enjoyed the breakfast options. I would recommend Egnatia Palace as a great place to stay in Thessaloniki.

The breakfast is excellent, the room was clean, the location is excellent.

the spa center is very small, 5e is charged for hotel guests, and for those 5e you don't even get a bathrobe. Your time is measured, after 55 minutes they came to tell me that my time was up. There is no parking within the hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Egnatia Palace Hotel & Spa.The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable specially the lady in reception was really nice and helpful and always with smile! Location was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble.

Solid, very clean hotel in excellent location on the main street of Thessaloniki directly on the bus line 01X from the airport, steps away from the Aristoteles Square. Close to lovely taverns and local market. My room was somewhat small, but comfortable, with working A/C (important on hot and humid days during my stay). Breakfast was sufficient. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will certainly be happy to stay there again.

There is an entry fee of 5 Euro to access swimming pool.

Excellent location in the center. Everything is close, all contents. Excellent facilities in the hotel, very clean, new furniture. We had parking in front of the hotel (only few parking spaces are availlable). Wellness and spa is small but very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff was very friendly.

Parking is the biggest problem in the central area of Thessalonica.

The hotel is situated at one of the important traffic axes - when you open the windows, it is noisy. It is also difficult to reach by car, due to the organisation of car traffic in Thessaloniki’s city centre.
