The hotel is really nice, the rooms are big with comfy beds (We even had 3 double beds in our room)! The pool is nice, the view is amazing, right in front of the lake! Superb Breakfast included! They can even prepare a "lunch" box if you need to leave earlier than 6am to Tikal or to the airport.

There is a club/discotheque next to the hotel with extremly loud music.. so be prepare to sleep either with ear plugs or enjoy loud music until 1am. I personally don't care about sounds while trying to sleep, but my partner suffered it a lot.

Super clean, warm shower, very comfortable and a small pool. Plus when we couldn’t make breakfast, they gave us a small lunchbag which was nice. The location is very convenient.

Its rooms go out to the partystreet and when they play loud music it seems like the party is right in your room. The pool-area could use some more chairs etc.

Wi-Fi was pretty bad, considering that it had about 4 different networks, they come from the same Modem hosted at the swimming pool, you should add more Hubs or a switch to enhance internet speed, it's really hard to work being VPN with it. I don't recommend for people working remotely to be honest.

-perfect location, near to anything -kind staff -nice terrace on the second floor -delicious breakfasts, it’s possible to exchange it for a lunch box (of you go fro trip for example)

-small room, extremely humid (impossible to dry the towels, fortunately they are replacing them daily) -Internet didn’t work in the room

This was our third stay here. Every time was a different room and each was super clean, modern (seems to be a new hotel) and very comfy. Good hot showers with good pressure. The staff at the hotel is available 24/7 and exceptionally friendly (even after our 20th special request) and helpful. Location is the best in Flores: nice terraces with lake view to chill, close to many restaurants, supermarkets and anything you need. Also less than 5 minutes walking distance to the place where the shuttles arrive and leave. No coincidence we returned twice in the same hotel and next time we are here, this will definitely be our place again😊

Great location, clean and nice design, beautiful sunset view. We asked for a quit room after reading the reviews, the staff was very responsive and helpful. Breakfast is in nearby hotel and is quite good!

We weren't able to go the first out of two nights due to sickness and the hotel refunded us the costs of the first night completely. Also very nice staff when we finallz got there. Good location, clean and tasty breakfastm

reception staff not very helpful when we tried to stay an extra 2 days with them and we accepted they could not accommodate us but they did not help us find an alternative.

The Hotel is located right at the malecón, it has a small pool and the rooms are air conditioned. Breakfast is being served in the Hotel next door with view of the lake. We had to check out early, so they prepared a box lunch for us!
